Instead, what I got was a small, spongey, insipid roll of inferior quality. The meats were pre-cut and rolled into a small "cigar" that went into the grinder roll. This caused the sandwich to be unbalanced: when taking a bite from the left side, I got some meat, but when biting from the right side, all I got was veggies and bread. The sandwich was a chore to finish and I only continued to stave off hunger. Overall, the quality wasn't great. I have eaten much better Italian grinders at lesser known establishments. My wife complained that the cream of broccoli soup had an overpowering flavor of onions. I tried and spoonful and have to say I agree. The one redeeming quality is that the food was relatively affordable, with the "Classic Italian" costing $10 and the cup of soup costing $3.
