McDonald's - us getting denied - Burgers Near Me - Northampton, Massachusetts

Renovated only a couple of years ago, the floors are constantly dirty/greasy. All the footprints though cannot betray the fact that much of the direct service over the years has transferred to the door-dash and drive-up customers leaving us who wait and wait at the counter like 2nd-class statues who finally get acknowledged after several minutes' wait. The renovation did harm around the service desk and walk-in customers' visits : much less room, with a disconnected staff. So recently I tried the resurrected chicken wraps (ranch flavor) and within the first few bites I found two small chicken bones in my mouth which were later brought to the manager. She apologized but nothing more. I won't order them again, not because of the bones, but the flavor. I must admit I like the similar wraps at Burger King better than these. read more

I would love to give this experience zero stars. Several times we have come to this restaurant and our order has been wrong. Today we went to this restaurant and we were waiting in the drive-through line for 51 minutes! Also, the fries tasted weird. Do not come here if you want fast food. It's supposed to be a fast food restaurant. Not a wait an hour for fries and a Diet Coke restaurant. read more

Overall the restrooms weren't dirty but one of the stalls didn't have toilet paper and the paper towels were overflowing from the garbage can BUT that can easily be due to short staff so I'm not upset about it. The customer service received was on point and that's what's most important! read more

Went inside and ordered online for counter service for my family. First time doing so as I usually get curbside or drive thru. I refuse to do door dash because major things are always missing from my order. This time however I ordered a happy meal and another meal. Was not given my drink cup. My husband kept flagging the back room people at the counter and nobody would come to give us a cup. They just looked at us and went about doing what they were doing. Several unhappy customers gathered with several issues. Wouldn't eat inside again. read more

brandon was so nice, very personable at the window and was really attentive really fast service as well! 10/10

I am writing a review about the Northampton McDonald's because it takes twenty minutes for anyone to help customers who are standing at the front counter waiting to be helped this is not the only issue I have had with this franchise. read more

The service at the Northampton MCD is ridiculous the employees do as they may this is becoming occurring problem every time I come here and I order my food I asked you something to be made fresh because I noticed things have been sitting there for a while and if I'm paying for it and I'm asking for it to be fresh there shouldn't be a problem they are not paying for my food not to mention it is their job there are two individuals that work at this McDonald's I'm a lot of girl with the nose piercing and a white little boy Jared Jordan whatever his name is I think it's all jokes and games to give the customer what they want to do in management they're useless asked to speak to them yet again and he's too busy so he claims and there's no customers in here for him to be busy for he just does not want to talk older gentleman kind of hunched over a little bit management needs to start doing their jobs and getting employees that actually do their jobs as well as a customer that comes here often and sends money I should be getting what I'm paying for not whatever the employees feel like giving if they have so much pride in taking care of their customers and they really do not Northampton McDonald's Stars pick your f****** game up Northampton McDonald's get some better management better employees well read more

I am considering starting a blog, with the worst of the worst restaurants. If I do, this place will be on it, for sure! I stopped here for lunch, and when I used the restroom, I observed a male employee, who used the toilet, and immediately went back into the kitchen, without washing his hands!!!! I will NEVER set foot in this place again. For the record, he looked to be a 40-something, Hispanic male. He was working Tuesday, at lunch time. Absolutely disgusting. read more

Old food. My kid threw away her "Happy Meal." Cold fries and the chicken sandwiches were inedible. No receipt to return with. Don't bother going there. I should have known something wasn't right when the back door is propped open after 10:00 pm. read more

Show stopping. Best Big Mac I've ever consumed. And I am quite the McDonald's regular, im talking like 4 Big Macs a week. This one had me savoring every last bite and licking the box clean. It was perfect everything about it was perfect, the bun the sauce the Pattie's and the pickles too. Amazing work ‍ read more

Out of Chicken Nuggets? How does this even happen. It's the largest fast food company in the world. Also, cold fries. Boooo.

