I've eaten here before, but this time when I came they were out of meat. No steak, no chicken nothing. Literally nothing. While I was waiting in line, a woman walked slowly over to the grill and opened the plastic bags with the uncooked chicken. She started cooking it. Meanwhile, all the other containers with the cooked meat were empty. Usually someone comes over and re-stocks. Nope. The meat had to be cooked still. This was at 12:35 PM. Lunch rush. I wanted steak for my burrito, but no. The steak also needed to be cooked. There is clearly not a manager on staff who is managing everything. All of the containers for the food and the Salsa and all of the different things they put on the burrito burritos looked like they hadn't been washed in at least a week. The place was filthy. My curiosity about the Carne Asada promotion was a serious mistake. What I received was an insult to the name. The steak was cold, tough, and had a stringy, fibrous texture that was deeply unappetizing. To make matters worse, they didn't even have enough to fill my order, forcing me to settle for a half-chicken, half-"asada" salad. I genuinely don't know how the corporate office can label this product "Carne Asada" with a straight face; it's false advertising. The only saving grace was the staff, who were courteous and helpful despite the circumstances. The ambience was standard for fast food. But a pleasant staff can't save a fundamentally failed product. I hate to give one star, but I stopped in because I was given a gift card. I found the staff very unfriendly. Seemed like everyone was made to go to work this day. I've never seen an online order get messed up so many times... The last 10 orders I've done of the last couple months at least 5 were messed up... Sometimes they're missing entire items that are clearly on the order... Often the orders are not on time not ready for pick up... Often there is attitude from the servers... Whoever manages this place has no clue how to run a store. And when you try to get support to correct the issue, the website simply fails . How convenient . I'm done with chipotle forever. read more

Every time I go to this Chipotle the line is out the door. They are constantly out of proteins which is the most important part of the bowl. Even going in at 3:30pm you have to wait till 4:15 to get your food. The staff always skimp on online orders as well. Avoid this Chipotle, you're better off going to another. read more

This Chipotle is a stand alone business and there's plenty of parking. It wasn't busy when I was there but it wasn't very clean either. Not sure if that was the standard or just bad timing. The staff seemed nice and the order went quickly and the food was good. There's a small outdoor seating area here as well which we took advantage of. read more

This location is out right atrocious. Under staffed and the lady, if that's even what you want to call her, working the main section has the worst attitude. Supposedly she is the manager too. Your job is to make burritos...don't give me attitude for asking you to make one. She then proceeded to throw a fit, and lock the doors of the place, not letting anyone else in at 9:15pm (it closes at 11). Wow! Can't believe how dirty this place was. From the food prep to the dining room. Nothing was wiped down or even attempted to be cleaned up. This Chipotle in Hadley Massachusetts can use some improvement. Twice I was there between 8-9pm and they were out of guacamole. When I asked them if they would make more they said they would not. I think that if a Mexican restaurant continually runs of guacamole hours before closing some changes need to be implemented. read more

