Improve everything, the staff, hygiene, food service EVERYTHING. They have you park on the side and by the time they bring it out, the foos is cold. They messed up my order and I saw them give it to the car infront of me, I hoped I was wrong. Then they tell me they had to "get something from the back" and to park on the side. Ok, I go and park. 20 minutes later I'm still waiting on a cookie tote and a mocha iced coffee. WTF!? This is the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. I always order in drive through and get sent to the front to wait a ridiculous amount of time for a fast food order last time I waited 45 mins for mcchickens, that they somehow got wrong... right now I waited 30 mins and it's absurd. Management needs to do better with their staff they have them running around like headless chickens trying to find the order to match one of the 15+ cars they sent to the front. I placed a curbside pickup order through the McDonald's app, and the whole experience was honestly shocking. I waited about 30 minutes in the curbside spot before anyone came out. When an employee finally approached, I could tell the bag he was holding was my order because it included a kids meal. Instead of coming to my car, he walked to the vehicle next to me and started talking to them. I tried to get his attention, and without even looking at me he said, "One second, ma'am" -- I'm very clearly not a woman. He then handed my food to the other car. That person opened the bag, pulled out a cheeseburger, unwrapped it, and said, "This isn't my food." They gave the burger, the bag, and the Happy Meal box back to the employee. Only then did the employee, Aaron, turn to me and say, "Oh, I'm sorry, I gave them your food. But here you go," and tried to hand it to me. I told him I wasn't going to accept food that another customer had already opened and touched. He walked away cursing loudly: "F***. F*** you. This is bulls***."while heading back inside. I came in ordered via drive through, to be told to "park curbside" I think nothing of it but yet pulling out of the drive thru you have about 10 cars already in curbside. You have nowhere to park, I came inside to get my order where you see a nice big screen holding up "drive thru time". Their drive thru time wasn't because their service was so executional, it was completely just for sending cars to curbside. I've only had my order wrong once (no nuggets in my daughter's Happy Meal!). Otherwise, orders have been correct and food has been good. Of course, typical broken-ice-cream machine problems: I almost never order ice cream or shakes, but my daughter wanted one today, so I figured why not, and ordered one. I paid; then I went to the window to get my food I ordered the bundle of 40 nuggets and two large fries. My large fries looked like a medium so I asked the manager to add more to look like a large fry. Went to this location and both drove thru lanes were up and running but for some reason, 3 people were able to order ahead of me from the other lane as I waited patiently to be served. Once I was able to order, I had to repeat my order 4x!. Once I got to the window to pay, the manager was behind the employee greeting instead of the cashier. Didn't get a sorry for the wait or anything. Drive thru is extremely slow. This is NOT fast in any sort of way. It has taken an average of 15-20 min just to go theu the drive thru at the fastes and when picking up from ordering on the app, that has also taken 10 min to wait. On top of that, they constantly mess up the order giving incorrect burgers and often missing fries. read more

You cannot get anyone to help you unless you're Spanish-speaking to go into the restaurant. You can try to work around this by using the app to get a designated parking spot, but if you're not careful that window opportunity to pick that parking spot number is gone and if you go into the store, you're probably never get to speak to anyone. read more

Bad experience the other night. We went thru the drive thru and only one lane was open. No big deal we still waited. We finally get to order around 9pm and the boy taking the order was having a conversation with someone else and kept asking us what we wanted. He kept putting everything in wrong because they were playing around inside. Talking on the mic and laughing. We asked if the ice cream machine was working and they are laughing and you hear someone say its late just say no. Tell them no. F*%k it fool. Say no. Took 10 minutes to place a correct order of 2 10 pc chicken nugget meals and a large coke and fry after that. We finally go to pay and the boy turns around and just drops our card out the window because again hes playing around and with another coworker. We had to pull forward to get the card and then back up. Our order is finally ready and we only get one drink. We told him excuse me there is 3 drinks. 2 for the meals and the one extra. He says no the meals don't come with drinks. Since when? You literally have on my receipt 3 drinks in total.
