For those of us traveling on the mass pike, this place is a bit off the beaten path, but a great find for craft beer lovers. My friend and I stopped for an afternoon beer. I chatted with the brewer, Bruno, about what a fan of IPAs I was and he offers me to try some samples. I ordered the West Coast IPA and went outside to enjoy it. It turns out the beer that I ordered turned out to be the 2nd to last beer from that keg. While I was happily enjoying my beer outside, the server came over and said the Brewer wanted to make sure I fully appreciated the quality of the beer, I was given a replacement glass. I was stunned. The second glass certainly was a bit crisper than the first, but that is not my point. I was very impressed by that gesture and thought what attention to detail and customer satisfaction from a brewmaster. I would recommend this place unreservedly for craft beer drinkers. read more

Came here with some friends. We didn't know it was karaoke night, so let's just say it was interesting. We started with the Cidramel - Cider/Mead. You could definitely taste the nodes of citrus and apple with an aftertaste of lingering lavender. It was very good. We also got an Amor Angela (fruited sour). The food was the least impressive. We ordered the beef nachos, and the whole platter came with what seems like 3 tablespoons of meat. The mango habanero wings weren't your normal wings. It was like they were battered and then baked. They definitely weren't your average fried wing. The pizza was the least impressive. The crust was very thin and lacked any type of structure. If it wasn't for the alcohol, I wouldn't come here for the food. There are different events going on monthly. They also have two interactive golf simulators. We saw a lot of people bringing in their own clubs. It seems like a cool incentive, but definitely is a jump scare when you're not expecting it. read more

As I always do when I travel I feel that I MUST find the local breweries with food and support them - support I did and I was NOT disappointed! Great beers, food, atmosphere and of course the local peeps! The best part of travel for me is all of the above and great convos with both folks who worked here and other patrons was a highlight. Heck I was even asked for marriage advice from two of the servers who are getting hitched soon at a destination wedding! It's nice to not be treated like an 'out-of-towner' when I travel and I for certain was NOT here! After dinner on a 2nd night - came back here for a beer as I liked it that much. I enjoy the adventurous beers, although some don't hit the mark. The staff is really cool and nice to talk to. They have a ton of merchandise, and if you're really into their beers, you can join a membership that allows you to get discounts. Karaoke on the weekends is chill and not overcrowded. I always look to support local breweries when I travel. Thankfully the Drunken Rabbit wasn't too far of a drive. Ended up going on a karaoke night and the place was pretty packed. Ordered a turkey panini and it was fantastic. The beers were great as well. The single and double ipas were great. I ended up chatting with one of the bartenders, Val, and she showed me great hospitality. I told her I came traveling from a long way, and she took the time to show me where they make the beer as well as the kitchen. There beer is very good but it's constantly changing, which I guess could be a good and bad thing. But unfortunately It takes 10-20 minutes for someone to notice you and take your drink order. The food/kitchen could use a lot of improvement and is overpriced for the quality and amount you get. We got 2 $30+ dollar pizzas and it didn't have the ranch (Chicken Bacon Ranch) and we were given a bowl of free chips to make up for it. Seems kinda crummy and they wouldn't take it off our bill. If you want just a few beers with a friend I'd recommend giving this place it a shot. They do have very good and big selection of beer. If you're looking to have a beer and some food, I'd recommend you keep looking. The beer here is pretty good. Definitely worth a try! It's a large "beer hall" type space, and they have a nice sized bar. It was very loud inside, but that's what you get at a place like this. We really enjoyed our stop at this brewery. We found the beer selection to be varied (I.e. not all IPA's ). Stout and Pilsners were crisp and flavorful. The ambiance was invitIng and spacious. This is my 2nd review for this place. This time the bartender/server person was a young girl who was very friendly, however I'm a nacho person who likes good nachos with a great beer which they have a big selection in which they let you sample to determine what you like. They just cannot make a good nacho, it was burnt and with every bite, that's all I could taste. My next visit there will definitely not be their inconsistent preparation of nachos. Decent selection of Beers. The side and amount of people that it fits can result in slow service, however. Nice brewery in a good location. I really enjoy the atmosphere here when it's not too crowded. Big screen, activities to pass the time and, of course, some pretty good beer. They'll bring in food trucks quite regularly, but it can be a little bit of a pain to have to go in and out to check on your order. I highly recommend the Donnie Darko. A great, black IPA. Had very good experience on weeknight as a group of 8 at Drunken Rabbit Brewing. We had beer flights, wine and single beers. Food choice huge for a brewery. I especially liked the pizza. Delicious The pretzels and tater tots good too. Like their variety of brewed beers ,their names and descriptions of each one. They offered a few non-beer wine and hard seltzers choices too. Stopped by here and would go back! We did 2 flights, which allowed us to try all of the beers they had on tap. They had a good variety of beer. Really liked some but, not all.. I was excited to try their ginger beer, but couldn't even finish it. Too much of a kick for me. They have a variety of board games to play, which was awesome to be able to bring outside. Three recent price hikes has made this place unacceptable to me as there are other IPS's and beer types out there that I like much better and are typically less expensive. I have also seen dogs in the restaurant which I believe are not allowed in MA (other than service and doctor approved comfort). Other behaviors are ignored. I almost didn't come here because of the tepid Yelp rating. I'm glad I opted for convenience because Drunken Rabbit Brewing was terrific. You walk into a big, inviting taproom. Belly up to the bar and look at the two-sided beer list (yes that's a lot of beers!). Not only were there a lot of beers, but there was a very interesting variety. I'm a big IPA fan and I appreciate it when I go to a brewery and there's a ton of IPAs to choose from. Many times, they IPAs take up 2/3 of the beer list. Here, there was an excellent selection of IPAs but there were tons of other beers too. There was even a sour and an alcoholic ginger beer. (I don't like either, but there were two people in our group that each had one of the two and liked them both - that's why their wide selection was so great). I also had a dark IPA - something I've never had before. To me, it was very stouty, but when a friend who doesn't care for IPAs and really likes stouts tried it they definitely tasted the IPA in it. I love getting something really different that tastes good and isn't just a gimmick. I would definitely come back to Druken Rabbit and would recommend you try it too. read more

