I went to this restaurant one time, and you know what? It was so good. I had to come back three more times just to make sure it was really that good. It was really that good. Food: the food was spectacular, I ordered the TexMex combo for two, and it came out fresh and hot, steaming on a large steel platter. Steaming hot tortillas and perfect sides. They had someone going around with an avocado cart, and crushing up guacamole special per table. That guac hit the spot. Service: Everyone here was hype af. The service was happy, the bartender seemed to be chilling, and there were tons of people in the establishment chowing down on delicious food. Ambience: it was well decorated and seemed to accurately represent the classic "display of culture" any restaurant wishes to display. Everything at this place hit the spot just right!

Ordered the chicken tortilla soup and all I got was a few pieces of cut up chicken, avocado and tortilla strips to add to a bowl of achiote broth.

We decided to eat here because of World Cup soccer. If anybody who is anybody watched the games this year, there was a local ad with the boy who thought that the chicken quesadillas were "De-LISH-ous", complete with ridiculous hand gesture that you couldn't forget. Being a fan of good Mexican food, we thought why not. This place was easy to find in Chicopee, and it was right near Dairy Queen which is good for dessert. One of the perks was that even though it was busy, we were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress promptly came up with a cart and offered to make fresh guacamole, which is always a treat. We especially loved one of their two sauces, which I found to be pleasantly garlicky. We all agreed that the majority of the food was better than average but not amazing. It should be said that there is a lot of decent Mexican food in our area from being in a seafood state, So amazing is hard to come by.The atmosphere was comfortable and fun, and we would probably eat there again if we were in the area. From where we live, we can go down into Connecticut and have delicious Mexican food made fresh down there as well. I'm always waiting for a delicious spinach enchilada to come my way, and I have still yet to find it. Despite the chain connotation, Chi-Chi's use to make some excellent enchiladas and I haven't found anybody who can match their enchilada sauce.

Last time I was in Springfield, MA I had the best birria tacos, unfortunately I couldn't find the name of the restaurant where I had those tacos but I found this food truck with some good reviews and I have to try it. This food truck did not disappoint me. I got some birria tacos and some regular tacos. The service was Fast and very good. The food was amazing. All of the food was hot and delicious my family really enjoyed it. We asked for extra hot sauce and he gave us plenty which was so appreciated! I wish I got a picture of the churros there were several pieces and hot and crispy absolutely delicious! The chicken quesadilla from here is by far the best I have ever tried! The quality of the cheese and seasoning on the meat with onions and cilantro was so delicious! And they give a roasted pepper that is actually SPICY which was exactly what I was looking for! This is absolutely my favorite taco truck in Massachusetts and I would definitely travel to Springfield for it, gladly! Highly recommend.

Over the years, I've vacationed in Mexico and worked for Big Sugar in Belle Glade, so I'm no stranger to authentic Mexican cuisine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a friendly "¡Hola!"--spoken w passion. Luckily, I know enough conversational Spanish to keep up, and I was seated near the front of the restaurant. The colorful menu practically told me what to order: Sopa de Camarones, Birria Tacos, and a fresh Jugo de Melón (watermelon juice). The waitress was incredibly welcoming and soon returned with a basket of warm tortilla chips and three kinds of salsa. That's when I knew--I had found the real deal. One salsa was mild, the second had a medium kick, and the third--an orange one--was pure fire . I laughed to myself and thought, "Yup, this is going to be good." And it was. All three salsas were absolutely delicious. Then came the food: a steaming bowl of shrimp soup and a plate of mouthwatering birria tacos. The smell alone made my stomach growl. The shrimp broth was rich and flavorful--absolutely hypnotic. I'd order it again without hesitation. As for the tacos? I smothered them in the green salsa and devoured them so fast, it was like I was drinking them. I was that hungry--and they were that good. This was the first truly authentic Mexican meal I've had since leaving South Florida. I'll definitely be coming back.
