I have NEVER written a negative review about an establishment, but this takes the cake for SUREEE. I got a mcCrispy deluxe meal through the kiosk, and when it arrived it was only a chicken patty with 2 pickles. My friend ordered a large fry, and it arrived in a small bag with very little fries. When I went up to ask for some fixes, I was refused a fix for the fries and given my burger wrong A SECOND TIME. Another one of my friends got her burger with no toppings, and went into the bathroom and slipped due to the floors being so wet with NO WET FLOOR SIGN in sight. Some old women tried to cut off the driver infront of me while in the drive through line and he did not let her. The old women then refused to take a place in the drive through line behind him instead she completely blocked off the opposite lane creating a huge traffic back up. She kept trying to cut him off until he got to the window and then and the McDonald's employee said something to him not once telling this old women to go around, stop blocking traffic, or to get in line behind the other driver. So staff doesn't care about the entire parking lot being backed up, then say something to the person not causing the issue and on top of that my order was missing items. It was late on a Sunday evening and I was starving after a long drive so I decided to pass through this McDonald's drive thru. When I pulled up to the ordering booth I was greeted by an employee who took forever to take my two burger order. It was obvious that this store was understaffed because it took an additional five minutes to pay and get my food even though I was the only one in the drive thru. That being said, the staff members I worked worth were really polite, and the food itself was warm and delicious. The burgers were well made and not sloppy which isn't always the case with McDonald's. In the end this was a typical location with happened to be a bit slower. Not one to complain most times but after stopping in this morning at 4:30am for a medium black coffee and an egg McMuffin on my way to work only to get there (less than 5 miles) and find a lukewarm coffee with cream and an ice cold breakfast sandwich with an english muffin that would chip a tooth. This particular location has failed me two times in a row when I went. They put my food in a bag and did not give me a tray until I asked even though I did not order to-go. They also called my number and made me go to them when I had the table locator both on my receipt and on my table and they are supposed to bring my food to me when this locator is used. They have done both of these things on two separate occasions. I'm not a perfect person, so yes, I go to mcDonald's from time to time. I'm usually pretty underwhelmed by the experience, deserving 2, maybe 3, stars. This location was, by far, my best experience. It was super clean, even though it's a 24 hour location in a college town. Early on a Saturday morning, I expected it to look like Mick Jagger's hotel room, but it was pristine. Second time in a row I've gotten mozzarella sticks that weren't heated through. The cheese was cooled and solidified so I didn't get that epic stringy cheesy moment we all live for when ordering mozzarella sticks. Especially when it's late at night and I'm a little "under the influence" this was the worst disappointment ever. Mcdonald's is supposed to be a happy place. I was expecting kind workers, good service and chicken nuggets. But that was the exact opposite of my experience there. We went through the drive through and tried to order McFlurrys, but they said they were out of ice cream. We knew they were lying, because our other friends were in the car in front of us and they got ice cream perfectly fine with no problems. We went to the Wendy's across the street and got chicken nuggets and Frosties, then decided to go back to the McDonalds and try again. When we tried to order McFlurrys again, they didn't question it and let us come up. We were a little confused, because before they said they was no ice cream. When we pulled up, we politely asked them why we couldn't get our ice cream before and they said it's because they had to refill the ice cream machine, but they could have just told us that instead of telling us they are out. Not only did they tell us there was no ice cream, but the lady was being extremely rude and sassy (rude expressions, not nice tone, etc.) I was extremely disappointed, and will not return. Went through drive-thru at around 4:30am. Egg McMuffin was surprisingly good. The egg was perfectly cooked, yoke was just soft enough. The restaurant looks new and clean from the outside. No issues placing my order. Food was hot and came quickly. read more

BEST McDonald I ever been too and I been to quite a few in my life time. The staff is super friendly, especially the cashier that I dealt with. The place was amazingly clean. When I say clean, I mean the soda machines actually works properly, the ketchup dispenser was not disgusting to use (the general area of the soda machine was clean) and seating area was not sticky or has any food left over. The place felt a little "high class". Whoever is managing this McDonald...keep up the good work. McDonald Corporation should be proud of the people that work at this McDonald.
