I waited two hours for my food. The line was apparently super long because for some reason they are only allowed to hand out two orders per driver. The store ended up closing and I never got my food. read more

I'm writing this while I'm still in the drive thru line because I'm so aggravated I don't know what else to do right now. I placed a mobile order and the inside was closing soon so I decided to set the pickup to the drive thru. Keep in mind there's only like 4-5 cars in the drive thru and the inside is just about empty. I've been waiting in the drive thru line now for like 40 minutes. If I wasn't so hungry and hadn't already paid I would've left a while ago. Thank you for making me wait so long for what is undoubtedly going to be an extremely mid 4-fo-4. read more

they make you wait 40+ minutes for some food they dont even have after placing your order. the food isn't even good i'd rather spend the 32$ on mcdonald's or a different fast food. worst experience ever. read more

THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN EXISTENCE... literally always wait 40+ minutes AND THEN after waiting all that time they still forget something in every single order i've ever gotten from here they have forgotten at least one thing. sometimes it's something like the sauce but it's also been all of the beverages or the main item that's supposed to be in the bag. the employees spend more time looking outside the window at the line or taking a smoke break and complaining loudly than working. read more

Rude employees. I would get it if they were jammed pack with customers and were stressed over that. I was the only one at the drive thru. White lady was incredibly rude about payment and question regarding a menu item. read more

In this rural little town, there aren't many places open "late" past 10 pm in the area. When I'd get off work, it was one of the few places I was okay with to get a quick bite. However, as much as I love Wendy's for fast food chains (and of course I'm not expecting table service) I'm never going back to this location again. Besides a weird comment from the guy *not* taking my order, they misheard my order several times (it was a 4-for-4 with a frosty tag and extra sauce), and even when I corrected them (I never said vanilla, btw) they still fudged my order up. Everything was waaayyy oversalted too. I get it, I get it, I'm crying to the wolves here, but I've had other dumb experiences I don't get at other locations. Oh well. I'm going to Taco Bell. read more

Stops making food at 10pm and is open till 2am. This does not make any sense, especially in a high traffic college town.

this store is a nightmare at night. They take one person at A time and do not take another customer until that one's done they are extremely rudethey act like you're putting them out they need to fire the night crew they are useless I waited 45 minutes in line absolute bull sh?$ read more

Staff was very friendly when we went in. Drive thru was busy, but inside was not. Our food? My husbands burger was cold, mine was hot but dry (overcooked). The restaurant inside needs some serious help. Ceiling tiles are stained from roof/ceiling leaks and track lighting is pulling out of the ceiling (those stained ceiling tiles won't hold weight). Tables hadn't been wiped and food on the floor. Probably won't be back unless there are no other options after 9 pm read more

This place is absolutely horrid. I have gone time and time again because it's convenient and the potatoes are good. Trust me, it's not worth the time or the money. There is one man who works there who is awful. He told us to pull up rudely where we waited for about 7 minutes. Then came out to tell us we were in the wrong area without telling us where to go. So we parked in the mobile order area, sat for 5 more minutes and when no one came we had to go through the immensely slow drive through line to get our food which was cold by the time we finally got it 20 minutes later. This is just one of the many incidents. They never get an order right, are often rude, and are slow as can be. Do not bother! read more

This restaurant has repeatedly made it difficult for me and my friends to get any door dash orders, and after my most recent and likely last order which charged me $44.00 for four orders of fries, I've concluded that this Wendy is terrible and undeserving of patronage. read more

On my last trip there (late night) I witnessed a staff member put his hands down his pants and then hand me my food. When I tried to explain that I couldn't accept food In that condition, he couldn't even articulate a sentence because he was clearly under the influence. I used to go to this Wendy's all the time, however this particular store has become absolutely horrid. I will never go back. Avoid at all costs. read more

As fast food goes, I like Wendy's the best for hamburgers. I had to stop going though because even over a long period of time, you can really pack on the pounds from these belly bombers. The service here is pretty good and the food is usually always hot. Drive up is usually a cluster around lunch time and you usually wait in line for ten minutes or so. I think not going back is a good decision for me, but if I did, the one thing I wish they would improve upon is assembly. Always the meat is perfect only to be abused by some piece of brown or bruised piece of iceburg lettuce or hot house under ripe flavorless nasty tomato. read more

