Worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Even during the peak of the lunch rush food is cold and poorly prepared. After waiting over 10 minutes pulled over in waiting area #1 from the drive thru you are handed the a bag with the words "here sorry for the wait" with missing items. Business as usual at this location. Please do yourself the favor of choosing another McDonalds to patronize up the road a small ways. read more

Ordered a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce they gave me two buns one patty and a squirt of Mac sauce .

I do not like to eat here. If I ever eat here it's only because everything else is closed my boyfriend wants to eat here. You never tell what you my get from this location. Will your fries be half cooked soft and greasy or over cooked hard and brown. I'm not sure if it's who they hire at this location but if it is they are always hiring someone who doesn't care about their job or maybe quotas are a big thing here. It doesn't matter what I order breakfast or lunch it is made sloppy and greasy. I order quarter pounder which made kinda of neat this time but fries were soft and greasy kinda undercooked. read more

11;30am How do you give me room temp old French fries , old dried out chicken tenders and a new hot and juicy quarter pounder that has microwave burn on the bun and a dry not juicy or new meat patty unless you cooked all this stuff way to early and let it sit . Walk in ordering was ok, we sat down for about 15 minutes because they forgot our order not sure how because it was just us??? After 15 minutes I saw that it's one of them hang around places for their friends. I dont mind, however, 1/3 of my burgers cheese was unmelted and on the box the 15 minute wait and having to order a second time while being the onlyones other than the sataffs friends says they're careless. Awful!!!!! Service was horrible. No one knew what was going on and staff had to be reminded to give correct change back. Then there was a bone or something disgusting in my double cheeseburger!!! Didn't finish my food. Spit it out and I was done. Staff needs to figure out which way is up and get their shit figured out. Never coming back and definitely don't recommend this place. Almost every time I go through the drive through they mess up my order. So I have to drive back to the front, which if you know this location you know I have to drive down the street to turn around to get back to the front of McDonald's. read more

I come here all the time and order a 20 piece nugget with sweet and sour sauce, this particular time I told the girl at the speaker 20 piece nugget and when I received my bag I saw that it was a 10-piece nugget and told the girl at the window to just give me another 10 piece nugget and I'll pay for it and then I realized I paid like $9 for 20 piece when it's usually like $5 and some change, so the next day I went up there to get my payment adjusted and that's when a manager came up to me basically arguing with me saying that that's not how the story went, telling me how the situation went, and instead of making an adjustment, she just offered to give me a 20 piece nugget which is not what I wanted I just wanted a $3 adjustment, but besides that fact what I'm upset about is how the manager was arguing with me in front of everybody, guests, and her crew. However, due to the fact that she did try to resolve the matter by giving me a 20 piece nugget I proceeded to thank the manager and that's when she went off on me again in front of everybody and there was no reason for all that drama! She lacks professionalism and needs to grow up! Or find another job that doesn't deal with customer service! This isnt the first issue I have had either with this McDs. One time they forgot the sauce when I specifically stated I had to have the sauce for my kids, and Ive had to had several iced coffees remade, and have had to get stale apple pies refunded or replaced. I work close to this location and thats why I come often bcze its convenient but starting to become more of an issue than its worth. read more

Came in on a Sunday morning for some breakfast...the lobby was packed with only 1 register being operated. Took 20 minutes to get to the register and more than 15 minutes to get the food. The person operating the register seemed overwhelmed...when I ordered I was asked "what do you want?" I can understand being overwhelmed because of how busy it was, but she received no help from the manager and her professionalism was poor. read more

Last two times visiting this location got ripped off bad. Being that I live 9 miles away, not beneficial to drive there and complain. But every time I order one the specialty burgers with bacon they don't put bacon on sandwich . Also, last time I went through drivethrough they forgot my 10 piece nugget. This kind of stuff adds up to the everyday worker trying to make ends meet. read more

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to! Every time I go in there I can't get something I want because either a machine is broke or they're out of it. Today the entire store was closed from 7:30am to 9:30 supposedly because of a power outage. Funny how all the lights were on & you could see the lights on the machines were on plus the employees were sitting around or playing around in the lobby. I give up mcdonalds! This McDonalds was remodeled recently and the services sucks! It took 15 mins to get one meal and when I got it, it was cold so I asked for a hotter meal another ten mins on to of that‍‍‍ Not sure what to say about that but also the foods taste has changed from like 5 years ago, not sure why but this company should be put out of business but they are cheapest restaurant in a dying economy! read more

Got my single double cheeseburger after 10 minutes and it was cold. Always have terrible service here and the female manager is a nightmare.

Place just too crowed for lunch, wait time in line and drive through is ridiculous. Food is generally good and served hot. Ice tea has little ice and usually luke warm. Guess they sell alot of tea. If you complain about anything, they tell you not to come back, even though it is their fault. I drove off without my food by my own mistake and they would not give me my food when I came right back to the drive through. Obviously they had to know that I forgot my food. So, I'm looking in my wallet for the receipt and some young guy with three million pussed up zits (made me sick to think he was popping zips and handling food at the same time as blood was dripping out of two or three of the volcanoes) comes to the window and tells me, "They are not going to honor my receipt even if i do find it." Why not? They gave my food to someone else already. They will not make a refund and I was in line so long my car started to over heat. The exhaust fumes around the drive through can kill you if you sit there long enough anyway. Just not good service at all. Last time we ate inside it was a scary experience, alot of homeless people go here and many of the employees appear to be on medications walking around smiling and telling us "How happy they are while propping their head on top of a mop stick." Homeless begging for money in their driveway or flying signs in their parking lot and drive way." Southern location on US 1 is even worse for the road side pan handling. read more

Absolutely the worst McDonald's in St.Augustine. over and over again the forget items that I've paid for. After today I will never be back. Last month when picking up food for my workplace ordering 5 drinks thru the drive thru they told me they didn't have a cup holder. Spilled drinks all over my car. Tonight they failed to put my fries in the bag and I ordered a value meal and a sandwich. That's it. How do you mess that up. No special orders or anything. And forget trying to reach them in the phone. They keep it off the hook. And they don't give receipts. I will definitely be calling coorperate on them in the morning. read more

This is the far most worst McDonalds í have ever been to. Filthy run-down shack. service was slow , orders are never complete and the employees are rude and seem like they hate being there.. The food sits too long , fries are not hot nor fresh. The fountain soda tastes like carbonated water.
