Our order was incorrect, and when we attempted to call (413-427-9328), the call went directly to a full voicemail box, leaving us unable to resolve the issue by phone. We had to return in person to request a correction. We had ordered rice and habichuelas but received only rice. Upon arrival, we were informed that the stewed pink beans were unavailable; however, no one contacted us to offer a substitution. Instead, the item was simply omitted. We were then given black beans as a replacement, but the order was still incomplete, as we received only one container despite ordering two. Additionally, no effort was made to compensate for the inconvenience of multiple trips (approximately one hour of additional travel time), and our tacos were not remade, resulting in a soggy and unsatisfactory meal. While the cost of the order was modest, the primary issue was the way the situation was handled. The response we received felt dismissive and unprofessional, as though the error was our fault rather than a service issue. For future improvement, I recommend contacting customers when items are unavailable to offer substitutions, as well as ensuring a more courteous and solution-oriented approach when addressing order issues. Due to this experience, we will not be returning and will be sharing our feedback accordingly.

Not washing certain utensils regularly and on top of that dropping them on the floor and not washing them immediately just putting them back to use whenever. They would reuse their utensils on food with the food caked on there without washing them like on spoons and tongs. They would not throw away vegetables when they drop them on the floor just rather rinse them off. And this makes me sick. I will be reporting to the board of health and filing an OSHA complaint.
