It was also first time for me to see a Chick-fil-A hosting bingo nights. I'm curious what kind of crowd they get here. Since I was there in the morning, I could only choose from the breakfast menu (lunch menu becomes available at 10:30 am), but it did not disappoint! I had the biscuit sandwich and it went very well with the Chick-fil-A sauce. And it was under $6. The only thing that I found off-putting was that the building is fenced almost all the way that I have to walk a long way to enter. It makes sense because the shop is located in a very car-centric area, and it was not pedestrian friendly at all. I think that one of the truly special things about El Camión is that it's in the Home Depot parking lot. What's better than taking in the aura of home improvement before smashing some tacos? Let's get to the food here. I knew I was getting a burrito, but what type? It turns out that El Camión is serving up cochinita pibil, which is a rarity in Seattle, so I had to give it a try. They will also LOAD up your burrito with vegetables for $2. And I'm not talking about some skimpy little vegetables. We had some thick slices of peppers, onions, and even squash. This made me feel a liiiiiiittle better about the long term health effects of my burrito obsession. This may have been one of the heftiest lads I've ever encountered on my lifelong apprenticeship of burrito studies. If I could give you one piece of advice here, do NOT operate heavy machinery while eating this. It's meant to be enjoyed while sitting down. But what the meal lacks in structural integrity, it makes up for in flavor. As a sauce-boi, I applaud El Camión for their variety of salsas.
