I've been to Elicit Brewing Company in Manchester multiple times -- probably around six times at this point -- and every single visit has been such a fun experience. This place is HUGE and has so many different vibes all in one building, which I absolutely love. The drink selection is one of my favorite parts. They have so many beers on tap, plus cider flights, sour flights, beer flights -- all different types of flights if you're like me and enjoy trying a little bit of everything. And if beer isn't your thing, they have cocktails too, so everyone in your group can find something they like. The food is just as impressive. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are AMAZING -- crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The burgers are delicious, and the desserts? Oh my goodness. The deep-fried Oreos are next-level. Atmosphere is where Elicit really stands out. There's the big open beer hall feel inside, but also different sections depending on what kind of night you're looking for. It can be chill and casual earlier in the evening, then turn into more of a going-out/club vibe later on. There's a cocktail bar upstairs, and as the night goes on the energy really shifts. In the summer they have bands (sometimes outside), a full outdoor bar, a fireplace, two inside bars, a little quieter lounge area with couches, and even a small game room. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs make it convenient, and you can rent rooms for private parties too. I also like how the food ordering works -- they give you a pager and you pick up your food when it's ready. Tables are first come, first serve though, so definitely save your spot because you can lose your seat if you're not careful, especially on busy nights. It does get packed on weekends, so I recommend getting there early if you want a good table for your group. But overall, it's one of my go-to spots in Manchester when I want good drinks, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Normally I love elicit! always a good time to grab drinks and food with friends , they host fun trivia nights and have a dog friendly outdoor patio during the summer ( which I love ). . So I was super excited when I saw they were hosting a galentines day drag brunch !! The drag show was amazing !!! But I was disappointed that there was no BRUNCH food . You can't have a brunch show and no brunch . They did offer a regular menu to order from . The other problem is that there were no servers so we had to order food and go downstairs pick up our own food and. Then bring it back upstairs... which is very annoying if you are going there for a show and have to leave to get food ! Not to mention there was an issue doors were suppose to open at 10 am so we got there early to get seats settle in and order food . However the doors open well after 10:30 . And possibly an issue with the bartenders ( not being available) but they were able to figure that out thankfully by the 11 am show . So a lot of issues .. the show itself was amazing . The food was okay . I did end up getting the grilled chicken sandwich which was good ( nothing amazing ) and the fries were plain no seasoning . 3/5 for the food . The drinks were good ! I ordered the strawberrry Hugo spritz that had elderflower in it which I really enjoyed all flavours were balanced equally (4/5 ) and then I tried the peach hard palmer which I was not a fan off (3/5 ) Drag show 10/10 ! ( highly recommend ) I wish they advertised it a just a drag show and not a brunch + show ( since there was no brunch options ) ! And also a very limited Valentine's Day cocktails ( only one option of a red velvet martini) Overall fun event but need to plan events better if they do plan on hosting and consider adding food specific for the event ( or not advertise as brunch .. if you don't plan on offering brunch food ) ! read more

After reading multiple reviews, I was still surprised by this cavernous creation, located in a repurposed factory. Despite having the Patriots on a massive jumbotron, there were tables available. Though the noise was considerable, it was not overwhelming. A massive line of taps was attended by several pourers. Flights could only include Elicit Brews, but I was fine with that. A large nostalgic sign and arrow said "Eat Here" but it was the location to order food and pick up a buzzer. Options were a nice variety of pub food; burgers, tacos, appetizers, and one of my favorites, fried pickles. The food was great, the beer was delicious, the Patriots were on fire, and all was right in my world. read more

I was at a private event (baby shower) at Elicit and it was great! The entire upstairs was rented out for the event. There was a full bar there but for frozen drinks it was only served at the patio bar. We were given wristbands for drinks at other bars other than the one where our event took place so it was counted as our open bar for the event. The space is so nice and it was decorated beautifully. Great lighting. Could've been cooler with air conditioning as it was super hot on a July afternoon. There were bar seating, regular tables and booths. We were able to order any drink. The food was set up in a different room and there was also seating there. The garlic Parmesan and Cajun dry rub wings were sooooooo delicious; cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The pizza was thin crust bar pizza and really good. The signature salad had candied walnuts with a spring mix, blue cheese crumbles and vinaigrette. The salmon in lemon caper sauce was my absolute favorite! My only complaint is there's no elevator for ADA access and the AC could've been better. read more

