I was just over charged for two basic cheeseburgers and a drink, given no receipt, and the sandwiches were so salty they were inedible. I think the overcharge and lack of receipt were not accidental. After driving away, I realized I had paid over $14.00 for an order that came to $10.77 before tax. It's not much more money, but I resent having my pocket picked after paying over 4 bucks for a watered down Coke and two sandwiches I had to feed to the crows. The website is broken. There's no point of contact and it won't accept new orders. A complete mess of an experience all around. I won't be back to any JITB location after this. Order taker took forever to take my order, as well as, ignored my questions when it wasn't even busy and there was no line of cars waiting. Also, waited very long at the window while the employees were distracted and kept talking/laughing to each other. Received french fries instead of curly fries when I specifically asked to substitute them. The banana french toast sticks were stale. I tried calling the store to ask if a refund was possible and the store never picked up their phone. Poor food quality and poor customer service. This was awhile ago now but all the lights were on and the restaurant was supposed to be open. I waited over 20 minutes and no one vet showed up. I don't know what was going on with their staff but they were all MIA. I filed a complaint with their manager whose in charge is the store. She didn't offer a free meal with a drink for the absolute annoying inconvenience and basically wrote back an "f you" nothing I can do about it. I will never go their to eat again. However, this evening at this site around 6pm was a winner. Please note this is absolute sarcastic humor. And yes, I also sent my dissatisfied comments to JITB via their online customer survey. Ordered a regular chocolate shake, no whipped cream, no cherry plus a $1 off coupon. At the window - the person kept asking whether it was chocolate or Oreo, not once but twice. CHOCOLATE Also ordered six cheese sticks, no sauce. At the window - was told there's no marinara, would I like ranch? NO SAUCE Ordered a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, no combo Received a sourdough sandwich and had it exchanged after she flagged me down as I pulled away from the drive through. Had to pull over to get this taken care of. Got home and my son unwrapped his burger with absolutely no bacon. So I paid for BACON and got no bacon WTF - Is $11.79 worth my time and gas to drive back to get this corrected? Seriously did I enter the burger drive through twilight zone??? Totally not worth it and told my son - absolutely no more JITB requests in the future. Take your money and support a local like Dick's, Kidd Valley, Wing Dome or if you feel flush go to Red Mill, Uneeda, L'il Woody's, 6 Ounce.....stay away from these darn corporate chains! read more

Okay food, at times of the day if you hand them 20 dollars they'll refuse to accept cash for payment and make you use your card. They say it's because they've given out all the change they had. So I'd say don't place an order and go to pay with cash any time of day because you never know when they'll spring the, "we're out of change" on you. I get it. Safety reasons. But just say we don't accept cash up front if it's a problem so people don't go to order, you make the food, and then have to throw it out because they weren't able to pay for it. Then you're just losing money as a business by flushing your inventory down the drain with no return on investment due to your preventable error. read more

Stopped in here for a late night meal, and every single table is dirty. The entire drink area is dirty / sticky, there's garbage on most of the tables. The garbage cans are overflowing. The guy who took my order asked me to repeat my order FOUR times, and even after confirming twice that my order was in fact for dine-in, I received a takeout bag. I've been going to this JITB for almost 12 years as I live nearby. The food has always been good but over the last couple years the service has gone down the toilet. It's obvious there's new management there and the people who have been hired simply do not care about customers needs or getting anyone's order right. I can't tell you how many times I've had my bag of food shoved at me at the drive thru before I could even ask for condiments and then the worker slammed the window shut. Sometimes they lie - like how I asked for no mayo on my son's junior Jack and they said they don't put mayo on that one only to receive a burger with mayo - to outright covering up their terrible performance by not even giving me a receipt so I won't have a way to leave feedback. Well, there's lots of ways to leave feedback about their rude, disinterested and disingenuous employees and Yelp is certainly one of the ways I'm doing just that. Diners have a lot of options and this store doesn't seem to realize that. I'd suggest if you don't want to be treated like cattle by service workers who clearly resent customers and can't wait to get rid of you then you should take your money elsewhere. This store is an embarrassment to the JITB chain. It needs new management ASAP. read more

