I have no complaints . I can't believe I never knew this place existed! Located in a shopping plaza. Very clean, inviting atmosphere. Brisket burrito was delicious. I will be back for sure . I can't really comment on service the young lady that took our order was nice but also no smile, and I don't need someone to smile at me to take my order lol I loved it !!! read more

Just returned from our first meal at this most excellent restaurant. We placed our order at the register and our food was ready in 10 minutes, maybe a little less. We liked the open kitchen environment. The staff seemed happy, the music added to the sense of authenticity of this establishment. We had, tofu taco, spinach and garlic taco and east/west burrito with seitan. Everything was delicious! The veggies were crisp and fresh. The quantity of the stuffing was considerable. The tofu and seitan were excellent. We're in town once a week six months out of the year and will be back before long. We rate it 6 Stars out of 5! read more

I have been going to Bueno for years! The food is excellent, flavorful and consistent across locations and over the years. The family that operates these restaurants are good people. The thai chicken burrito is my go to, if i am feeling frisky i go to the smoked brisket. read more

very expensive for what you are getting, no coke or sprite working on the fountain. Employees didn't care when I pointed it out to them. Pretty lousy experience. read more

This was a solid spot for lunch. We were hungry and had done some grocery shopping in the area and stopped in here. They have a kiosk for easy ordering, so I did that while my friend ordered at the counter. I chose to get the chicken burrito with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce, pico de gallo, chipotle sour cream, grilled corn and hot sauce. They also had a few hot sauces at the bar so I took a few home with me. The burrito was huge! It definitely filled me up. I think the only thing I would've changed is the type of rice, it was like a yellow and I prefer a basmati/jasmine which I saw they had in a different burrito so I should've swapped it. Overall it was tasty and I loved having different salsa options. read more

The food is amazing! Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The service is quick and the restaurant is clean. I haven't had a single bad thing on their menu. The shrimp burrito bowl and the buffalo chicken quesadilla are so good! If you're looking for quick good food definitely come here. read more

Family business that's been around for years!! I remember when they opened in Amherst many years ago. This was a go-to spot and they're burritos still don't disappoint. When I am in the area visiting, I make it a point to stop in for a burrito. They are stuffed with rice, beans, veggies and toppings of choice! Sour cream, guac, yogurt, salsa! The list goes on. I ordered a veggie burrito and two tacos. I had not ordered tacos before and they weren't small where you'd need to order a handful. The little tacos were stuffed with ingredients! Their chips are great as well. So, if you like chips and dip.. go for it!! I highly recommend stopping in and trying an item from their menu if you haven't already. If you have not been to this location, they are located in a plaza on the main road. There's plenty of parking. The restaurant itself has ample seating and is very clean. Staff are always polite and knowledgeable and you don't feel rushed if dining in. read more

I interesting found out about this via word of mouth while in checkout at my grocery store & tried it out (I have photos in this so you'll see it). I opted for a Thai Steak Bowl, Spanish Rice, Chips & Salsa & the Thai Bowl was okay but I'm finding now some spicy stuff I use to take it's seemingly not the case anymore & had too much purple cabbage & only wished when I did the order was no cheese. Spanish Rice was okay but a little bland & chips & salsa did save that. Overall now you get the word. read more

After doing some shopping, we stopped here for a late lunch and it was absolutely delicious. They have a variety of food options, including gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. The employees were very professional and informative. Our food was complete much faster than I was expecting. The ambiance inside was so relaxed and casual. Just what we were looking for. Long story short, highly recommend! read more

Ordered Chicken Burrito bowl grande, to eat in restaurant, they gave it to me to go... only had 2 little morsels of meat, ended up not eating it and got money back. I have not been here in a while, They became a scam place for doing this at the prices they charge for rice beans and a lot of salad. read more

This location is amazing. Once a month we have a staff meeting and this tends to be a go to location. They always get large orders right and best thing ever, they write the orders on the containers which makes for efficient handouts. The counters are always clean and stocked. The staff has varied over past 3 years but whenever I walk in, I always get acknowledgment even if they cannot serve me immediately. read more

They had a new ordering area and it allowed me to customize my meal much easier. Had the best shrimp burrito. Good sized shrimp I added veggies and had no rice and it was such a good burrito. Staff seemed a bit preoccupied when I had questions but it was close to closing. Clean but not immaculate. read more

Consistency is always on point!! The online ordering process is very simple and convenient.

