Recently tried the breakfast here, in specific the famous hash brown scramble burrito. Soooo good and they offer salsa for the burrito. Hash browns are nice and crispy. To be honest I was not a fan of the vanilla iced coffee though it was so bad I couldn't even finish it. The service is friendly and efficient. Lobby is clean and bright. We also have had lunch here and it's a nice location that doesn't get as busy inside. I do recommend the breakfast burrito! :) read more

The drive thru seems to take forever, so I prefer ordering in the app. Whenever I have an online pickup order, I feel like I have to announce I'm there and pester the workers to see if my order is ready yet. Otherwise, they just ignore you - even when there's a staff of over 5 people "working". I thought they would call out the completed orders/names, but they usually don't, so I've ended up with a melting ice cream cup before which I had to send back. It would be easier if they had a designated worker and area to check in for pick ups. The dining area is a decent size at this location. I'm glad they have different receptacles for recycling, compost, and trash, since a lot of fast food places only have one bin to throw away everything. read more

I was on the hunt for the salted caramel chocolate chip cookies at Sprouts Farmers Market nearby, but I saw there is a Chick-fil-A and had to stop by. I've been annoyed how difficult it is to access Chick-fil-A's in Seattle, so I was happy to be there. Despite the random location, this shop was really nice. The interior is clean and maintained very well. I was surprised that they put real flowers in a little vase for all the dining tables - a nice touch! Staff were friendly and attentive too. It was also first time for me to see a Chick-fil-A hosting bingo nights. I'm curious what kind of crowd they get here. Since I was there in the morning, I could only choose from the breakfast menu (lunch menu becomes available at 10:30 am), but it did not disappoint! I had the biscuit sandwich and it went very well with the Chick-fil-A sauce. And it was under $6. The only thing that I found off-putting was that the building is fenced almost all the way that I have to walk a long way to enter. It makes sense because the shop is located in a very car-centric area, and it was not pedestrian friendly at all. I guess one other good thing is that even though you have to walk extra around the block, the bus stop is right next to the store. I wish they leave the part of the fence facing the bus stop open so that you can go right from the bus stop to the shop. read more

I ordered food and they got the order wrong two fold. First the attendant taking the order missed an item. Then at handout they forgot to give the parfait for my wife. I did not notice until at a redlight. I had to circle back to get the order corrected. They did not compensate me. In my opinion, if they mess up they should comp the food to rectify the mistake. After all, I purchase food there for the convenience. Having to circle around to get my order corrected while having a recovering wife at home from labor is a huge inconvenience and they should take some responsibility. We had lunch today at the Bitter Lake Chick-Fil-a. This was our first visit to any Chick-Fil-a. We brought our 5-year-old grandson because he really likes the play area there. We were very pleasantly surprised - the food was good (chicken nuggets and fries) and better than other fast-food chicken & fries we've ever had. I understand now why they are so popular. Also, the restaurant was very clean and all of the staff who we encountered were super friendly and helpful. This is the closest location to me.. and on my second visit.. there looked to be people to man the register but then they just didn't help the customers or anyone which was frustrating. The other days when I did use the app, I've had no issues with the service. They've always been friendly and addressing me by name. Even took my trash away when I was done. It has always been clean and lots of tables available when I come in which I do my best to avoid peak hours. I just went through the drive threw and my order was wrong on the fries instead of a large tthey gave me a medium after I told them they replaced my fries with a large and took the old fries and gave them to the next person in line after I already touched them! This location is very clean, has excellent staff who are friendly and helpful and is spacious! I dined in, the service was fast, and the food was brought to the table. I opted in for the chicken biscuit which had a light and fluffy biscuit with breaded chicken cooked to perfection. I added lettuce, tomato and Mayo to my biscuit as that's how I like it. Did the drive through on New Year's Eve for a quick lunch. Surprisingly it was very slow (not the quick pace normally at chick-fil-a). As I drove home I was shocked that my drink was empty when I got home I found it was mostly ice with a shot of ice tea in it. I'm really puzzled why CFA has an average of 3 stars! Granted, this is the first CFA I have ever been to, but I was really pleased with the experience from start to finish. First off, the food is excellent for fast food. We always get the standard CFA sandwich, spicy deluxe and fries. The food has always come out hot! I like that there are so many sauces to choose from (my favorite is the original CFA sauce). My one small complaint is that I think they could do a better job packing in the fries ;). The staff is polite and friendly, and the restaurant space is clean. We've done dine-in and mobile order and the food comes out fast. For dine-in, our wait time to get the food is generally less than 5 minutes. One time we waited about 15 minutes for food ordered via mobile, but it was a busy day during COVID times, so I'm not critical of that. read more

Pros: - I've always had quality good here. Top notch chicken (in tenders and nuggets form). I like their salads, milkshakes, sandwiches, and tender meals. They've never messed up an order (so far) and I've ordered there quite a bit so that's definitely a plus. They give you plenty of sauces even though it's suppose to be capped. - You can order ahead on the app and then do drive through. I liked it better when they were doing parking lot delivery/pick up. They were doing that earlier in the pandemic but I don't believe that is an option anymore. For that, we were able to park at a designated spot and then let them know we were here and someone would bring out the food. Now, I believe everyone goes through the drive through. Cons: - it was always always always backed up. And if you are coming from the main road, good luck. The easiest is making a right off Aurora so if you are coming the other way, make sure you make a U-Turn - there is almost no way you can squeeze into line from the other side. Even though the line is always long, they keep it moving pretty quickly - just be patient. Order ahead on the app, then wait in the line, check in, and you'll get you food alright. read more

Shannon the manager on shift was super friendly and helpful and patient to walk me through the process. I came to redeem the rewards given during the football game. Apparently it's not based on your game ticket to redeem. You had to download through the app. The downfall is with the app, you can only redeem one, so if you were trying to redeem as many as the number of tickets you have, you would have to create a new account for each person. This is bad advertisement cause what if you have kids, you have to create an email to create an account to redeem for your kids. They should be able to redeem rewards based on the actual football ticket. read more

Having had a good handful of experiences at other Chick-Fil-A's in the area, I have to say the biggest take-away is the service, cleanliness and timeliness we very disappointing. I'm a creature of habit, and get the same spicy chicken sandwich every time i go, and unlike other "fast food" chains, I almost ALWAYS dine-in. Which is where majority of my disdain lies in my experience. And is a huge disappointment because I have always viewed Chick-Fil-A as a very "elevated" fast food restaurant. From the obviously clean fryer oil, to the unique dipping sauces and superb customer service. Not to mention a clean dining area and fast service no matter how busy. When my boyfriend and I first walk-in, its apparent the work place is a lot more leisure than I'm used to. There was casual talking and yelling on the front line, the manager on site was just sort of leaning on the end on the guest side of the counter. And the gentleman who took our order was courteous and hastily enough, but got our order wrong. There weren't any straws in the condiment area, and when we were finished we just left our meal mess on the table because the garbage was insanely full. Not to mention after I ate my "at-par" chicken sandwich, I went to use the restroom. And spent probably over a minute cleaning the facilities before I used it. Otherwise...It just wouldn't have been usable or sanitary at all! Really frustrating of an experience. It wasn't until I gave in out of hunger and convenience of their location that I let my political views aside and wanted some food. This is by far one the best fast food places I have ever been to. The food is always fresh and yummy and cooked to perfection. The staff and management are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No matter how crazy busy it gets the employees all keep a positive attitude and all seem to have a great sense of humor!
