First of all, I wish that Scott Reynolds with Jason's Air-Tex Services came out to my house when I first realized that I was having issues with a leaking air handler over Memorial Day weekend!! This was an issue that had me stressed for a month straight. The first company that came out only wanted to put in freon and leave and said I had no issue. When I called my warranty company again, they sent out another company who said my air handler was out on June 2nd. The second company finally replaced my air handler on June 27th, but they were not able to get my AC to work at all. They had a guy that was trying to re-wire all of my wires, but all he did was mess things up more. We had to get a hotel room for 5 total nights due to no AC. I called the warranty company to cancel the second company and to send someone else. They sent us a life saver by having us serviced by Jason's Air-Tex Services. Ashley promised that she would call between 8 am and 9 am to let me know my service window and she kept her word! She also called me when the technician was in route to me. She's very pleasant and sweet! Now, Scott Reynolds is our guardian angel! I was afraid with all the crap the other company did, no one will be able to restore our AC, but Scott was barely at my house for 15 minutes and he knew EXACTLY what needed to be redone. He corrected the crappy wiring that the other company did and he was able to get our AC back up and running. He got our zoning board back on line (and to think, the other company was going to charge me for a zoning board!!). Scott was so detailed when he was fixing and restoring our AC to ensure that everything was working as it should. He was very, very confident about what needed to be fixed to our unit and he fixed it! He's a hard worker, very knowledgeable and you can tell that he loves his work. No wonder he's been doing this for 25 years! He even called the warranty company to let them know what he had to fix from the other company to have it on record for himself and for us. I would definitely recommend Scott and Jason's Air-Tex Services. In fact, my aunt's AC unit went out and I will be calling her to refer this company. ******Update. The very next morning I received a call from Scott checking on our AC and if It cooled down for us last night. I was very impressed to get that call. We've had Jason's come out on warranty a/c repairs on 2 occasions. First time we were very pleased. On the 2nd repair the warranty co sent out Oakpoint A/C heating. Tech was here 5 minutes , declared compressor needs replacement, wait 7-10 days for part. After much conversation and hassle and run around tech came out 15 days later and required $365 CASH OR MONEY ORDER to him in addition to initial $75 deductible we had paid. Warranty co okayed sending him on his way and calling out Jason's Air Tex. It was 2 wires corroded and was cooling before the tech Michael left. We are diehard Jason's Air Tex with tech Michael fans. We contracted Jason's to do seasonal maintenance on our unit from now on. They are highly recommended by me and mine. read more

Well to start the tech never called before arriving. When he did arrive he was almost 2 hours late. Then he proceeded to blow nitrogen down the drain line that pretty much did nothing because he missed an abandoned line that was never capped. All for the price of $190. After he was done he told us the a.c. was all fixed and we could turn the a.c. on again. Since the house was hot we left for a little over an hour only to find the leak from the drain line was worse. It took me going into the attic to find what the licensed tech missed. Now we wait for him to either fix what he was paid to or I fix it for him. This company is awesome. They just repaired two systems at my business. I obtained multiple quotes and theirs by far was very reasonable. They made all the repairs within two hours, Installer/repairman were incredible. Our system broke on Thanksgiving. We called our warranty company who set us up with these guys. We left a message on their voicemail yesterday evening. They called us back before we were awake & instead of them blowing us off they got our info from the warranty company & came out to fix the system. I've had repairs through the warranty before & usually repair companies take about a week to finish the job, with reports & the whole process. I used their services per a recommendation and im happy i did. I have used their services twice. Their techs are always polite and knowledgeable. I had 2 techs working on my unit and they didnt stop until the job was done. Even though my "emergency" situation might have not seemed so urgent to others, i had a sick baby and needed services asap. They arrived before the time frame given. I was extremely thankful. Satisfied Customer !! This past Summer my Ac went out in our new home that we had just purchased . I came across Jason's air techs and gave them a call . I was certain no one would come out as it was late in the evening when it went out but to my surprise the staff was friendly and assured me that a tech would be sent out immediately. We can't make everyone happy I realize that. But we try our best. Some people have a warranty company. It can takes 3-5 business days before equipment is paid for and ordered which is out of my hands also they won't order or allow repair of equipment has no t been maintained.
