Fuck this McDonald's every time I get food here they always mess up my order and I get charge extra and don't even get what I wanted

I applied to this place and was scheduled for an interview 6 days on advance. I show up early for the interview, the interviewer is not there that day. The McDonald's employee tells me to come back tomorrow at a later time(1hour from previously scheduled time). I show up early again. One of the McDonald's leads tells me, "sorry the lady was called for meetings. She'll give you a call when she's ready. Sorry about that." Let's reverse the roles of the lack of professionalism. If I, the job seeker, gave a last minute call-out and reschedule for an interview, would they take me seriously? If I was rescheduled for an interview and still didn't show up the same job site that rescheduled me and said that I was stuck on meetings and I would give her a call when. HORRIBLE service. Workers don't know what they are doing...self-serve fountain is now closed down. Bathrooms are gross. Took FOREVER to get a medium coke and a 4 pc nugget. Literally 20 minutes of my life I'll never get back. read more

This review is for the McDonald in Palmdale California on 47th east. Super rude person on the intercom. She asked for my order I gave her my order. Didn't ask me anything else or if my order is completed. I figure okay let's not drag this on any longer I said thank you and she mumbled something. I don't know if you are having a bad day. Don't ever take it out on your customers or the one that didn't caused it. Super unprofessional and unnecessary. The wait in drive thru is ridiculously long. I happen to went on the day when the second drive thru was closed. This caused a huge back up and blocking entrance for other Vehicles trying to get through to the gas station. I went to McDonald's today for a quick lunch. I wanted to try the adult happy meal. I was informed this location does not have or is completely out of the adult happy meals. Only kids is available. It wasnt what I wanted and i was in the drive threw and not able to back out. I had no cash. I was told the computer was down. So i had to hold up the drive threw line to look for cash. It was a horriable experience. Never ever go to this place again. The customer service SUCKS and no one seems to care. read more

My friend and I started our roadtrip early and grabbed some breakfast here. The place was clean and service was excellent. It shares a lot with a gas station which I've never seen before. First of all ... customer service is sooo bad and I seen about 10 people working and only God knows what they were doing but I waited about 15 minutes for one drink my only order. To top it off no one talks to the customers I waited to ask about my order and they ignored me. Next thing is when they gave me my drink it wasn't even what I ordered. I placed an order for curbside pickup, arrived and checked in, got charged for my order*, waited about 30 minutes until I decided to hop in the drive thru to tell the person at the window that I haven't received my order. They seemed confused , after I told them the name they told me they had my receipt but it wasn't paid* even though the money left my account, so I had to re order and waste more money, on top of spending 30 more minutes in the drive thru. read more

This McDonald's has no real manager that knows how to manage a fast food place. This particular place is the worst they dedicate 75% on the drive thru lane and they forger that they have customers inside the restaurant waiting 15 to 30 minutes for their food for example on 11/3/23 7pm I ordered a happy meal for my child it took me 30 minutes to get it and I received it cuss I asked for the manager that instead of managing the location she was out on the line making burgers instead of managing. read more

If you order your food for curbside; expect to wait 45 minutes even if its only 1 happy meal. Food is hit and miss. Sometimes its fresh, sometimes its not. Its McDonalds so I really don't expect much. read more

I'm not one to leave much reviews but I hope someone representing this chain would care enough to know that they need to implement policies or rules for employees, the staff seems to be in a loss of direction not communicating with each other or working as a team. Disaster disaster disaster McDonald's. Saturday morning 7:50 a.m. like eight people waiting for food three people in line to order it took 10 minutes for somebody to take our orders. Then it took another 10 minutes for them to give me one cup of coffee. They're totally understaffed I saw employees arguing with one of the managers and all she had to say was whatever. The employee that got my coffee he was really nice and I told him the manager is here must not do their job very well and he said you're right. It's completely ridiculous to wait 20 minutes total from getting my order taken to getting my coffee for one coffee. I never die in front of me also waited 20 minutes for one coffee. read more