First, I want to say that I am a chipotle lover. I've gone on a weekly basis for years. However, this location is always the one I avoid. I am writing this review in hopes for corporate intervention. This chipotle is not to the standard I've come to expect from the company. I walked in at 1:15 PM and the line was the the back of the store. I secured my place in line for 10 minutes until I realized the workers were not serving the customers in line. They were only making online orders while the entire dining room was full of people sitting with their phones waiting for the orders. I decided to step out of line and make an online order. My online order was promised at 1:50 and did not get to me until 2:10. Sure enough, the folks in front of me in line were not served until AFTER I had finished eating. This location is horrendous! We waited 20 minutes for it to move up three people. Then the staff decided to stop serving everyone in line due to a catering order. They were incredibly rude and inconsiderate to everyone who had waited 20+ minutes. They could have at least finished the current line and refused new customers. Additionally at the front of the line was 3 firefighters, honestly just disrespectful! Additionally this location is always a mess, they are constantly running out of ingredients and their portions are small compared to other locations. Corporate needs to seriously reevaluate how they are running things and take action! Unfortunately they never will because they will always have business from the college students. The workers are so hostile and slack off. The line was piling up and they all just stood there talking. When I inquired about the timing of my mobile order I was greeted with an aggressive attitude from the worker. They are constantly out of almost every topping and run so far behind. Me and my friend went there and i paid 15 dollars for a root beer and a bowl that i couldn't even eat because the worker dumped the bottom of the corn on my ball with the most corn water it was disgusting. My friend got a bowl and he could see the bottom of it because he got the littlest amount of rice with a dump of sour cream it was basically soup. I am beyond disappointed with this chipotle and will be making the farther drive just to not come back here. 0/10 would not recommend. I actually really like the Chipotle chain, as far as fast food goes. That is why I have continued to frequent this location, even though it is infamous for having a super long wait for online orders (sometimes up to an hour behind schedule) and frequently runs out staple items like chips, rice and chicken. What I cannot tolerate is rude and disrespectful treatment of customers/ delivery drivers by the manager. I saw her be very rude to someone the last time I was there and gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was a bad day. Tonight, I was standing next to a person of color who very quietly and respectfully asked a simple question. I believe they were a delivery driver asking for an update on when their order would be ready since things were running 20+ minutes behind. Ordered 3 rice bowls as a walk in customer. Credit card machine goes down in the middle of my order, but i did not bring cash. The worker handling my food was about to just give me the order for the inconvenience, but the manager stepped in and says "I would've given you your order if it was just one rice bowl, but 3 is too much" and proceeds to toss 3 perfectly good bowls into the trash right in front of me immediately after... Also they skimp out on portions. Again not the workers fault, but the manager or franchise owner...telling the workers to put in the minimal amount of food possible in the order so the franchise owner can reap the cost cutting benefits. They will literally spoon the rice, and use a spatula to scrape off excess from the top, like a damn science experiment. However, that is the end of the praise section for this location. - the line is always long, and there is only one person preparing, (even though there are always several people visible in the back ) causing long wait times. - 4 out of my last 5 visits, they have run out of guacamole in the middle of the lunch rush, and I got none. - On this visit, they were out of chicken, carne asada, white rice, black beans and guacamole...all during the lunchtime rush, and several people left in frustration. - the chips are always limp, greasy, chewy and cold...every single time. - The soda machine was out of ice. So, to recap, on this visit I had to get basically a burrito full of things I didn't really want, accompanied by limp, greasy chips with no guacamole, and a soda with no ice. My burrito bowls have all been half the size of a burrito bowl I would have gotten from any other Chipotle I have ever been to. My drink has been forgotten 3 times, my chips once, and they rarely put silverware and napkins. I also saw an employee directly handling food without any mask or gloves. Disgusting! As someone who has worked at Chipotle, this is incredibly frustrating because I know it's a result of bad employees, laziness, and lack of care for their customers. Corporate really needs to review how this store is run, and put their employees through more training and/or begin firing the problematic employees. read more

I must be a glutton for punishment, as I keep trying this place about once every 2 months in hopes that it will get its act together and come back to what it was - good place to get a fast, tasty, fresh burrito or bowl with good customer service. Nope! Went in on a Sunday at 6:30pm and the place was a mess - literally and figuratively. Food debris all over the counters, everything looked dirty and a few things (lettuce, guacamole) looked less than appetizing. But the real problem was that they were out or running out of most everything!! No white or brown rice or cauliflower rice at all. Scraping the barrel on the chicken and steak. No veggies (this place has not had veggies for months!!), no mild salsa, only a little brown looking guacamole, no chips. Yes, there were an influx of College students there, but it's a college town and the students have been back for 3 weeks...why is the influx still a surprise? The employees looked worn and unhappy, although they tried to do their best with what little they had. I don't blame them, but the management of this Chipotle has been really failing.
