Besides that, there wasn't much of a problem. Very fast service! I ordered the Thai burrito with tofu, it was nice and flavourful. It's a little spicy, but only in the 'makes your lips tingle' sort of way. It is listed on the menu that it's spicy, so it wasn't a surprise. In conclusion, would we come again? I ordered ahead of time using the app. I selected "dine in" but nonetheless when I showed up my food was all packaged up as if it was takeout. I mentioned this and the lady just said, "oh it's ok". I was in the mood for Mexican and wanted to change it up from my usual quick spot at the Chipotle in Chicopee, and I'm so glad I did - I don't think I'll ever go to Chipotle again! The entree offerings here are unique compared to other Mexican places and quick service places like Chipotle. I tried the Smoked Brisket Tacos and loved them. The brisket was very tender and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The tacos came with a generous serving of rice and beans, which made for a delicious and very filling meal. Comes with pinto beans and rice plus a jalapeno. Beans seasoned well, rice a bit dry, and that grilled, cheese filled jalapeno was fire, especially the very last bite that kind of kicked my butt. Tofu burrito bowl, no cheese very satisfying for the vegetarian, almost regretted not getting it "grande." Well, where do I start? Ok, first let me start by saying that the staff and service was great. They were really nice and I'm sorry that the food just; I honestly just did not like it. Why? Live nearby and have heard great things so decided to give it a try! This place is nestled in a small business complex. The inside is clean, including the bathroom. The employees we interacted with were all helpful and explained the menu basics to us first timers. There are A LOT of interesting and unique burrito flavor options which is exciting because you never get sick of the same thing (as if you could get sick of burritos/tacos in the first place...). Look, there are a lot of burrito chains in the world...but this place has surprisingly unique and fresh flavors. The rice is phenomenal, the salsa options are unique and nothing like any of the other major chains. The prices here are also pretty affordable. I also like that you can pay for the extras (make it grande) or not. Customization is important and appreciated. I had the tomato and garlic burrito, and it was phenomenal. I know, it sounds odd and bland, but the fresh tomato and garlic, added to the beans and rice, was like a ray of sunshine during these dreary winter days. My boyfriend had the BBQ pulled pork quesadilla, which came with a side of rice and beans, and he said it was pretty much 'dilla perfection. I also ordered a side of grilled jalapenos to bring to a friend, and they were slightly charred on the outside, stuffed with cream cheese, and severed over rice. Doesn't get much better than that.
