Every table was dirty. I asked f a cleaning cloth to wipe down our table. I instantly got a nasty attitude and apparently I was bothering her. We didn't get our cups to pour our own cold drinks until our food was called out. the ice part of the filthy drink dispenser was broken. I do delivery driving and this is the absolute slowest "fast" food place I've encountered. The drive thru moves at a glacial pace. That would be bad enough, but when I was there a couple weeks ago, the place took more orders than they could handle and then the woman at the window was yelling at all of the customers and delivery drivers. She told us to go away and started sarcastically going BYE-EEEE when we left empty handed. It wasn't just a rude customer or two she was snapping at, it was everyone. This is hands down the best Taco Bell in the Pioneer Valley. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been to, actually! I refuse to go to any other branch! Let's all keep in mind this is a TACO BELL and you're not going for the gourmet experience. 9/10 times, though, the food I get here is correct and of the expected quality. All the staff actually care about their jobs and doing it right except for that one kid who gets every order wrong and always sounds very nervous but I think even Brandon is doing his best. (I don't know his name but he looks like a Brandon to me lol.) Greenfield and Northampton mess up every order, the food is cold or soggy or over fried and totally unpredictable. But Hadley Taco Bell is where it's at! Just don't expect the Baja Blast Freeze machine to be working after like 2pm. read more

This weekend while in Hadley I was craving a fast food taco, so I decided to stop in at this Taco Bell. I hit up the drive-thru which was must faster that I would have imagined. The staff here was polite and they got me in and out in a flash. The food here was well made and not sloppy like other locations. Today Taco Bell gets 2 stars. Food was standard like all restaurants. But the restaurant was filthy. Tons of finger prints greet you at the door as if saying "warning". There are signs taped to the door seeking to hire employees and the inside definitely shows that need. The tables were dirty, food on the floor, the sauce station had crumbs and there were spider webs on the windows(not a Halloween decoration). It was pretty bad. A family of five sat beside us and the mom had to wipe down the table. So sorry, but this location needs help quick or it needs to get its manager to utilize its current staff to maintain the facility so customers can have a great experience. read more

This is the WORST Taco Bell that I have ever been to. First, there was not a single clean table or chair when we went in side. Trying to make the best, we wiped off a table and chairs ourself. The food was more than lacking. Anything with ground beef came with the smallest serving of meat ever. Additionally, the bathrooms were disgusting! While I do understand that COVID is taking its toll, it is not acceptable to have a dirty restaurant and bathrooms, even when there is not a global pandemic! I have been to the United States about 4 weeks every year for the past 5 years and never actually tried a Taco Bell in all that time until this one. The front counter server was not the brightest spark in the shed, however the guy who was trying to assist from the drive-thru counter seemed to know his stuff. I love Mexican. I'd recommend the Taco Bell in Northampton over this particular one as the burritos I get here tend to be noticeably smaller on average the ones served in Northampton. I love Taco Bell, when I found out they were building one in the home depot parking lot, I was ecstatic. I was certain that I would be coming here alot. And I have for the most part. Being the only one in the area (I heard there is one in Northampton, never been) I assumed there would be some learning curve. There was, and the wait times in the first 5 months have been excruciating at times. It has gotten slightly better, and has been downright fast the last 2 times I visited, but I'm afraid the problem might still be lingering. I have also had some problems with them forgetting to put food in. On 3 separate occasions, they have forgotten to put an item in. Once during a very large order (understandable I guess, not okay given that they forgot a $3.50 Tostado) and twice forgetting to put a crunchy taco in a routine combo meal. The moral of the story: always check your bag when leaving the drive thru They make up for these shortfalls by being open fucking LATE. Its 3am on weekends, far later than the taco bells in greater boston. Even weekdays, I think its open till 2. In a town with no 24 hour dunkins, its a big plus. Overall, this T-Bell isn't up to snuff with the established eastern MA Taco bells but is slowly getting there. But in the weeks immediately after it opened, this didn't happen just occasionally. I found myself going on Taco Bell runs a little bit too often... I don't think I need to go into any detail about Taco Bell's menu. It's the same everywhere. This Taco Bell is consistently inconsistent. The waiting time in drive-thru is definitely longer than other Taco Bell locations nearby. Another issue I have is that the food is NEVER the same.
