Just left there, waited for almost 40 minutes after ordering, asked for refund as I had to get back to work. Manager on duty rude, cursing and loud with employees in the back loud enough that all the customers were on edge. No one working register, just an overall poor experience. Really bad customer service, was here to pick up a Uber eats order and the lobby was closed, I got a workers attention and he started banging on the window with an attitude claiming there closed when it clearly says online that there 24hour, there was a guy in the lobby with food eating but the worker refused to let anyone else in. And when I tried to explain it was an Uber order he said he didn't care and stormed off like a child. If I were you guys, don't eat here, they probably spit in the food. I frequent this location quite a bit. After all...I need to get my Sweet Tea fix! That said, it is always very good. However, since I frequent the drive through sometimes I don't know until I'm a few miles down the road that they gave me unsweetened tea...booooo!..it's still fresh! I ended up here for lunch after having a not so good experience at another place I had tried. Since the day was getting later, we just wanted to get something quick at that point. We ended up coming here for a quick (or not so quick) lunch. It wasn't a normal peak time for lunch, but the place was very busy. When we got up to the counter to order, it seemed the one at the counter taking the orders was a bit out of it. After asking a few questions and having some special order requests, I could tell that they didn't know English well yet. Overall, the theme for this place is slow. Slow service, slow food, and slow consideration. There was the feel that we were interrupting their day. Anyways, the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one was because the food did come out hot. I'm sure that had more to do with having the order with special requests versus getting the normal item with no modifications. As others have said, there's probably better McDonald's locations not that far off from this one. If you find yourself here, I'd keep driving and look for another location. read more

So like this McDonalds is interesting... First off, the logistics of how the parking lot is designed is confusing to me as you cannot make a full circle around the building. If you try to circle around the building, it will lead you to the main road. So that was frustrating as I had to break the law and drive in the opposite direction of traffic!! I'm a law-abiding citizen!!! I was with a group, but we decided to order all on one ticket to make it easier. One of the staff members forgot to give us one of the coffees we ordered, so when we went to go inquire about it, gave the employee our receipt for proof and he went to go check on it... But 10 minutes later, still no coffee was brought to us - so we had to check on it again, but the employee threw away our receipt. So, now the employee had to take our "word" that we actually ordered this coffee. He eventually gave it to us, but it was an ordeal. I'll give it to them though, we did have a large order of 100 nuggets and 6 orders of fries LOL. read more

I very rarely eat fast food, especially Mickey D's but sometimes it's your only option...and if I do I don't ever really find anything to write home about, but last night was an exception... I was out late and realized I hadn't had anything to eat. I knew many places have been closing early due to being understaffed so I made sure I looked up a 24 hour location. I decided if I was going to do it, I was going to do it right...lol. I pull in and they are booming and it's around 12 am. 2 lines for the drive thru both packed with cars. I finally get up to the speaker and patiently wait until I hear the voice on the other side (no sense in saying hello when you see how busy the employees are). I order a #3 with a chocolate shake and a 2 for $3 hot n spicy chicken sandwich (and yes, I got 2 hot n spicys because these are my guilty pleasure). I get up to the first window to pay and the girl was so nice. What a cheerful mood for someone dealing with all these people this late! Then I get to the second window...I had asked for extra chocolate sauce for my shake (I remember when they used to mix it into the vanilla shakes and there usually wasn't enough) but I didn't need to because they have a chocolate and vanilla shake machine now (that's how long it's been lol)...the woman at the pick up window asked me if I wanted to wait and she'd get me extra chocolate, but it was definitely very chocolatety so I said not to worry...she wanted to make sure, and I said how about a side of Big Mac sauce for my fries...she gave me a big side of sauce and gave me a large fry too! They have excellent customer service at this location and McDonald's should know how lucky they are to have such dedicated employees...I wish I had their names but it was on 6/3/21 around 12am (Thursday night going into Friday morning)... The food was so fresh and hot! The cheese was melted on the burger, the meat was pretty juicy, and the fries were super crispy, very hot and fresh, and seasoned perfectly. The hot n spicys were so good, and that chocolate shake made my night! Very slow service through drive-thru. About 15 minutes. Speaker lady apologized for several different things but line never sped up. I used the McD App and received a free smoothie so that was nice. I tried to ask him and he just cut the speaker off.