I had ordered the chi hen and spinach quesadilla. I was so disappointed. The rice was so dry I needed to take a sip of my drink to wash it down. The beans were bland. Just gross. They looked like something that came out of my rear end. The quesadilla was alright. Not great or amazing; it was just alright. Plus if you have quesadilla give us some sour cream to help keep us from choking on it. It was dry as hell. No sauce to keep it moist. It was just chicken that if it was cooked a minute longer would have been dry and spinach and cheese. I will never order from here again. read more

It's a step up from Chipotle. A pretty big one too. Stopped here to get something quick. This place delivered with a very good Chili burrito chock full of fresh ingredients. Got chips and fresh salsas. What more do you want? Good solid fresh fast casual Mexican read more

This is probably the one food place I have never had an issue with a wrong order, poor quality ingredients, something missing or the food wasn't that good. Bueno is always muy bueno, and the portions are generous. The OOOONLY thing that i noticed is the stuffed jalapeños are a smaller portion than they used to be. They are halves now instead if wholes. BUT they were still bomb. Unfortunately i don't have a photo to share because everything was so delicious, it didn't last long enough to snap a pic. Even my cat is a fan haha read more

Oh. My. Tastebuds. Definitely agree with other posters stating that it's like Chipotle but even BETTER. The seasoning they use on their chicken is soo tasty and you can load your burrito up with lots of fresh ingredients like onion, grilled corn, avocado, garlic, and cilantro. I actually went back 2 days after my first visit to try the shrimp burrito and though I liked the chicken better, I appreciate the large shrimp they give you in the burrito. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back! They have a punch card for repeat visits/rewards. Salsa bar is a big plus and their salsa is delish. Try it out! read more

Newest location of this awesome chain. LOVE the BBQ Seitan! Sadly, not as many of the cool treats of the Sumner St location. It's VERY much like the Northampton shop. But, the help is good, and the food is tasty! And very convienient to my work! read more

Excellent lunch today! The fish tacos were perfect and came out super fresh. I will definetly be back for lunch again soon.

I absolutely love this place! It's cute, roomy, cozy, and clean. You can see them make your food which is amazing since you can see all the ingredients are real and natural (like the peppers, onions, rice, beans, etc). The employees are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. I got the pulled pork quesadillas and OMG they're to DIE FOR! I get food from me at least once a week and keep going back to the quesadillas because they're THAT GOOD! I definitely recommend this place. I got my family addicted to it now read more

Interesting concept. I think this place may be a chain? It exists somewhere between a Chipolte and a traditional sit down Mexican restaurant. Ordering, menu, and restaurant layout/decor reminded me of Chipolte. Quality of food itself was closer to a sit down Mexican restaurant. read more

First time trying this restaurant out and I must say the food isn't bad. The setup inside reminds me of a Moe's or Chipotle's. We ordered online and drove about 15 or so minutes to pick it up. Upon returning back to the office our food was still warm which was great. I ordered and enjoyed the Chicken and Spinach Quesadillas which came black beans. I swapped the white rice for brown which was a little bland. The quesadillas were huge especially for lunch. It came with 2 small sides of sour cream which tasted a little warm so I got nervous and didn't use it. I would visit this place again as they have a pretty big selection to choose from. read more

Excellent food and service! Was suggested by a paramedic friend of mine who works in that area. Would definitely return when I'm out that way again. read more

