The chicken use to be cooked fresh and tasted fresh. Unfortunately it no longer tastes fresh. It tastes old. Like previously cooked and then microwaved. The chicken is dry, not juicy. The sides are the best part instead of an honorable mention. I'm not buying chicken nuggets. The nuggets are more expensive than McDonalds and doesn't have white meat/ breast meat. The service is really great. Unfortunately, there's no more free refills on any drink. I still love the Mountain Dew sweet lightning. KFC has to return to serving fresh, hot, deep fried chicken or else people will find a restaurant that will. Stop serving microwaved chicken. Charging an extra $10-$15 since 2021 is unacceptable for the poor food quality. Chicken per piece went from $4 per piece ( 2021 ) to $9 per piece. ＊Everyone in the restaurant does speak English. The staff are Latino, and yes, Americans are a diverse group. If you're demanding all white/ Caucasian people, perhaps Seattle or Washington state isn't for you. Learn a second language, it's not that difficult. Multiple nations have multiple languages. read more

Best KFC I have been to in Seattle. It's clean and staff are nice. Chicken is juicy and amazing.

Dude lost his cool cus I didn't hear what he said and asked him to repeat. I don't know if they intentionally packaged my food poorly or if that's their standard operating procedure but everything fell from the bottom of the box as soon as I picked it up from the bag. I spent more time cleaning my car seats, cup holders and charging ports than I did eating the food. I ended up throwing the food out for the birds out of disappointment. Never going back there read more

so this is the second time I was quite shocked by my order the first time I ordered a three piece strip chicken three pieces like the kind you can get at McDonald's for like five dollars it was like $22. I just about fainted fact I asked them to confirm the price. This time I just get a mashed potato and gravy, thinking I'm gonna get a a reasonable size bowl not a 3 ounce little container for four dollars‼. I simply cannot believe it probably cost them $.10 to throw a teeny tiny scoop of potatoes a little bit of gravy in a teeny tiny little container and charge four dollars ‼‼‼ I'm NOT sorry BECAUSE THIS IS THE LAST TIME KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN RIPS ME OFF ‼‼‼ read more

I pull up to the speaker and before I can decide what I want to order, the lady asks in a snarky tone "Are you ready?" I assure them we are still ordering and not 15 minutes later, she goes "Still there? Are you ready?" She would've sounded more helpful if she wasn't so snarky. After ordering our meals, she asks what sauce we want. I ask if the sauces cost extra, because I forgot, and she ignores me and says "Are you still there?" I didn't know we were getting timed at the window. Finally, she then asks us to pull into the parking lot to wait for our food and it took 25 minutes for her to come out (We were the only ones there). If you still want KFC at 10:00pm, be prepared to be rushed. read more

The extra crispy chicken is awesome. They don't let you choose white or dark meat from the doordash menu, however. The pieces are big, but spendy. About $3.50 each. The 18-piece bucket is $60, and $72 for the meal deal. The sides are adequate, but they don't offer baked beans like Ezell's. The potato salad is pretty good, and the mashed and gravy is pretty standard. Not too big a fan of coleslaw, but they have it. KFC has fried chicken over Chick-filet, but the latter is closed on Sunday. Chick-filet has only strips and sandwiches, no dinners. So I prefer KFC when I can afford it. read more

Food was alright but this place is more expensive than any KCF I've ever been to!! 15 dollars for the classic sandwich meal is ridiculous.

Expensive than other kfc, 22$ for 12 wings so small and also they don't have regular deal on Tuesday:). Do not go this places

This has got to be the worst kfc in my 57 years of life. I even had the mgr wait on me and she was rude and spoke very little English . I felt the staff was exactly like her. They had false advertisement on their billboard. I got home and called them and the mgr was irritated by my questions so she pretended that to not hear me so she hung up on me. I don't understand what happened to having some pride in your job. Not once did she want to meet me halfway. I even call kfc customer service and how convenient that I have to call back during business hours and of course nobody could tell me when were the business hours. Nobody takes pride in their jobs anymore and I have to say the world is not a good place to live with this type of work. read more