Don't go through the second drive thru. They almost never answer through it and let several cars slip through the first drive thru before answering you. Young white girl giving me dirty looks as I approach the first window. Don't be rude just because you're not competent enough to answer customers who have been waiting. read more

worst mcdonald's over ever been too!! definatly worst one in mass. 25 min at drive thru today, handed me a soda 2-3 inches from being full, second time this week this has happened.. went the other night ordered a mcchicken with extra mayonaise? got home and was given a roll with mayonnaise and lettuce!! no chicken on it!!!! workers are loud inside and they are very rude also!! ask to speak to a manager and ya get a 17 yr old kid who could care less about any issues.. stay away from this place at all costs.. twice in a row i've been and used my debit card and both times it was hacked later that night!!!! will not go back here ever again, can't leave negative stars ot i would. done done done.... read more

If I could give this McDonald's a negative review it would be -100! Got back from this McDonald's after ordering a big breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon, and hash browns (repeated this 3 times)...what I got was scrambled eggs, sausage (allergic to), pancakes, and a hash brown! So I did not have breakfast today THANKS TO ISABEL the Manager on this shift today! Would not mind but I am tired of wasting my money on food I did not order and cannot eat...eggs were the last on the grill tiny pieces and the entire meal was COLD! Not the first time in fact this is the 3rd time in the last 3 visits...ISABEL needs to be fired and get a NEW MANAGER WHO CAN ACTUALLY MANAGE AND RUN A LINE! And if you do not want to want for 30 minutes in line as well then this is NOT the McDonald's to go to since that is the wait time in the morning for breakfast/lunch/supper - does not matter if in the drive-up or inside - wait is long and not what you expect from a FAST FOOD RESTAURANT... So If you are smart DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S EVER because you will spend money on food you cannot eat!!!! OWNER DOES NOT GIVE EMPLOYEES FREE MEALS EITHER WHEN WORKING - TALK ABOUT CHEAP SON OF A B....!!!!! read more

I like this McDonald's, and I'm glad it's getting a refresh even though I'm missing my weekly Mocha Frappés. They ARE sometimes a bit less organized than the very best-run McDonald's I've visited, but the people are friendly and hard-working, it doesn't look dirty to me, and they've never screwed up my food beyond once in a while putting whipped cream on my Frappé when I asked for no whip. First world problems! I don't expect grass-fed humanely-raised steak or locally-wild-caught mushrooms or two kinds of porter to choose from - it's a McDonald's! When I want those things, I head to downtown with a stop on the way to empty the ATM. I love Local Burger, but lunch there costs literally 4X as much. read more

Returned to get sauces they forgot in drive thru even after I asked girl at window if sauces were in bag. She assured me they were. Next time I will just run the time up while I look in bag to check the whole order too many times this location doesn't get it right but convenient if I have errands. Anyway the forgetting sauce thing wasn't the biggest problem I was pretty honest with them saying it would be helpful if every once in a while they would just get it right. As I was walking out the door the shift manager I assume blue shirt made a bunch of sarcastic comments The young man "We Love you too". And a few other things ...Etc. They had apologized on phone and in person I was ready to just move on after my one comment but after his banter I turned back around told them that was uncalled for and unprofessional As a restaurant owner I know things happen but never should you talk sh*t to a customer especially with so much competition in the area.. read more

They are NOT open at 5 a.m. showed up at 6:30 and the lights were off, no one home. Don't expect consistent hours I guess

yeahhhhh no. not this one. I don't know if they're understaffed or mismanaged, but nowhere else have I waited so long to have my orders wrong. And then be treated rudely for coming back to have it corrected, like i'm the one in the wrong. In a rush? Don't bother. read more

now i am a huge big mac fan i will say but this one impartially was the best big mac i've ever had. i got every topping in every bite. the amount of sauce was outstanding. seriously best big mac i've ever had. it was also placed together so well. didn't have half the patty hanging out the side like most do. amazing read more

