I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. I had some bad external plumbing on a studio in my back yard, he moved everything inside the wall, removed all the pvc for pex, and has worked perfectly. After this amazing job I recommended him to do some work at my dads house, he has had trouble with his hot water pipes leaking through the house for multiple years at this point, he spent a lot of money and never got anyone to fix it up. Donnie came right over, gave him an amazing quote, and rerouted all of the hot water away from the old pipes.
