I spoke with one of the servers about how crazy busy the shop was that weekend. She gave me a delicious sundae with fresh ice creme and delicious peanut butter topping. They have a nice selection of toppings for such a small place. Parking is interesting, either park in the small lot in front or the bigger lot in back. There are a few benches in the front of the building to eat your ice creme and watch traffic flow by. They are closed now, due to the winter months, but I am looking forward to visiting again in March!

It's a very tasty dish but I wish I asked for 1/2 of the zesty queso sauce as it came flooded in the sauce and alittle too much for my liking. Overall it is a very tasty dish. Have to give it a try before they switch out the menu. My waitress Heather who always seems to be the only waitress at this location when Ive visited this location is right on and great at her job.

They clearly market and display on the wall in HUGE letters " we serve giffords hard ice cream". Sounds like you went in and didnt get your way so you come on here and lie. I typically like to get 2 flavors of hard ice cream in a small ( 2 half scoops). The fact is that 2 full scoops is a lot of ice cream. The hard ice cream is NOT homemade but from Giffords. I tried 1 sample of a Smore's , it was fine. They refused to do it. Which is why I ended up with the twist. Very disappointing since I would have likely stopped by after work often. They have no outside or inside seating. So I will not be back and instead go to; Mr.Cone, Chicopee, Roger's Place, Chicopee, Elsie's, Ludlow (spectacular homemade ice cream) Cha's Ludlow, Flayvor's Hadley ( incredible homemade ice cream), McCrays South Hadley, (great ice cream), JB's East Longmeadow ( fabulous homemade ice cream) Rice Fruit Farm, Wilbraham ( terrific homemade ice cream) Fenway Golf, East Longmeadow, The Apple Place, East Longmeadow ( also great Home Baked Pastries). Just to name a few that have far better ice cream and are happy to combine 2 half scoops of 2 flavors in a small cup. All have better environment to sit outside or some even inside. Way too many places to explore and choose to go back to a place with ok soft service, no place to gather with friend or family and not very accommodating. Not looking for extra ice cream since it is still in a small cup. Not sure why this would be an issue, not like I was holding up a line of people. I was their only one there. I guarantee I would not have been the only person at any of the above places.

They cater to all types of dietary issues and have dairy free and sorbets. Even their cookie and cake selection usually has at least one GF item. Their board also displays if any flavor has wheat, nuts, or eggs in it, which is much appreciated! The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. The line can be out the door at times, but the staff work diligently to keep it moving. The seating can be tight but it's a nice place to hang out if they have the space. Fun wall hangings and always their signature bears keeping us all company! The only downside to this place is that it is so well frequented, as it should be, that some flavors sell out quickly.
