In the case of today I had mine delivered (though weather wasn't pristine in that who can fault some anyway) & peculiar part is have a special kind called the Holyoke Special & this is a first time & overall was pretty good; crust was right, toppings fresh & overall this was good & didn't need seasonings. I also contacted the place for the driver so they knew where I was & clearly they made sure that one got my location right plus a little early as well & you know I have a high instinct if they deliver that well I suspect they also if dine in is identical with service/ambiance & even in the call they played Italian music (what do you expect, it's an Italian style place) read more

Staff is making sandwiches without gloves on. We got pizza take out and had to reheat it when we got home because the person at the front didn't realize it was ready and sitting in a box somewhere. Pizza was good. The disappointment was to see staff making sandwiches without wearing gloves. I'm sure that goes against every kind of norm. read more

The food was nasty. Fried dough was terrible. The dough was hard. It wasn't soft. My sandwich didn't have enough bacon. The fries were disgusting. Y'all need to do better. read more

The pizza came out so delicious and my wings were amazing thanks so much I love Holyoke pizza since I was a kid !!! Order up

I saw this place while browsing uber eats and decided to try it out. I got a pizza and it was delicious. My order was ready in a good amount of time and the delivery was fast too. read more

This place never disappoints. Steak and cheese is wicked good and a big portion. Also the veal parmigiana is enormous and delicious also. My mother got the veal parmigiana and she's wicked picky about veal and she was very satisfied. This place is great and the people are very kind. Never a bad meal there. THIS PLACE IS A HOME RUN ALL THE TIME. . A+++++++++ all the time. read more

First unhappy experience. Had to drive back to have my order corrected. Brought everything because some places have you do that and they didn't replace my fries that are cold now and he didn't look like he wanted to fix it! I give second chances because it might be the night but after that I'll have to change. read more

Holyoke Pizza - What they call chicken cutlet - Pizza Near Me - Holyoke, Massachusetts

Salads are huge and FRESH!! Pizza (love your cauliflower crust) is amazing with fresh toppings and always cooked to perfection I'm an admitted pizza snob after working at another popular pizza house in Holyoke many years ago, (Pizza d'Action) so I am very picky about my pizza. Delivery is on time, the order takers are patient and very obliging when it comes to special orders and the food is always hot and fresh. Definitely a repeat customer here!! read more

We have been loyal customers for years and we ordered through Uber last night and had to cancel because we made a mistake. It was only a matter of seconds!! But, this restaurant told Uber they already started prepping the food so we were charged for the full cancelled order!! $120. Shady!!! read more

I think it's the best local pizza place. It's quick, has delivery and pick up, not to mention a bunch of other really good stuff to choose from. read more

Usually, this place is great. Today, however, HORRIBLE!!!!!! I place an order using DoorDash at about 7:15pm. When 8pm rolls around, I call. The female on the phone rudely interrupted me twice and tells me "we're waiting on a driver".... 8:45 rolls around and I call again... this time she tells me "we're having issues with DoorDash" and also tells me "we're waiting on a driver" I hear someone in the background say "tell him it's right here... 30 minutes".... HELL no!! These people think I'm gonna take food that's been sitting there for over an hour and a half?!? To top it off, the female then decides to hang up on me when I tell her I'm cancelling the order!!!! I'll be calling the owner tomorrow. read more

No stars, they used old sour garlic on my pizza. It made me throw up. The crust was sweet and the toppings were sour. Totally disgusting!

One of our delivery staples! We absolutely love the pizza (even a plain cheese; simple and delicious), wings, and grinders. Reasonable prices and quality food. Easy delivery app. So many options for food! read more

Pizza is so good and the grinders too but the dinners are really bad also the skin potatoes. The spaghetti with meat sauce was bad. They put the meat in top of the spaghetti and then the sauce in top of the meat. The skin potatoes was burn. I stay with the pizza. read more

We have been or from Holyoke Pizza for a while now. We typically get grinders or calzones, this time we got pizza (or first time). We were NOT disappointed!! I have never had bad take out from here. We got the California Dream pizza and a chicken bacon ranch, absolutely delicious!!! The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. No complaints about this place at all!! Thank you Holyoke Pizza for all the great meals!! read more

The old reliable of pizza for Hampden County/Western Massachusetts. Holyoke Pizza reliably makes the best pizza and wings at the best price. Customer service is always friendly and to the point - seems like they also log your name and number if you call in since the woman on the other end already knew who I was by my second or third time calling. Unlike some of the other places in downtown Holyoke, they don't dry the sauce out and actually care about the crust of the pizza. Their wings are also super juicy and well-seasoned. They have party-size options that have gone over well for us many times. Make sure to try the combo deals in the printed menu to get the best value, usually with a 2 liter soda thrown in as well. read more

Just moved to Holyoke ordered from here the girls are real nice and food and decent price and it's pretty good I will order from there again

I put in an order to be delivered later in the day, which worked perfectly- it was a little early which was ok. The pizza was some of the best I have had- I ordered a "light bake" which left the center a tiny bit soft, which was great to sop up sauce. The ingredients were generous on both pizzas- I wouldn't have been unhappy with a little bit more sauce, but overall they were just delicious. The cheese sticks were nothing special, but they were hot, gooey, and tasty. I also ordered a spinach pie- it was very, very good, even warmed up the next day for lunch. I felt that I got excellent value for my money, the service was great, and I would definitely order from them again! read more

I really like their garlic sauce on the wings, but they tax the sh** out of them, I basically paid $1 per wing on a 20 piece!!!