I love Wendy's, if there's a fast food restaurant to visit, this chain is the one. My problems with Wendy's are personal and directed specifically at the Hadley store. The customer service there always seems to be lacking. When you come into the store, chances are you'll see a line that goes all the way back to the condiment counter. If you go here, you will wait 15 minutes to get your food at least 80% of the time. Even when the place is slow, some employees just avoid eye contact with you so they can take their time in getting your order. The middle-aged gentleman keeps the store moving. If every manager kept the place running like he did, this branch would receive 5-stars from me. read more

Good food as long as you don't mind a 50% chance of it coming with hair in it. Also the employees don't wear gloves and handle raw and cooked meat. But good food just god awful hygiene. Will come again. Hopefully with no hair in my food this time. read more

I'm sure the food is fine. The restaurant is clean. But I had a very specific, easy, request: no lid on the Frosty. Non-recyclable and all that. Didn't matter, apparently. "Have it your way" was a Burger King thing. Still, is is difficult for people to do something as simple as respect an environmentally friendly request? Yep. Can't be bothered to pay attention to an exception. It would be better to need to ask for a lid, I think. read more

I have to give this Wendy's some credit: on those nights between my first and second year of grad school, when I'd get out of Bertucci's and needed some food (because it's tough work at Bertucci's), this Wendy's was there. Did they screw up my food more than once? Yes. Was it greasy as heck? Definitely. But it was there, open really late when I needed it. read more

I would give a zero star if I could. This was by far my worst experience at Wendy's. I used to frequent this particular Wendy's a great deal. Today I waited 15 minutes and still didn't give my order. In that time the cashier was taking one order, but spent the whole time visiting with the customer. There were others waiting in line. They left as did we. I will not go there again. I realize this is just a fast food restaurant. But it was NOT fast. It might help to get some one who can actually take orders efficiently. read more

Consistently slow, as in wait 5-10 minutes for the food. Excessively greasy. I know this is fast food. What I mean is.. The burger bun will be soggy from grease. Even for fast food this location is terrible. On the plus side everyone who works there is super friendly. read more

I was in town for a couple days, and was staying at the hotel across the street. I decided to try and get a burger from this Wendy's. I went in, and approached the counter with a friendly "Hi, how you doin'?" The staff appeared to be more interested in laughing, and partying in the back, than serving customers. Noone said hello back. The 4 people behind the counter looked at me like I was an extraterrestrial or something. As if they had never seen a customer, and had no idea what I was doing there. I attempted to ask tor food, and was interrupted by the manager, who said "She'll be right back.", then one of them yelled to some unseen person to come up front, and take my order. I got the sense that they didn't want to serve me. I waited about 30 seconds, and simply walked away. I honestly don't think they gave a crap. I'm so glad I didn't let them make food for me. I'm sure it would have been aweful. The place was filthy, and the staff is extremely unprofessional. Including the manager. read more

Wow! I've been coming here for years but today was the first time that I had to wait at least 3 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me at the drive thru! Then when they did they asked me to hold for another 5 minutes. I lost my patience and left to go to their competitor! If there was an issue in the kitchen they just needed to say something. Obviously something was wrong as there was quite a line of cars when I pulled in Wendy's, you need to train your front line staff better or you will be Losing longtime customers read more

March 2011: food poisoning from Wendy's with their spicy chicken nuggets. I spent most of the next two days in the confines of my washroom trying to get past my first episode of food poisoning. I'm giving this place two star rating simply for the fact that there is a great manager at this location. He is a tall darked hair boy, kind of goofy looking but very kind and very helpful. He gave me a smile and made me feel at home. But the low rating comes from the fat Spanish man who one screwed up my order and two claimed to be an über driver and asked if I wanted a ride. I've always been a fan of Wendy's and I've always had their back. Tonight, I learned that they don't have mine. It was a cold and snowy evening when I left my house tonight at 9:00. It took me 10 minutes alone to brush all the snow off my car. I was sweating bullets as I shoveled myself out of my driveway, all for what I thought was going to be a scrumptious and satisfying meal. I eagerly began to drive to Wendy's, not knowing what tragedy was awaiting me. It had been a long day in class so I thought to myself 'You know what? The hell with it I'll get two 4 piece nuggets' instead of my usual single 4 piece. Thrilled and enthused I drove home and dove into the fast food bag of wonders as soon as I hit my bed. Those emotions quickly changed to disappointment. I was only given a single 4 piece instead of my two. That peachy smile isn't fooling anyone, Wendy. You're a sly little devil of a girl and wouldn't hesitate to choke someone with those pigtails if you got the chance. If I were you I would suggest changing your look on the outside to reflect who you really are on the inside; a liar and a sheepish girl full of empty promises. read more