My thoughts on this place are that it reminds me of a family run more authentic and better tasting version of a chipotle or Moe's. While it doesn't offer the sort of subway style over the counter approaching, they're very quick and efficient and it's never at the expense of their food. The stuffed jalapeños are a nice appetizer and their BBQ and Tai chicken burritos/bowls are fantastic! If you're looking for quick but filling Mexican food then this is the spot to come! I've visited all of their locations at various times and they are all comparable in quality and service. Never a single complaint and will be continuing to visit them in the future! read more

I am a big fan of Bueno Y Sano. I have to go with 5 stars for the awesome goodness that always seems to fill a Bueno Y Sano burrito. I am originally from Western Mass and fell for Bueno Y Sano when I was living in Northampton temporarily for a year in 2015-16. I would go to their original location at least once a week for lunch. I found myself in West Springfield 2 weeks ago killing some time on a recent visit and it was lunchtime ....so I just had to stop into this Bueno Y Sano location. I ordered a seitan burrito with the works and it was just like I remembered it from the Noho location. I put some of their hot salsa on it and made it perfect. The woman who waited on me was efficient and courteous. The women who made my lunch were skilled burrito makers! All were wearing the classic "Rolling Fatties Since 19XX" t-shirts. I would go back here again for lunch anytime. I miss Bueno Y Sano! read more

Every time I have ordered online this year, this location has had my order bagged up for takeout within 5 minutes of the estimated ready time. Excellent system to keep multiple people from standing around inside. Thank you for fast and delicious local food. read more

Very good food. Easy to order and eat in or pick up. I've been many times and never disappointed. Staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean! My favorite is their soft flour steak tacos. An order of Two is about the size of a burrito. I love their rice too. read more

Just love this place. Love the people that work there too. Food is delicious and not too heavy

I've been to both this location and the one in Northampton. They're very good, reliably consistent, modern "Mexican" quick food - burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. I can recommend the variations like the East-West asian fusion burrito, the Korean tacos, and the brisket tacos. While the food is reliably good, and filling, it's not special. It's usually under-seasoned and a bit oily. It's a fine option for popping in when you need a quick meal, the place seems clean and the staff works hard, but it's not anything I'd go out of my way for. read more

The food is always great and consistent. Really nice staff. I love their green sauce. Delicious!

Great vegetarian options. A plethora of flavor profiles. Generous portions. Good prices. Bueno is a home run!!

Bueno y Sano has delicious food, but I would recommend one of their other locations if possible. 9 times out of 10 the West Springfield location will get your order wrong. If you order anything on the side you'll never see it. Even if you order directly off the menu with no substitutions they'll find a way to mess it up. I have a co-worker who always orders the BBQ chicken quesadilla. Twice it's come without BBQ sauce. One memorable occasion it came without chicken. Not worth the hassle to order here. read more

We enjoyed our food very much here. I got the burrito bowl and hubby got 2 beef tacos which comes with sides of black beans and rice. They were tasty, filling and both of us ate for about $15.00 for dinner. Can't beat that! The place was clean as well as the bathrooms. We would go again. read more

This has got to be our number 1 lunch spot in all of West Springfield. Here's a list of places that can't even come close to Bueno. 1 Taco Bell 2 Chipotle 3 Moe's 4 every other Mexican place ever. I put a more detailed review up on Bueno's Northampton location, so I'll keep this one short and sweet: It's just like the Northampton location, except there is a huge parking lot outside its front door. I am loving every minute of the glorious Bueno burrito rut I am in. I frequent the Northampton location and ALWAYS get either a sauteed spinach, garlic and mushroom burrito, or the barbecued chicken burrito (but usually the spinach one). Something about trying this new location set me free because when I opened my mouth to order, out came "Two Thai chicken burritos, please!" ... Well, I love Thai food and I trust Bueno...so why not? This is what I repeated to myself over and over...and over... while I waited for my NOT spinach-garlic-mushroom burrito to make its appearance. And of course, it's Bueno...so it did not disappoint. So happy to have this as an option when we're running Riverdale errands :-) read more
