This is a cool place, good vibes and decent drinks (albeit a bit too sweet for my taste). More of a nighttime spot in my opinion

Great cocktail bar! Definitely gets busy so try to make a reservation on the weekend. Almost all of the cocktails I've had here have been so delicious. As far as food goes, the olives are some of the best I've ever had. I've never had a full meal here but all of the snacks/starters are great. The service is decent and the atmosphere inside is dark and sexy. The outdoor patio feels very euro. Great place for date night!

Hotel Delmano operates under the tagline, "Imagine a young Miss Havisham ran an intimate mixology saloon in New Orleans." As New Orleans is the city of my soul (New York is the city of my heart), that's not quite true. But I enjoyed the dark wood and shabby-chic interior. I had these drinks: St. Helens: vodka, mint, lemon and lime juice, over crushed ice. I actually had two of these because after my first, the server brought another to me and said extras had accidentally, inexplicably been made, so a nice freebie. It was a decent drink, but the flavor wasn't nearly as memorable as some of the other drinks. San Francisco Handshake: thyme-infused gin, St. Germain, lemon, Fernet branca, shaken and stirred up. Fernet has a bitter, herbaceous, root-type taste. Perro Y Gato: mezcal, tequila, carrot, habanero, lemon, cilantro, shaken and stirred on the rocks. Very light, refreshing, and loved the veggie flavor. Shi-Shi Chi-Chi (seasonal drink): gin, shishito pepper, pineapple, coco Lopez, lemon, shaken and served tall over ice. Fogerty: bourbon, islay scotch, sage, angostura bitters, stirred and served on the rocks. Smoky, deep, a great sipping drink. I loved all the drinks here. I didn't have any small plates, as I had just had dinner, but they do have cheese boards, deviled eggs, tartar, and the like. I also liked the ambiance and the decor. For the longest time, I had a corner to myself. Eventually a group of five got sat next to me, which wasn't ideal, but the staff asked me beforehand if I was okay with that, and I said yes, as I wasn't trying to mess up their operation! At the end of the night, the staff showed their appreciation at me being laid back by comping one of my drinks. The staff are so laid back and cool here. They were the best part of this place.

Great spot for cocktails and appetizers with friends, everything we ordered was delicious and our server was very friendly. We sat outside, which has the perfect "French" setup for people watching and the weather was nice, since we were close to the main entrance we had a glimpse of the music playing inside which was nice. We tried different cocktails and all were good but the star was perros y Gatos, the ricotta spread was also delicious, very high quality cheese and olive oil, we run out of bread but were offered some extra. Inside is very intimate, lively around the bar and very cozy and private in the back, a good spot for a date. Fortunately there wasn't a line at the restroom because they only have one for the entire bar. I wasn't happy about not being handed the check and just a device to tap my card on without having a chance to check the bill first, but other than that it was a great experience and I'll be coming back.

Hotel Delmano was one of the bars recommended to us by the owner of an Italian restaurant down the street. It sounded like a trendy spot with a great wine list and well prepared cocktails, so the lady and I obliged after our meal. They have a massive outdoor patio area and boy was this place BUMPING. On a Thursday if I recall correctly, too. We only ended up having one drink so we could bar hop in the neighborhood, but our drinks were wonderful. The feel of this place is a mix of old world New York but with an upbeat and lively atmosphere. Love the small tables, high back bar and the music selection. It seems like a place to be scene, with kids way cooler than me filling up the entire bar. The bartenders were busy and they were working their tails off. They even serve food here and even though I was stuffed to the brim, the dishes that walked by us looked great. In Williamsburg on a date or with your weekend crew, I can easily see Hotel Delmano being in the rotation!

Always winning. The dirty martini with Ketel One while seated at the bar hit the mark. Enjoy. cocktail traveler.

The music is at a low enough volume that you can hear your conversations, it doesn't get too crowded so you can spread out, even if you're in a large group. Downstairs, it's a lot tighter, with a DJ, dance floor, lounge seating area, and a much more packed and busy atmosphere on the weekends. I like ping ponging between both vibes when I'm with friends. Admittedly I've found the music both times to be too experimental for me. Confessing that makes me feel like an old person shaking my fist or at least shaking my head, misunderstanding what makes the youth tick. But I had no trouble twirling around the dance floor to this weird experimental music after throwing back a few tequila sodas upstairs. A few times while here my friends have split up into the group that wants to go downstairs to dance and the group that wants to stay upstairs and chill. It's relatively easy to navigate between both vibes, which I enjoy about this spot very much.

Came here on a quiet weeknight by a total mistake!…read more We came to grab some drinks at the rooftop bar and catch the sunset and gorgeous views. When we saw "Water Tower" on the elevator we decided to press it. SO GLAD WE DID. We landed at the Water Tower and walked into a fairly empty space decorated with art all the way to the ceiling, filled with natural light coming in and the views of the skyline were out of this world. We had to try their drinks of course to enjoy with the incredible view. Though the drinks are $21 and served in a plastic cup that evening, I was NOT expecting my drink to be this insanely delicious. I ordered the inferno Paloma which they infuse themselves with- and it was true perfection. By the way, each bar has their own menu which is pretty awesome and makes it even more fun. Also, Axel is the most incredible bartender and we absolutely loved his creations. Later that night we ordered a custom mandarin margarita, with a spicy twist, and WOW. He's truly talented and absolutely made us some awesome drinks that we can't stop talking about. Sunset with a view and a spicy mezcal drink? Yes and YES. We had this place all to ourselves and can't wait to be back. Friday nights they have DJ nights and you can also book the Water Tower for your own private events which is pretty cool!

The Sweet Potato Beignets with hot honey & parmesan were definitely interesting--sweet, savory, and a bit unexpected. Not my favorite item of the night, but still worth trying if you like unique flavor combos. The BK Sliders (3 pc) were solid: thick applewood smoked bacon, American cheese, Russian dressing, and pickle on mini brioche buns. Simple, satisfying, and nicely done. The real standout though was the Calamari with shichimi pepper, jalapeño, lime zest, and herbal dipping sauce--absolutely amazing. Crispy, flavorful, and the seasoning had just the right kick. Easily the best dish we ordered. Service was friendly and the atmosphere made it easy to linger. Overall a great experience, and I'd definitely come back--especially for that calamari and another hot toddy.