I most certainly swore, I said a 4 letter S and F word... Then was told I could leave, and I thought they were joking, this is a brewery correct? Well no I stopped singing and was informed this is a family establishment, and my use of S and F was unacceptable. I am a gentleman in my opinion, I don't go dropping f bombs at dinner or in front of y'all's grandma's. But if I'm at a brewery with the crew I use choice words as 99.9% of brewery goers do. Stopped in driving from Boston to see family after finding this on Google maps. Happy to see a new brewery in WMass. Beer list was, sorry, wicked good and I could have tried most of the list. I settled on a New England IPA and a Belgian Wit beer for my pints. Both delicious and well balanced beers. Staff was soooooooooo friendly and offered samples. Bartenders that actually talk to you? What? I am not a person who goes into places and then spends the whole time on my phone. I was happy the server/bartender was willing to chat. I guess now a days, it's not very common for people to be social. I grabbed two crowlers (32oz cans) that are poured and canned right in front of you. Worth taking some home as long as you don't have a super long drive. Reasonably priced also when you realize you're getting to pints of beer. I split them with my dad when I got home. I will definitely be returning on my next visit home to see family and I'm dragging them here to try the beer. read more

We wanted to discover a new brewery. Online search brought up Drunken Rabbit...The well designed website made it look like a happening, friendly place. Stepping into the Brewery we were impressed with the lay out and seating. Bar area and tables. It was "full" but not crowded. We selected beer from the wide variety of choices...however we did not know we could have a sample size. This would have helped. Seemed the server just wanted to get us a beer then that was it. We were ignored the rest of the time. we waited politely but after a bit realized they didn't even look at us unless we basically flagged them down, and when we did we got an "attitude". .Look of annoyance, frustrations, etc. We are happy people we were happy to get out and discover a new place. But our smiles gradually disappeared the longer we were there. The place became more crowded, band started to play, and we observed many people having to wait ridiculously long amounts of time to order. There is no waitress service so everyone needs to approach someplace at the bar to order a drink. not an efficient style..Esp. when the servers pick and chose who they will serve, and who they will ignore. It was a long drive to get to this place. There's a vast variety of beer, good beer..and beverages. Apparently there is an onsite food truck, but it was closed. as far as Friendliness....guess they left that in the cooler. We got here and there weren't many people there, which was a bit concerning. But as the day went on, more people showed up. There is a big bar and many tables to sit at. Lots of beers on tap and even a food truck in the parking lot! you can place your order at the food truck and they will give you a buzzer once your order is ready. If you are planning to use the brewery for a party Beware! I wanted a birthday party there for 33 people, was told we would have seating and tables for the caterer. When we got there we found out that she also booked a jack& jill party. We were given two tables that sat 16 and when I asked Val about it she just shrugged her shoulders. If we had know we could of changed the date, she never told us there was another party and the inside isn't large enough to easily host two events. the caterer had trouble even getting one table for the food, which wasn't long enough to put all our food on. read more

I came here at the recommendation of a couple of friends, and I have to honestly say I love love this place the ambience was very chill, and the people in there, bar staff and patrons alike just shared a very good vibe. With that being said me being a beer guy I tried the Julian the orange fribble and the pickle me Sour and all of them were so good that I couldn't tell which one I like best. however if your a Guy who likes spice the pickle me sour which is a beer that has a hint of jalapeño was absolutely amazing but I digress because all the beers were fantastic. Along with the beers my fiancé drunk two of the mixed wines on tap, the dirty Diana in the old mother pucker, and she had nothing but positive and ranting reviews about both. What makes this experience even better was after the brewery had closed I actually got to meet the owner at Doc's Place who hooked us up with beer tokens for a next round and since I'm getting married and having a jack and Jill in March told me that he would take care of me for two gift baskets to raffle off at my jack in jill. if this doesn't scream customer service and appreciation for the customers I don't know what does can't wait to tell more and more people about this place and can't wait to visit again!!! read more
