Called up MillionAire due to the reviews, as we had an issue with one unit not keeping the downstairs cool. Scott came and looked at the unit in question, found that family had messed up the rewiring of the Capacitor, and fixed that. While looking over the units, he noticed that the other company had NOT serviced the units in the changing of the filters, which was evidenced by how dirty the filters were. Scott was very honest with his diagnosis of what was going on, addressed it, and then made some very sound recommendations.