Take a deep breath, because here's my first 1 star review. You might think that all McDonald's should be 1 stars because of their impact on the environment, use of questionable materials, and making good people obese. Maybe this is true, but this location outdoes the rest in terrible-ocity. The order was taken fast enough, but when I received my bag, I was missing half the order. All I wanted was a combo and 2 20 piece nuggets, but when I was presented the bag, I had to remind them about the nuggets. Also, the Angus burger I received did not have the cheese fully melted. In fact, the burger was cold and the bun was stiff. The only good thing I can say was the nuggets were good, and I got enough sauces for all of them. But am I'm Lovin' it? Maybe in Bizarro world! read more

terrible terrible service I have worked here two years about a couple years ago and the store has changed drastically ever since they have a new management and a new owner of the store they have upgraded their McDonald's a lot and the rules have changed the customer service is beyond terrible if you were ordering food I was waiting at about 9 PM to get my order through the drive-through and they took 15 minutes and didn't even take my order so I just left. last time I'll ever go there ever again to order food read more

Why can't you just make the breafeat go to 11:00am? I got here at 10:20 all ready for hangover busting MC'D breakfast and they were already switched over to Lunch. No word of a lie, people were already ordering shakes and burgers at 10:30 on a Sunday?! That's crazy talk man, just serve the two of them from 10-11 and that way I could get fries aaaaannnd a egg Mc muffin! That would be pretty sweet. read more

After a long night of being in the hospital with my wife stopped in there tonight through drive-thru to order chicken tenders and two McDoubles upon getting home I eat one burger and had a funny feeling I open the second Burger to find a huge piece of hair conveniently-placed in my food needless to say I started getting sick and throwing up instantly non-stop vomiting I call the store and speak with the manager and he completely hung up on me called numerous times he kept hanging up on me and my wife went as far as shutting the phone's off they're real professional my wife just happened to work there as an overnight manager before and we happen to know the owner of that place so needless to say we told that manager that he will be losing his job because I'm contacting corporate and my wife is contacting Wayne owner of that store I'm absolutely outraged at this manager what kind of manager hangs up on their customers and shut the phone's off now I've worked in restaurants for many years and I've worked in fast food the job is not that hard for you to just sit there and hang up on a customer who was physically sick from eating food that they themselves made.this is completely unprofessional and unacceptable read more

Never thought I'd be giving a McDonalds a review in any aspect because it's McDonalds. However this one always stands out to me. I stop here a few times a month on my way to work typically around 6am and am so happy with every aspect of the service and every single staff member every time I go. My order has never been incorrect and is always ready within a few minutes if not seconds. I often leave wondering if the staff has an excellent manager, training program or hiring process because of how great the staff is. This is the only McDonald's that has ever stood out to me because of how well everything is managed and how happy and friendly the staff is. read more

I have ordered Mocha and McDouble through MobileApp - once I got to drive-through the worker asked me what I wanted as I informed him about my Mobile Order he asked me to pull to the first window. Mind you there was 10 cars waiting in line. Took me 10 minutes just to get to the window. Once I got there I was informed that the coffee machine wasn't working. He asked me if I still wanted my sandwich as I said yes so I paid for that got my sandwich - drove away - got to work parking lot - took a bite and there was bacon in it ... I don't eat pork so I was furious by the time I got to work it was too late to turn around and go back. There hasn't been a time where they haven't made an error at this place. read more

Worst McDonald's ever- super slow food. Waited 35+ minutes, finally hit the road and one of my hamburgers had a special order slip for only ketchup. they are shitty lol, everytime i go there, they either don't give me sauce when i ask for extra or give me the wrong sauce, didn't get my fries both times, and the drive thru girl was very blunt and not very kind, not going to blame it on her age because i'm a teenager myself but a teenage girl, hanging her arm out the window and then not even saying have a nice day, kinda rude. read more
