I started with the Guatemalan roast, which was smooth, rich, and full of flavor. Settling in by the large windows with a cup of coffee and *The New York Times* on my phone made for a relaxing way to start the day. The café itself is a nostalgic throwback to the neighborhood coffee houses of the '90s, complete with wooden tables, local artwork, and burlap coffee sacks from around the world displayed like works of art.
