The owner/operator, Charles Miles, swooped in like a super hero to save us from the incompetent, unlicensed, unethical HVAC racket that exists here in Texas. Not only did he provide a high level of skill and expertise in his diagnosis of our system, but when we needed to replace the whole system, he offered us the very same high quality system as another 5 star yelp reviewed company's offering, but he was able to accomplish the work quickly, neatly, and at over $2000 less than they had quoted! He also offered the very same 10 year warranty on the system for parts, and one year for labor! So I figure if the other companies earned 5 stars by providing the highest quality equipment and service, Miles Mechanical would deserve six for dealing in the same quality, but at a much more affordable price point. Always very professional, and no matter which house we owned at the time they have always considered each call a REPAIR call and not an opportunity to try and talk us into a new unit. That coupled with their reasonable charges is why we don't hesitate to call them. Particularly now, when the unit we currently have has been repaired a few times in the last eight years, and just died again last night.
