Yesterday, with blinders on, I would not be sidetracked. The CB was excellent. Perfectly cooked w a nice charbroiled taste. The bun held up it's part of the bargain. It was lightly grilled and didn't fall apart (this is very important). Sauteed onions rounded out the experience. The burger was in my top 12 all time, and I've tried them in hundreds of places around the country. Fries ok, nothing special, but at least hot. Prices very reasonable, barmaid Cathy a fixture (and personable and efficient). Lots of friendly locals. Anyway, so many great choices on the menu, and daily specials. Wish it was closer. 5 charbroiled stars

I was a little skeptical from the outside, but as soon as I stepped in the restaurant was very nice looking. I only saw one server/bartender for the entire restaurant, but it seemed like he was able to keep up with everyone and I had no issues with my service. The boneless wings were delicious. The breading and flavor was perfect and it had a ton of chicken inside. Drinks were also tasty! I would definitely come back here!! I chatted with the brewer, Bruno, about what a fan of IPAs I was and he offers me to try some samples. I ordered the West Coast IPA and went outside to enjoy it. It turns out the beer that I ordered turned out to be the 2nd to last beer from that keg. While I was happily enjoying my beer outside, the server came over and said the Brewer wanted to make sure I fully appreciated the quality of the beer, I was given a replacement glass. I was stunned. The second glass certainly was a bit crisper than the first, but that is not my point. I was very impressed by that gesture and thought what attention to detail and customer satisfaction from a brewmaster. I would recommend this place unreservedly for craft beer drinkers.
