We arrived 30 minutes before they closed, we asked to eat inside but they told us no because they were already going to close. Then we ordered to go, I clearly ordered a Beef Teriyaki (I'm not a big fan of chicken). The people who were in front were on the phone all the time, and you could see that they no longer wanted to be there. The person who served the teriyaki sauce was on the phone and did not wash his hands, nor did he wear gloves. They packed the food and delivered it to us, I didn't check because I didn't think there were mistakes since the ticket clearly says Beef Teriyaki. I got home and I was very deleted because it wasn't what I wanted, I was very hungry and I don't like chicken. I had a very bad experience here

I ordered the beef teriyaki. It comes with two scoops of rice and a small side of salad. Rice was cooked well however, the beef was very very dry and chewy, even with the generous amount of sauce applied. I gave 2 stars because the portion size is at least pretty decent and the front desk person was nice.

Finally -- a great halal Chinese spot in town! We were extremely excited to try a halal Chinese restaurant, and Nara Teriyaki did not disappoint! The restaurant is spacious with warm, inviting lighting that gives it a cozy and welcoming feel. The employees were very friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We ordered orange chicken, chicken teriyaki, General Tso's chicken, crab rangoon, and Thai tea -- everything was delicious! The orange chicken wasn't quite as sweet as I expected (it tasted more like sweet and sour chicken), but we still loved it. We're already planning our next visit -- my husband wants to try the pho, and I'm looking forward to trying something new from their menu. Definitely recommend this place for anyone craving flavorful halal Asian dishes in a nice atmosphere!

Halal written clearly on the menu board

Halal Asian food.... Prices are great, quantity is very good and the taste is good. Not the best tasting I have ever had, but it's good. Service is top notch, I always stop by when I can.

Very fast turn around between ordering food and getting it. The order taker was nice and conversive. Food quality ok for Chinese takeout, limited options. I was expecting more authentic Chinese food but it is quite Americanized. Also the amount they ring you up for doesn't always match the board so make sure to ask for prices before paying.

It's nice to have a halal teriyaki place in the area. The portions were good and the price was decent too. The guy who was at the register was very friendly and the restaurant was clean. I'll definitely be coming back for more.

Fast forward to 7/6/25, The Homie and I decided to check out Jersey's on 152nd to wrap up the Fourth of July holiday weekend with their happy hour. There's ample adjacent parking, plus plentiful seating in both the bar and restaurant sections. There were well placed flat screens, which on this visit had the F1 race televised from Las Vegas and the US - Mexico Concacaf match televised from Houston. Lots of signed sports memorabilia posted on the walls. Our waitperson was friendly and attentive and provided us with both the Happy Hour (3-6pm) and extensive regular menus. I'd call this elevated sports bar cuisine. There's even breakfast/brunch items available on weekends. We both had refreshing iced beverages, an iced tea and a Pepsi, which were refilled during out meal onsite ($3.50 each). We ordered from the HH menu: Crispy JoJo Skins ($9), Hog Wings with coleslaw ($13), and Buttermilk Chicken Tenders with fries ($10). I appreciated the nice presentation of each of the HH menu items. The JoJo potato skins were loaded with melted cheese, green onions, and bacon bits plus a nice garlic lime sour cream sauce. The Hog Wings selected were succulent pork shanks tossed in kalbi sauce, garnished with sesame seeds and served with coleslaw. The Buttermilk Chicken Tenders were moist and not over coated and served with on point house fries. Yet again, another Shoreline gem flying under the radar screen. Jersey's Great Food and Spirits has great service and a wide variety of menu items to savor. Next visit will be much sooner and not a ten year hiatus!

We planned to order separately, but once we saw that my meal was going to be close to $100, decided to share. It was enough food for two people, but definitely check market prices before you get excited because some seafood are $40+ per lb. The experience itself was fun! We loved getting to make a mess. There was no direction on where to put shrimp tails and other trash and we felt bad putting them on the table, so this was a little funky. The food was great! We left full and happy.

We opted for the combo 3 with atomic sauce. The mild is pretty spicy and medium is spicy ! On a personal note- I found the sauce to be a bit too much on garlic and that the meat wasn't flavored (which makes me think what was the whole point of the bag). We really enjoyed the crab and I think I liked the sausages more . Also tried the beef short ribs which was a good quantity and shareable for two and comes with rice and salad. Ambiance is not bad. I have dined here before so the interiors isn't too different just small changes. Let's jump to the food- I ordered the galbitang and it came with 10 different banchan. Which is a nice surprise since some restaurants aren't as generous in the banchan. The galbitang was so flavorful for a "clear" soup and the meat was tender. It also included a good portion of meat. I've tried galbitang at other places, but there was an umami that many didn't have. All the banchan were flavorful too, I thought the kimchi had a good balance as sometimes it can be a bit on the saltier side. Service was great too, the sever was friendly and checked often. When I went, it was just me then a couple arrived. There was a delay with their order so she provided some mandu on the house while their order was being prepared. The egg noodles were cooked to a nice al dente, the broth was nicely seasoned without being too salty, and the pork tasted like any other BBQ pork that you could get at a Chinese/generally Asian supermarket. My friends got various types of their Banh Mi, including the Grilled Pork Sandwich and Tofu Sandwich. At less than $6 a pop, their Banh Mis are certainly a great deal, especially since they come fully loaded with fillings on a thick slab of bread! My friends said that their sandwiches were well-seasoned and a great portion size. Another great deal was their Chicken Teriyaki lunch special (comes with rice or vermicelli noodles) for around $7. All in all, I would come here if you're looking for some solid, fairly-priced Vietnamese eats with quick and friendly service!

They also offer an all-you-can-eat buffet Monday through Thursday that includes pizza, twists, dessert, and a fountain drink. One thing I love about Round Table is how consistently delicious the pizza tastes no matter which location you visit, and this spot absolutely lived up to that reputation. The salad bar was especially impressive -- honestly one of the best I've seen anywhere outside of restaurants dedicated entirely to salads. The experience was made even better by the staff. The beer selection is impressive, much better than I would have guessed, when I first arrived I was thinking that canned beer was the only option. It looks like they had considered being one of those pay by the ounce places at one point, but for now sounds like the person behind the counter gets your draft beer. What stands out most to me though is the salad bar. I love a salad bar and so few places have this as option anymore. It's not particularly large or anything, but for 10.99$ you can get all you can eat. It certainly was enough to keep me full and I appreciate the ability to make multiple trips. Although it is strange to me that I have to go back up to the counter to get another plate. You can also just add a trip to the salad bar to your order which is probably plenty for both. It's nice to be able to feel like you are eating something a little healthier and not just stuffing yourself on pizza. I also appreciate the staff asking if we were done with the salad bar before they put it away for the night.
