He offered us an appointment the same day and, working from home, he gave us advance notice when the work would get noisy so not to interrupt our meetings. As he worked, he offered information and insight that would help us care for our air conditioner in the future and improve its efficiency. I can confidently say I've never experienced a more excellent service professional. Our air conditioner is aging and isn't perfect, but the leaks are largely gone and the unit is cooling so much faster than it has before.