This is a nice big brewery with many different areas you could be in, the comfy lounge in the front, the beer hall in the middle, the lovely patio up top, or there's a club apparently above...which I haven't been to, but i'm told it exists! The beers are good, they give you teenty little ones to try for 3 dollars. The cocktails have been solid, they make a killer espresso martini. I visited Elicit for their Y2K music bingo night. It was such a fun time and there was a large turnout! I like that Elicit hosts so many events. Their space is perfect for big groups and they have an upstairs event venue as well. Their holiday decorations are really cool and add to the space for sure. I got a southern hospitality burger which came with some really good french fries. I think I could've had a plate of the fries alone and been happy. The burger was good and filling, but a bit messy. Something compelled me to order a non-alc espresso martini off their mocktail menu and while it was delicious, I'm pretty sure it was just coffee in a martini glass lol. We hosted a private event upstairs at Elicit Brewing and it was an all-around fantastic experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond--super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly for our group. The upstairs space is massive, giving us plenty of room to spread out, mingle, and enjoy the night. There was a birthday party happening and trivia night in full swing downstairs, and somehow the vibe was still perfectly balanced--lively but not chaotic. The pizza buffet was a crowd-pleaser and impressively accommodating to all dietary needs. Everyone found something they enjoyed, which isn't always easy with a large group. Afterward, we hung out playing cornhole until close--it was the perfect way to cap off the night. Between the great beer, laid-back atmosphere, and standout staff, Elicit hit every mark. Came here for a retirement get together. So, the hubby and I decided to come a bit early to get something to eat. When we walked in. There were two table couch areas that were vacant. But the table was filled with so much glasses and garbage. We still sat at one of the tables and just pushed the garbage to the side. We ordered food and just waited to see if anyone would clear the table across from us. Of course the table wasn't cleared and a couple that came in and wanted to sit there ended gathering all the trash and putting it on the tray and brought it to the counter. Ok, let's talk food. The food was good. The hubby and I shared a burger which I can't remember the burger name. We had that with some sweet potato fries. Which both the sweet potato fries and the burger was really delicious. We had also ordered some buffalo chicken wings which was also good. And I added some whipped ricotta and sourdough bread. Huge place, much bigger than I thought walking in. They have several dining spots, at the front, .idle back, way back and to the side. There are even breakout rooms in the side and an outdoor section in the back. We came here for trivia and even on a Monday there was a lot of buzz and itvwas loud. This was a perfect find for a large group . The bartender was extremely attentive and kind(I wish I caught her name). We are a travel softball team and everyone was able to set up a "family" tab for the evening. The system remembers you from bar to food counter so our teens (16+) were able to pretend like they didn't know us as we sang along to the music bingo (so fun)! Good food for everyone (A+pub grub)! I loved the set out of plenty of sitting in the large area and then the sofas on the other side. Its perfect for large groups. BEER & FOOD: The drinks variety are plentiful. There is a beer for everyone. I love their prices as I have gone to many brewery and the beer prices are much balanced here. On this day they even have beers at $3 dollars. So if you are on a budget, you have choices. I have to talk about the food. I have to say that yes its mainly bar food but OMG everything is done RIGHT. I mean it. Everyone in my group agreed that the choices were great and quality was amazing. We were extremely surprised with their eggplant fries which some in the group don't like eggplants and were LIKE WHAT?? Yes they loved it. We had the following items in their menu; sweet potatoes waffles; Philly eggrolls; burger and fries, chicken bites, eggplant fries, wings, sweet heat. EVENT: On this day they had live music on the down stairs and DJ upstairs. I love them both. We left almost at 1am after dancing and singing with strangers that were all there to have fun. I love that they had plenty of security presence everywhere. This is highly important to me and it gave me a sense of safety and responsibility from the staff. My friends all loved it and thought the only bad thing is how far they are from us. STAFF and ORDERING: Here I thought they had excellent ordering system and process. They have a great set up with at least 6 cashier registers to dispense your drink orders. On the other side they have about 2 registers for food ordering. Everything is very modern and easy to order. Inside there are many rows of high top tables, a lounging area out front, and then often a dance club and bar area upstairs! The upstairs part of the venue area is sometimes closed for special events and it has a wonderful glass overlook where you can peer down on the rest of the establishment... (if you go to the bathroom or into one of the adjoining rooms). Good for groups! Note that during peak business hours, it may be hard to find a seat! For food --- it is bar food but I have no complaints. Note that it is not usually why I go there... (actually never something that I can quite recall much about -- either good or bad)... but I recommend swinging by if you are looking for a good time on a Thursday through Saturday night! read more