Horrible experience Thursday. Ate inside, tables not wiped down, fire hazard pizza boxes stacked everywhere, bathroom down a dank debris strewn hall busy for 15 minutes, a guy in there with some "nasal problems" making snorting noises, eventually guy comes out & left floaters in the toilet & turns out to be a delivery driver ! Staff at the register apathetic and appeared irritated to have to put down their zombie making phones to take my order & then they were loudly arguing amongst themselves. Thankfully I didn't make the choice to come here my father did but I'm one & done. I'd suggest that the board of health pay a visit as should the fire Marshall. Oh yeah, on the way out the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty. read more

First time I ordered from here m. The food was great and not skimpy as most places are doing now !!!

Solid place, always very busy, large menu, good portions. Pizza is not great, but good enough. The wings are better than average. Wings are the primary reason I order from Holyoke Pizza. Customer service hit or miss, delivery guys prompt and friendly. No reason to not give them a try. read more

By far the worst customer service ever !!! they need to get rid of those girls who doesn't know how to speak to people!!!

I am giving it this rating because their menu says 1 slice of Pie 1.98 so I ordered 2 slices of their special pie.. not realizing they charge an additional 0.94 for that pizza.. maybe your menu should say slice of plain pizza 1.98 a slice... don't assume customers know that all others have an additional charge read more

If you like a thicker crust with lots of cheese, than Holyoke pizza is your spot!!! Very good cheese pizza. Thicker crust than I'm used to in the northeast. Very tasty pizza. I will be back. read more

Holyoke Pizza - Slices, pies, salads, burgers, wraps, wings, grinders, calzones and more... - Pizza Near Me - Holyoke, Massachusetts

We ordered trays of grinders for an after party for our daughter's wedding. I cannot say enough about how fantastic this place is. They are very accommodating and so very pleasant to work with. They delivered to the hotel where the party was being held they went out of their way to assure the food would arrive at its freshest!! Aside from all that, the grinders were outstanding!!! I highly recommend Holyoke Pizza!!!! read more

Went in today and ordered small pizza 1/2 cheese and 1/2 meatlovers and small gardens salad with ranch dressing. Pizza was awesome- crunchy at edge and delish. Love this pizza. Salad was great as well. Awesome food. Will continue to order - and the delivery is excellent. read more

Ordered wings like usual. We get wings from this place often and they're pretty good. The reason they get a one star is because their customer service SUCKS. They gave me mild wings, instead of BBQ. And when I called to let them know that the order was messed up, the girl who answered the phone told me that for BBQ and mild wings they use the same sauce! Then she just hung up the phone on me. Wow, never going back there again. read more

I have never ordered from here so for my clients i ordered a large pizza the house one and a cajun chicken salad. This is by far the best pizza and salad ive had around it was amazing and the prices were not bad i would definitely recommend it here the guy who took my order was super friendly and helpful as well. Great experience read more

Ordered from there 3 times recently. Ordered something different each time to try things out. Literally everything is gross. Pizza, mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, and at least 3 different grinders all over cooked. Cheese is burnt. Food is always soggy like as if I live far and it's literally a 5 minute drive. I tipped high each time time just to be disappointed smh. Crazy read more

Not just another generic pizza joint. Their grinders are some of the best in the valley, and the selection is awesome. Don't neglect the wraps, though! The Slouvaki wrap is a nice hidden gem on the menu, loaded with chicken and tzaziki sauce. And the pizza? Perfection. read more

my husband had called earlier today, a young man woman picked up the phone and was carrying so much attitude. as he asked what sandwiches there were, her response was "we have a lot of sandwiches.. which one do you want" instead of professionally saying what specific types of sandwiches there were. overall we lost our appetite would never order from there again. try a dominos or other pizza places!! read more

This review is purely based on the pizza/delivery. If I try something else later my opinion might sway differently. As far as the pizza goes I've had better in the area. It tasted good and if you are a cheese lover you wouldn't be disappointed; very cheesy indeed. However, I didn't care for the taste and texture of the pizza dough. As for the delivery; when it said express delivery on their website I expected it to be a little sooner considering their location is not so far away. I ordered here to try a new pizza place since I'm new to the area, but likely won't be ordering there again. read more

Food is great, service is TERRIBLE. If you're picking up I would recommend, if you're getting delivery I wouldn't do so unless you have 1.5-2 hours to wait before eating. read more

My partner loves to order from here. My partner is also a big fan of frozen pizza. This is local restaurant quality frozen pizza.

I went to Holyoke pizza and there was a mix up with the final amount of the bill and what I ordered. I called the manager and he treated me great. I had realized that they were charging me for a large pizza when I had thought I ordered a medium. The manager ended up changing the bill and charging me for the medium but he still gave me the large. It was their delicious margarita pizza. I highly recommend Holyoke pizza! read more

We unexpectedly found ourselves having to stay overnight in Chicopee. Grabbed one of the few remaining hotel rooms in the area. The desk clerk gave us brochures for the places that delivered. We picked Holyoke Pizza. Delivery was a little long, maybe the distance or the things going on locally that filled up the hotels. But I have to say it was a great pizza (just plain cheese)! I'm not saying that because we we were starving by the time we found a hotel room, because we won't eat it if it's not good. I highly recommend them if you find yourself needing food when you are in the area. Oh, forgot to mention it was reasonably priced (large). read more

Good price and quality. I normally pick up from here, but mainly because I live a block away

My family has been getting delivery from Holyoke Pizza for many years. The service is curt but accurate (yay!), thedelivery is on time, the food is hot (or cold) when it's supposed to be and consistently delicious! read more