Not a fast foodie but like good hamburger. Saw Super Bowl add for Butter Jack thought would give it a try. Not sure if I was expecting much but reality was not impressive or even below average for that matter. Staff friendly and great. Food not so much. Ordered Swiss Bacon Butter Jack, curly fries, coke, chicken strips. Swiss Bacon Butter Jack - below average Curly Fries - average, not bad Chicken Strips - below average When my lunch costs around $24, I like to at least like what I'm eating :) so wasn't impressed nor liked my lunch today so appropriate two stars. More like 2.5 stars, but I'm feeling nice. Picture it: New Years Eve and I'm nursing a hangover that kept me up and in/out of bed all night. I finally get some actual sleep at 10am and wake up to a Jack in the Box commercial for the Jumbo Deal -- a Jumbo Jack, small fries, 2 tacos, and a 20oz drink, all for $3.49. HELLO! I bolted awake (by now it was 2pm) and said: I want that. Note: I don't eat Jack in the Box, like ever. But it sounded sooooo good. After some lumbering, we head out nearly an hour later. I was ravenous. We figured out this was the nearest location (I had in mind the one on Aurora and 85th) and was pleased. It's much closer, looks newer, and is more conveniently oriented in the Lowe's parking lot (near Krispy Kreme). I place my order and ask for my fries to be upgraded to large. I am told they cannot do that. They can put cheese on my burger (which I agreed to) and they can upsize my drink (I did not), but they cannot give me a large fry. I would have to order a second one. Hassle! Okay fine, I would like one small fry too. ....which of COURSE they did NOT give us and we already drove off. Yes yes, the one time you do not check when you really should. I turned around and returned to the order/speakerbox several minutes later, waving my receipt (with proof that I paid for an extra fry) and speaking a bit too passionately and urgently over these missing fries. I had to explain myself a couple times before the guy remembered me (2 cars were ahead of me by now). I pulled up and he had my fries right there and apologized. That was it. Nothing extra? My initial order is now cold because I had to return to get what I paid for? Lame. Once I got to eat (tho cold), the food was just what I needed. MMmm..grease. I forgot to ask for no mayo on the burger. But the tacos were spot-on and I managed to shovel most of the fries in quickly. And so, -1 star already cuz it's Jack in the Box, -1 star for not allowing me to upgrade my fries and then forgetting I had ordered extra fries, and -0.5 star for not offering any thing extra for my inconvenience. I used to work at the Lowe's right behind it and it hasn't always been so freaking terrible, but I'm pretty sure there's been a prostitution takeover or something. Twice in the past few months I've tried to order in the drive thru at about 10, lights are on, hours in the window say they're open til midnight, Google says they're open til midnight, JITB site says they're open til midnight. But as I pulled up to the drive thru and wait for someone to take my order, lights turned off over my head and employees in the window watched me drive away. I never expect 5-star service from a fast food place, but man oh MAN does this location make me wish I lived closer to the one up north a bit. Went to jack in the box tonight for a late night snack and was unpleasantly surprised by a moldy bun I tried to call back and it said they were closed when I went to a 24 hour location. The bun was covered in mold and visible .... there's no way the staff didn't know the bread was moldy it's covered in green and I called to try and resolve the issues and they just said they were closed for the evening. If your going to order from here be ware the employees do not care about your food and double check everything. read more

I live very close to this Jack in the Box so I tend to go here more often than not when I'm just too tired to make a proper dinner. They've only messed up my order once and it was such a small incident that I honestly don't remember what the problem was any more. Went in on 6-15-17 around 8:24 PM. Came in and no one was at the counter. Waited a little over 3 minutes when finally a guy came up from the back. I mentioned that I had been waiting a few minutes to him. He then replied rather rudely that he had only been gone 30 seconds. I told it was longer than 30 seconds as I had noted the time on my watch. He became very belligerent and stated "He could refuse service to anyone" and walked away to the back again. Horrible Customer Service. Will never visit this branch again. If this is the type of employee Jack in the box hires I think people would be better off going to a different place. This is all Jack in the Box foods in general. It's SO good for a fast food chain burger. I'm always surprised. I had Super Duper burger in SF. Red Mill in Seattle. Employee was rude and arrogant towards me. Paid with a $100 bill and was told he didn't have change. I wanted to know if this employee was discriminating against me or had a policy of not accepting $100 bills, so I wanted to talk to the manager. I asked to talk to the manager but was told no manager was there. Asked for the contact number for management and was told he couldn't give that info out. He didn't have any name tag on and refused to give me his name. Very poor trained employee. Needs immediate re-training or needs to find a job that doesn't involve working with the public. For the record, managers should be able to be contacted by customers. After all they are responsible for the success of that restaurant. read more

This is probably be worst jack in the box I've ever been to. The cashier was rude and when our kids meal came out with fries I mentioned that we had ordered apple slices. She asked for our receipt and said "no you ordered fries." When we said that we must have not been heard but we said it 2 times and she said no we don't have apples. When I asked for the manager the manager said we don't carry apples. So at this point I pointed to the board where it said "apple bites" and she said "oh those. We are out." So when I suggested the cashier mention that when we order it she asked her cashier what happened and she said "she ordered fries" The whole interaction was super rude and I will be making a phone call to there district manager. read more

This JB is located in the same parking lot as KrispyKreme. The outside is clean for the most part, but the area isn't the greatest. There's lots of vagrants in the area, and panhandlers in the parking lot. The drive thru is on the slow side, and like most other fast food places, always check your order, because they most likely forgot something. read more

First off, I don't Yelp. At least not often, at all. I'm not a fan. But. As a service industry veteran and a bartender who gets off work at weird hours (2-3 am), Jack in the Box has been one of the constants in my life when I forget to meal plan and am starving when I get off work. The JITB closest to my house closes at midnight (I know, right?!) So I've been attempting to hit up this location after work as needed. I've maybe gotten service two out of five times. Maybe even once. They advertise their location as being 24 hrs. It's online, and on their drive thru signage. However - nearly every single time I've tried to get food at 2, 3, 4am - I'm either ignored, told "we're actually closed now" or "sorry our system goes down at XY time". Tonight I saw that there were two cars in line at 3:45am so I got excited thinking I'd finally get the chicken sandwich I've been craving. I got in line behind the two cars, only to be told at the menu that they wouldn't serve me because "the system went down for the night"! I am nice. I am patient. I work in food, beverage and customer service for a living. But that's enough. I get this is me bitching about a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT (lolol) but I'm done. All I want is a goddamn chicken sandwich and a couple of tacos after a long exhausting week at work but every time, they come up with an excuse not to serve me after I drive out of my way to come here. I've been going to this Jack in the box almost all my life, or that's what it feels like. Friendly staff and its fairly clean. For some reason they stop posting those $4.99 special deals on their windows that you see them on the TV. I guess they wan't you to spend more money on other expensive deals so they hide the cheaper deals which is funny and smart. read more