When we tried to get a refund for the burger order, they had trouble processing it because their system wasn't working. After almost an hour and a half, our food finally came -- and it wasn't good at all. They gave us a $10 gift card, but it was only valid starting the next day. Had such a great time at Elicit Brewing last night! The food was delicious and they have a large menu, offering tacos, wings, pizza, sandwiches, desserts, and more. I sampled several of the tacos (my favorite being the chicken) and wings (offering five different flavors), and cheeseburger sliders, and everything was great! I LOVED their fried Oreos, which are fairly new to the menu and a great addition. Plenty of choices on tap, but also have cocktails and mock-tails available too. I highly suggest the Downeast cider donut (with cinnamon sugar rim) or their cocktail Butter Balls (can't go wrong with cream soda and butterscotch schnapps). I recently assisted my cousin in throwing a surprise birthday/retirement party here for my aunt. Everything went very smoothly and the staff couldn't have been more helpful! I arrived early to put up some decorations in the room my cousin had rented and they let us in before they opened. I had to inquire about the best entrance for a few of our guests in wheelchairs and the staff was very accommodating regarding that. Elicit is probably the most fun brewery in Manchester. This is a very large brewery, with a pretty large parking lot. The downstairs is the brewery, the upstairs are the cocktails and the liquors. They have a very large selection of beers, and they have pretty funny names. Such as Botched Facelift, Helicopter Dad and Sip Me Til Ice Cream. They of course offer flights. Any beer I've ever had has always been very tasty. They will offer you a sample of any beer you ask for. My favorite part of Elicit is their outdoor patio. At the back of the brewery is the patio. Here you'll notice a mural of Marilyn Monroe holding a glass of Elicit beer. This is where they have live music, or comedy shows. They even have a bar outside, so you don't have to miss any of the performance while you're getting your refill. Outside you can dance, or sit with your group of friends by the fire pit. They have some food, it's nothing impressive, it's typical bar food. I have enjoyed the pretzel. If you're lucky, you can grab seating outside, but we weren't and we had to sit inside which was fine until the dinner/after work crowd came in and it got super loud and crowded fast, we ended up leaving early just because of that. I felt anxious especially when people who obviously had too much to drink started literally screaming. The funny part is that these were older folks like in their 50's by the looks of it. The food was just ok, their homemade donuts were probably the best thing we ate. Kinda seems silly to ask people to tip when you, as the customer, literally have to get up and get your own food, and silverware, and bring it back to your table. Veterans and animal lovers beware! On April 5th, 10 of us planned a family meet up at this location. One of our family members is a veteran with a trained service K9 named Shadow. Shadow is an amazing German Shepherd who wears a clearly marked "Service Dog" vest and spent the evening quietly sitting under our table. Our group started to arrive around 7 pm and began enjoying what is honestly a great venue, we all agreed that the location, food and drinks were excellent. The problem occurred upstairs at approximately 11 pm when a young, white, blonde male staff member approached our Veteran and Shadow at our table in a bouncer like fashion. He then told him that he allowed someone other than himself (Family members) to pet the dog in violation of ADA and their policy. Our veteran family member then asked "Okay, are you telling me I have to leave?" At which time he stated "Yes". Astonished and extremely disappointed we all immediately began to gather our belongings and leave in protest of what had just occurred even though we already as a group had spent well north of $500 in food and drink. I also tipped 20% before leaving since the Bartenders and Wait staff were good to us. We then asked to speak to a manager and were met at the exit by the manager who I believe was named "Amanda". She was professional and polite with me (Not as nice with the victim) but completely supported her staff member. Emphasizing "ADA" guidelines which I admittedly am unfamiliar with but our Veteran insisted that he did not violate any ADA service K9 guidelines and that his removal was illegal. We all then left after respectfully voicing our disappointment. The obvious issue is that if there was ever a time that required a delicate and compassionate approach is when addressing one of our amazing veterans who sacrificed so much for us all and now requires a Service Dog to manage life. There is no reason he couldn't have been politely approached and advised "Hello sir, can you please refrain from allowing anyone other than yourself to pet your K9 while in our establishment per our policy". And that would have been the end of it. Instead a young naive staff member made a poor decision and was supported by management. Our hope is that ownership will review any available camera footage of said evening confirming our version of the chain of events and address their staff and policy accordingly to prevent a veteran from ever being mistreated again. read more

