It almost has an "old" taste to it, and I'm not sure if they changed the syrup or the way it's made, but it definitely doesn't taste the same as it did when they first opened. I've also noticed that the coffee is very inconsistent. Even when I order the exact same drink, it seems to taste different every time. Some days it's really good, and other days it tastes completely different. I'm sharing this because I genuinely used to enjoy Trio, and I'd love to see the consistency and quality return to what it was when they first opened. I also like how customizable their drinks are, especially the different soft top flavors. My favorite drink right now is the Cocomo with banana soft top. Definitely worth trying! Staff does not seem to care enough and I believe I witnessed an employee walk out on the team due to high stress levels. If management reads this somehow attempt to connect with your staff as it is needed immensely. In conclusion, I would not recommend this specific location. You're better off at Starbucks where you will not wait on a regular cup of joe for 30 minutes. Be forewarned.