I agree with one of the reviewers about staff taking order issue. Today it happened with me. I often order from this location but today there definitely was language barrier. My order at KFC was not completed. They did not have crispy chicken. I went to the KFC and they refused to refund, gave me no number to call to get refund and refused to help me. I had to order another sandwich at the KFC. When they gave me the order from the store, they gave me fries instead or coleslaw. Dang. I never thought that a KFC could be this bad. Upon reading the reviews, I thought that the reviewers were exaggerating. I've seen it happen so many times where people bash on a fast food establishment, because they expect so much as if they were at a fine dining restaurant. I thought to myself, it can't be that bad. Most fast food places are all the same. Some cleaner than others, but the food usually tastes the same. Boy was I going to learn to regret that. When the other reviewers are saying that the employees don't care, they're not exaggerating. They really don't care at all. I pulled up to the location, and I was going to place an order inside the restaurant. As I was about to get out of the car, I saw a homeless lady who was drugged up stumbling out of the restaurant. When another reviewer had wrote about homeless people loitering around, I thought that maybe it was a one off incident. I guess not. The lady slept in front of the restaurant, so I decided "Nope. Drive thru here I come." When pulling up to the drive thru, there was an initial silent for 30 seconds. The employee then said "Hi, welcome to KFC. How's your day?" I thought to myself "wow. The reviews about employees not caring must be false!" I told him how my day was, asked about his day, etc. I came there for one reason only. Hot wings. I saw that they had a 10, 20, and 30 piece option. None of the hot wing prices were displayed on the menu, so I asked what the price difference was between the 10 and 20 piece. This is how the conversation went down: Me: I was wondering, what was the price difference between the 10 and 20 piece hot wings? Employee: You want the hot wings? Me: Yes, but I was wondering what the price difference was between the 10 and 20 piece. Employee: You have to wait 10 minutes for the hot wings. Me: Yeah, I'm fine with that. What's the price difference for the 10 and 20 piece though? Employee: They're $1 each It was kind of annoying have to repeat the question multiple times, but it was whatever. I ended up going with the 10 piece, since I wouldn't be saving any money by ordering the 20 piece anyway. When I pulled up to the window, I handed him my American Express card to pay. I noticed on the window that they only had the Visa and MasterCard sticker on display, so I assumed that they didn't take American Express. I was going to ask for my card back so that I can provide a different one, and this is how it went down. Me: Oh, do you guys not take American Express? Employee: Huh? Me: You only have the Visa and MasterCard sticker on your window. Do you guys not accept American Express? Employee: I don't know. (scoffs) I was kinda dumbfounded that he didn't know, but just went with it. The card ended up going through, and he gave it back to me with my food. Usually hot wings take awhile to make because it's not a commonly ordered item, so they don't have it prepared. Once he handed me my bag after a minute, I knew I was in for a disappointing meal. The bag felt a little light, but I didn't think anything of it. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked. These hot wings, literally looked like little baby chicken nuggets. They were so bite sized, that I felt gypped. I order hot wings all the time from different locations. Every time, they've come out piping hot and look like chicken wings. I assumed that these were tiny, because they had been left to dry out so they had shrunk. They were a darker brown color, and I assumed that it was because they haven't changed their oil in awhile. All the other places I've ordered it from, they were a nice golden brown. Also, the other reviewers weren't lying when they said that they don't give you a receipt. I feel like they purposely do that so that you can't take a survey, and corporate won't know how terrible they're doing. I've provided photos from their establishment, compared to the one down on Mercer street. Neither one of the photos are filtered. Just take a look at the color difference. The Mercer street location is pricer, but at least you're not getting old food. I tend to get full after eating the KFC hot wings, but these wings literally had no meat on them that I was still left hungry afterwards. I should've went with Panda Express instead. Lesson learned. read more

Paid for a 8 piece family meal Asked twice if would be mixed white and dark. Get home to find only 7 pieces, 2 breasts, 2 thighs and 3 drums. NO F#$%^*g wings. I am so pissed. They charge a premium unless you want all dark meat! I personally only like wings. Ripped off, only 7 pieces and no wings!! The chicken we got was old and tasteless. It was 4:45 PM.... Horrible food, horrible service, ,don't even get me started on the prices. They would need to do better for me to say they are horrible.

No problem with KFC in general, just this location. They'd get a better rating if they had chicken on hand. Once, I received a company awarded lunch. The office administrator called my order in in advance. I arrived, they didn't have it, and I had to accept a substitution. Today I went to get lunch for the family, and ordered a 10 piece leg and thigh bucket. They only had three thighs. Pivoting, I asked for an 8 piece bucket. They were missing one breast. I left, and got my 10 piece leg and thigh bucket hassle-free a little farther north on Aurora. read more
