The weekend bottomless brunch is $29.99pp for 60 minutes and the deal ends at 4pm. It automatically adds 20% gratuity. We chose to do mimosas with huevos rancheros and chilaquiles (without sour cream and cheese). The huevos rancheros came with a side of chorizo which was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise. I think it made the dish taste better bc the beans lacked a bit of flavor and it definitely needed that extra salt from the chorizo. The chilaquiles were okay but I enjoyed it better with the chorizo from the huevos rancheros. Only small issue to nitpick is that the eggs had a piece of eggshell on top but it was easy to pick off. We also added on an order of fish and carnitas tacos because we enjoyed the atmosphere inside and wanted to stay longer. The fish taco was a bit fishy but not too bad for what it was. The carnitas also had a weird aftertaste that I didn't like. I've had better but it wasn't entirely off putting. I will note that there were a lot of fatty pieces, which may be a preference issue. I know some places tend to include lots of fat but I don't particularly like the texture so I picked off a lot of it. Note: The cilantro is included in the guacamole so if you ask for no cilantro, they won't add the guacamole on top. Luckily, our server was very nice and understanding. This was the first restaurant we went to when we got to Williamsburg in Brooklyn. And, it was a good choice. Mcondo Tacos is neat, clean, and bright (at least during the lunch hour). They have a full bar, which we didn't partake of, and a nice menu. We ordered soft drinks, then two of us ordered tacos. One of us had the fish tacos and I had the Cochinitas Pibil. I'd never had that before - it is Carnitas, Orange, cilantro, onions, and habanero pickles. They put a schmear of guacamole on the top of their tacos and roll them up like you see in the pictures. We unwrapped our tacos and they were among the best I've had. The Cochinitas Pibil was spicy - those habanero pickles added heat and flavor. The Carnitas were tender, and the rest of the ingredients blended together to form this wonderful taste. The size of the tacos are also generous. We were prepared with cash in hand after reading some of the other reviews. I don't understand how you can go to a restaurant and give them a poor review when the responsibility is yours to figure out how to pay before you go. I passed on that and just checked my banking app instead.  ---outdoor seating closes at 10pm ---no paper menus (QR code only - normalized since COVID) As for the food: We were served cold rice and beans and tastesless, runny sour cream. Steak fajitas typically come with sour cream and cheese in my experience. Here it costs extra (see receipt). Chips with guac or salsa are typically complimentary. Here, it costs $5.95. Plaintains with tasteless mole sauce (overpriced at almost $10). And then, for mediocre food and service that was not exceptional, there was an 18% gratuity ($13.92) added on, which is ridiculous. Their prices are their prices, but this was not a $98 meal (for two). Upon request, they did remove the gratuity. I wouldn't recommend based on the quality of food. This is coming from someone who ate all the things in Mexico City and Oaxaca, México earlier this year. read more

The food was great, but the payment situation was frustrating and disappointing. Their website says they accept Apple Pay (Traveled to get there with my daughter and was expecting to pay using Apple Pay as it says online) I was shocked when I sat a sign near the window that said CASH ONLY but I went in to truly confirm it. When I first sat down and spoke with the waitress she told me/confirmed they PREFFERED CASH but did in face ACCEPT Apple Pay (she even confirmed it twice). But when it came time to pay, another waitress said they only take cash.... Very sketchy. I told her the previous waitress told me they accept Apple Pay but preferred cash. I came with the intention of paying with my Apple Pay. She then Proceeds to tell me they take Venmo... not Apple Pay and finally, was told they accepted my debit card. Pairing that with a paloma, it was a great way to start of the meal. The tacos were honestly very great! I got the cunchanita pibil and the chorizo tacos. This restaurant is Amazing! Did I emphasize that enough? We've been going through pretty much hard times with this pandemic but one thing I've never stopped doing was eating! I'm very picky and particular when it comes to Mexican food, especially carnitas. I love mine shredded and soft and this place gets the job done with tons of flavor. I've tried many things here and EVERYTHING is delicious. The chicken flautas are pretty dry but it doesn't lack flavor that's for sure. When you can taste the aromatics in all of the food, you know it's going to be the bomb. My favorite items are the nachos, Elote, anything carnitas and Chimichanga. The salsa verde is also a huge hit. I always get extra. If you're anything like me and don't like too much spice, the salsa verde is perfect and addicting. The only part with any flavor was the mushrooms. 4 tiny overcooked rubbery shrimp. Beef that tasted like nothing - not even just good beef. Tasteless rice and beans. The "queso fundido" is so insulting that I started laughing hysterically like it was a prank. Nope, jokes on me for paying $13 for congealed shredded cheddar on top of soupy beans. Great restaurant for anyone looking for quality drinks and banging tacos. On Tuesday's, they have a 2 tacos + margarita deal ($12.95 for 12 oz, $14.95 for 16 oz). There are about 5 or 6 outdoors tables on the sidewalk, so you do have to be lucky to get one. Waited about 10/15 minutes max for the tacos, but the drinks were ready right away. They only take cash or Venmo. The strawberry margarita was hitting! It was a bit strong but after giving it a good shaking, I was able to really enjoy it. I also started "feeling it" after a few sips, but I was also operating on an empty stomach. My friend really enjoyed her mango flavored margarita. As for the tacos, I must say, I was super impressed. They were all filled with meat/seafood of choice, no skimping. The enchilada taco only had 1 piece that was super fatty and unable to be eaten. Other than that, all the other pieces of pork had a nice outer crunch. The fish taco was seasoned well (the fish has an orange color to it). Lastly, the tinga (chicken) did have a little spice to it, but nothing that I would consider "spicy." The tacos are served with cucumbers, limes, and green and red salsa. Normally I'm all about all about hot salsa, but the squeeze of lime and green salsa was all I needed. Shredded cheese is an extra charge and they serve it on the side instead of in the taco. My only critiques are that cheese came on the side instead of in the taco and that the guacamole was not spread evenly throughout the tacos (as you can see in the pics, it's focused heavily on the front end). However, these are very minor. This is a must return place. Both my friend and I ended up ordering the 2 tacos + 12 oz margarita deal to-go because we were so impressed with what we ate prior. Great place with great prices and food! One of the first places I went to once I moved to the area. There is indoor and outdoor sitting available, but have only sat indoors. Service is ok, i've had mixed experiences so far. We've tried a few things, but my favorites are the nachos, the tinga tacos and pastor tacos! The sizes are super generous for the tacos, just 2 will fill you right up!!! The nachos are also delicious, extremely packed with toppings for everyone to enjoy. They are very generously portioned and I'm usually a die hard al pastor fan, which I loved, but the chicken tinga was equally flavorful and juicy. $4 is not a bad price at all considering the taste and size. I've been there two times so far. The first time it was dead empty (a week day after noon). The service was good & the steak burrito was delicious. The second time I went was a Saturday afternoon.