Waited over 40 minutes to get curbside mobile app order.After 10 minutes I got the thank you notification but no food ever came out. After waiting 20 minutes I got off the car to ask was given no information or reasoning for why my order wasn't ready. Everyone is focused on the monitors and running around pulling food from bag to bag highly unorganized. It seems as the team and managers need further training on how to fulfill orders and communicate with customers they were basically giving me the cold shoulder and only worried about drive thru orders and Uber eats/door dash. Went back to my car and waited 20 more minutes still no order. I had a hungry kid that just got out of practice and crying baby waiting in the car. Went back in and was told they were busy and were going in order. Not true I sat in the parking lot and saw many people come and go. I asked to speak to manager it was a older lady who's name I didn't get. She said let me get the other manager she could care less! She got Luis he was not empathetic and could not give me my food or explanation worst customer service skills!!! I requested a refund I was not offered anything for my inconvenience I requested the refund! While I waited to get that (yup waited for that too) I watched how the runners were taking food out of the bags that were for carry out to full fill drive thru and Uber orders. Since when is this acceptable?. I understand they were busy but 40 minutes for fast food!!! And the lack of basic human decency! Its a shame that this is how they run this store. Working for emergency medical services out in this community we only have short amount of time to order, and get food because we normally eat when we can. Waited 10 minutes to be told they will be with us shortly. They couldn't help us before we got moved into different part of the city. Manager was working hard.....to make his food, and walk right past us not once but twice. While assistant manager was doing some kind of paperwork. while I guess they hire everyone else to cook because no one took our order. This place is the worst. Might as well be a sit down place. Dont ever eat at this location! I ordered this morning, two deluxe, an apple pie and a medium coffee. This tall brown lady who was super gorgeous, at the front counter was very kind and understanding for the customers and it looks like she does all the work herself. If it wasn't for her, I would prob still be here waiting for my order. She needs to be manager, the other managers are not good at their job and doesn't know how to handle orders and they makes the cashier girl do all the work by herself. I have lived in the antelope Valley for over 35 years and never in my life have I received the worst service at this McDonald's. The manager was on her phone with her family while I was trying to get her attention because they they forgot to charge me for something. So I explained to her once she finally was off her phone and she told me to go into the store when I try to get into the store it was locked and closed then a worker opened it for me so I went inside and when I was paying for my food one of the other workers was puffing her chest at me and the manager was extremely rude. If you don't like working in this kind of business then I suggest you look somewhere else you're the one that applied for this position so I don't understand why they have to be so rude and annoyed. read more

If I could give this Mc Donald's zero stars I would. Unfortunately, yelp forces me to at least give them one star. They have the worst customer service in the drive thru. I can honestly say I pray that they get my order correct when I stop by. Which most of the time it's wrong. There are times when they charge me for items & somehow forget to give them to me. Other times they get it right but they don't give me straws, napkins, or ketchup. Of course there are the few times they get my order complete wrong. So I always hope for the best but of course they always find a way to disappoint me. Today I stop for breakfast with my wife. I asked they lady at the drive thru for hot sauce & ketchup. She quickly responded it's in the bag & shut the window. It really pissed me off that she was rude. So then I noticed my wife needed a straw for her drink. So of course the worker never open the window again. We just ended up leaving. We were about 5 miles away when my wife & I took a sip of our drinks. I had a Carmel ice coffee & my wife had a white moca latte. Both our drinks had no flavor. Mine tasted like ice water. So I ended up driving back to Mc Donald's to complain & get them replaced. I spoke with the manager & explained to her how rude the worker was. Then I told her about the drinks. She was kind enough to give me large drinks & extra pies. This is the second time in the last month I've had a bad experience at this location. I wanted to get some breakfast, and their opening time is listed for 5am. When I pulled up to the drive thru, they were still closed with a cone blocking it. I waited for 20 minutes, then went inside to talk to the gas station clerk since the buildings are connected. I asked him if maybe I got the opening time wrong and he said that since he's been working there they are never consistent and open at different times. It was 5:30 and there was still no lights on or employees inside the building so I left. When I got home I called them hoping to figure out a time they would be opening that day. The lady who picked up the phone was very rude, she stated that they just hired a new cook and said "they will open when they open" without telling me a time I could come back. I decided to to go to Carls Jr instead and as I drove past the location I saw multiple cars pull up to the drive thru and leave because they still weren't open. The second incident happened last night, I got my order by drive thru and came home to eat. My chicken sandwich didn't taste right and my fries were barely warm and hard. I didn't even eat then cause they tasted old. I called up the manager on duty to let her know and she argued with me that she was the one who made the fried so there is no way that I got cold fries. I know what fresh fries taste like, I threw the fries away. I get their job is stressful and they deal with rude people but I was just letting them know the issue so it doesn't happen to other customers, I wasn't trying to get free food. I didn't like how the manager was arguing with me over who's right and who's wrong. She kept insisting she's been making the fries all day so she knows for a fact they are not cold and got super defensive, instead of listening to the issue and trying to figure out what went wrong.
