This time I got the braised pork and polenta and this one is on me because I don't usually like braised pork or polenta too much but it sounded interesting and I wanted to try it. The peach crumble was absolutely spectacular and I'm glad they learned from last time and made the ice cream sweeter (the creme fraiche on the dessert I got last time was not sweet whatsoever). I think they converted me. It was so moist and sticky and beautiful and the almonds were perfectly toasted and crispy without being like chewing on rocks.