First thoughts, ample parking and bouncer at the door. Ok is this going to be a night club? You pass through a lounge area of couches and armchairs. The main room is mostly elevated tables that seat about 8 people. There are also some lower picnic style tables. Outdoor seating if its not raining, and more seating upstairs with quieter, but large room. I came for the radio ad that said it was a bar / arcade. Nope. Please dont be fooled. Ordered our drinks from one of 6 ladies. They turn around and pull a tap. Good thing there are 6 of them to handle this. Then you have to walk to the other side of the room for food. They have you pay (and tip!) then hand you a beeper. Half an hour later, your appetizer is ready. $17 pulled pork quesedilla, which was quite good. $?? philly egg rolls which were just mediocre. $12 fried pickle chips, again mediocre, but thats not a complaint. The room is full of metal and wood with high ceilings, they have some interesting features to the room, but overall its loud and you cannot hear the music they are playing. Its got somewhat of a sports bar feel with a very large tv (100"??) over the viewing area to the brewery. And about 6 other tvs playing movies and sports. Live music was due to start at 9pm, honestly did not want to stay since nothing about the place had impressed me yet. On the way out, wife saw an arrow for "Arcade". 4 pinball machines, 1 basketball game, and maybe 2 video games tucked into what looked like a non-used coat closet. 4 guys were being anti-social in here. I recommend going here once. They advertise and its popular enough, and you'll only be out 80$ or so dollars for some snacks and beers. read more

We've been to Elicit Brewing twice and both times have been a great experience. This place is far more than a brewery...it is set up for events and entertainment. We just went up today to book our rehearsal dinner and it was BY FAR one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding. Emily was so organized and helpful. She made it such an easy process and accommodated our needs. As for the drinks and food... the has a FULL menu of bites and such. When we looked at the catering menu they offered even more. They have multiple fully functional bars that have so many options. On their large back patio they even have a tiki park serving up drinks all week (extra on Tiki Tuesdays)! The serve a variety of beers and ciders from more than their brewery. The front room was decorated for a baby shower last time we visited and we saw a wedding going on upstairs. We will be using the front room as well and I LOVE the glass details from the ceiling. There is a small room off of there with classic arcade games. *Review is based exclusively on food from this location* This place is a beer garden that offers food. They've been around for a while now, never been because they are pretty much a bar. But I wanted to at least try the food, see if it's possibly a diamond in the rough. They are not. The portions are small, the prices are high, and the food is about what I would expect from a bar. Sliders were dense and unseasoned, beignets were extra crispy, tacos were doused in slaw to buk them out, but the street corn fries were pretty tasty. If I were drunk, the food would be good. But I wasn't drunk, so it's not good. But this type of location is a place you go to meet with friends and have a drink. For that purpose, this place seems more than able to accommodate. As I passed by Adams street multiple times I saw a huge crowd and was intrigued to visit this place. After researching on Google and yelp, and a few months later, here is asummary of my experience. This place is a brewery, beer hall, cocktail bar, lounge, arcade and restaurant with regular events. The events include live entertainment and special celebrations for valentines day, Mardigras or margarita day to name a few. The menu tastes good and was priced reasonable. It wasn't crowded on the day I visited. People were spread all over with a few playing board games, jenga and cards to name a few. If you like beer, they have 5oz samplers for $3. However if you know what you want, a 20oz starts at $7. If you prefer a call crowd visit on a weekday with no events, if you enjoy the crowd, puck a Friday, Saturday or a day of the event. read more

For 10 years I planned to visit the Adams Mill restaurant and then Elicit... both of which never happened until today finally! finally! made it and boy did I pick the worst day to visit... there was hardly anyone. This place is usually packed you can tell by the number of cars on the lot. Im always looking for places open late.. this is open till 2am.. well on the weekends that is. Here's all you need to know....event driven community cocktail bar/beer garden (local semi-local drafts) which has retro arcade & games, including giant Jenga and ping pong. Serving quick-service food (well wasn't that quick) like sandwiches, pizzas, wings and pretzels. It's shocking how much vegetarian options they have... jackfruit BBQ taco, cauliflower this and that. It was alright. But the beer ... the beer was amazing!! I tried the Elicit Hefe Lifting ... light wheat beer, had notes of mango or something fruity.... Not in a bad way, was super refreshing. It's nice that they have 5oz for like $3bucks.... means you can try as many without breaking the bank or forcefully drink something just coz you paid for it. Massive lounge space... the high roofs give it a sense of openness esp. on crowded nights and live music. If you haven't already, I highly recommend you visit. read more
