We have always enjoyed the fish fillet. It was nice and thick and juicy. We bought one the other day. It was dry and looked like it had been frozen for a year. Terrible taste. They must make them ahead. I guess you have to say it to order very disappointed. I hope the manager sees this look like it was smaller too. read more

Ordered chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and a chicken nuggets happy meal through grub hub. The Grub Hub driver arrived 15 minutes earlier than the actual time due. This horrible McDonald's sent food that was at the temperature and taste of day and a half old food. Everything tasted like paper and cardboard out the fridge. Gross and disgusting... threw the whole $40 + order away. The only thing worth consuming was the soda and chocolate milk. Never again. Minus 1 for a score. Do better. read more

Ordered Big Arch and double cheeseburger no onions. The Big Arch only had one slice of cheese (supposed to have 3) and all the toppings (lettuce, crispy onions) were in the carton and not on the sandwich. Double cheese was missing EVERYTHING, just two patties and cheese, no pickle, condiments etc. Order took a lengthy amount of time too, and the sit with a number and they bring it out came with an empty cup. Other McDonald's have told me they have to pour your drink when you get a number, no clue who is right. It to have to have my food out and I have to go to the fountain machine far from my table, not loving just leaving hot food to hang out without anyone there. Pathetic visit, and I have low standards for fast food, not looking for a Michelin Star here. read more

After not hearing back from the store in 9 days I decided to walk in. Sammy was amazing. I came in around 12:30pm and explained the circumstances. I called several times and management never called me back. She was kind and understanding. I explained that the order was made wrong and Julie was very disrespectful. She helped get me a fresh 4 piece nugget and fries. I'm glad she was very helpful. I'd love for the GM to contact me. This is not the first time I've had issues with Julie. read more

I'd give no stars if it was an option. Face to face ordering is absolutely ridiculous and it took 20 min in the drive thru to get cheeseburger and chicken sandwich. I'd never go back. Ask the girls what's happening she says I have no idea. Really?? read more

I went to this McDonalds for lunch with my family while coming back from a skiing trip. we were very hungry and very excited to get McDonald's. that excitement would not last. it took 10 minutes to get our food and was by far the longest wait for a McDonald's that I've ever had. On my brother's quarter pounder with cheese, it came with no cheese. He also got an absurd amount of pickles. My other brothers cheeseburger came with no cheese and his toy and his happy meal was broken. they forgot my mom's chicken McNuggets, and still charged us for them. That was just the tip of the iceberg. My quarter pounder with cheese came with no cheese. One of the burgers was burnt, and the second burgers bun was completely ripped in half. If I could rate it less than one star, I would. read more

1:am... ordered the fille of fish meal...employee: "our store doesn't make this after 1" Ok... ordered a mccrispy meal...employee: " it's so crazy you asked for that! We don't make that past 1:am either!" Laughs... TF? By the looks of 90% of these reviews, at this point, you should just close this location down. These young kids don't gaf about paying customers these days. read more

Got out of work late at 01:30AM after working a 13 hour shift, decided to stop by this McDonalds because nothing else was open. I ordered 2 McChickens. This is what 1 of the McChickens looked like... I ask you, why would anyone think it would be ok to serve this rock hard burnt chicken patty to someone. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE AT AT MCDONALD'S EVER! I always go to the other McDonalds in town and went here one day with my family. we had the worst experience ever at a fast food place! We went around 2 in the afternoon and sat down with my pre-schooler to eat and there were tons of flies and other bugs on the window and sill where we were seated under one of the TV's. The entire time we ate my poor dauther was loosing her mind since she's not a fan of bugs anyways and we had to keep telling her to just finish so we could leave. When we got up the trash cans were over-filled so much that there was trash on the counter area around the can from other customers who also must have been frustrated and left it on the counter. I had to use my trash to push the trash down! As if that wasn't enough my husband was so disgusted by the experience that he left a negative comment on the McDonald's corporate page. We received a call from a woman who acused us of placing the comments about the wrong McDonald's location! She actually told me I must have been mistaken about my experience because she never get complaints about that location. I told her our whole story, she said she was going to check the cameras (I couldn't believe she still acted as if I was lying about eating my lunch with 20 flies around my husband and me!!!!!!) then said she would send us some compensation for our horrible experience, took down our address and names and that was 3 months ago.... still waiting, lol!!!! Never, Ever going to this location again!!! read more

Really nice interior, on the upper end for this chain. No kiddie land, smaller dining area. Bathrooms were clean, but small. We all know the menu, so I won't even comment. read more

Dine in. Two French vanilla ice coffees and a McChicken sandwich. Counter help, attentive and friendly. Easily one of the nicer McDs locations I've been to. Free wifi, two large LCD/plasmas conveniently located. Comfortable experience for an entire family. read more

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. The employees are extremely rude and said they would not take credit cards... then they refused to tell us what our total was until we got to the window. Several other issues arose during our visit which I won't bore you with the details. If you can avoid this location, I would at all costs. I would also like to add that we had ordered 2 McChicken's and received two sandwiches but each had a half of a chicken cutlet, no lettuce, and tartar sauce instead of mayonnaise. To say we received anything less than utmost disrespect would be an understatement. read more

Shavon is a very valuable team member. She is nice, attentive, and on point. Pleas sleep her at the window, she makes my day when I see her and she's awesome ! read more

Horrible service, waited in the Drive-Thur for 20 minutes. Still got the wrong item. Never going there again.

Would be a zero if it was an option. Went there on Christmas day and made the mistake of using the restaurant in general. Went through the disorganized drive through. They did not know who had what order and did not think of parking me when I sat at the window for more than 15 minutes, and if it wasn't for my honesty and integrity I could have got it for free as they handed me the majority of the order before they thought of asking for the money. The manager John, we will discuss him later, mentioned they had 4 callouts and were behind. He took my receipt and needed me to remind him five times what I was missing and what I ordered. I was at the restaurant for over 45 minutes waiting on food. On to the manager... John is a heavy set man that looked like he slept in his uniform shirt and forgot to tuck it into his sagging pants. The Red Sox hat was a nice touch as it was cocked off to the side of his head and his main customer service skill is excuses. First it was the callouts, then it was the staff of employees joking in the kitchen that have only been there for a week, then it was blaming Christmas in general. He was nice in offering additional food for the order, but after I waited inside for a drive through order, I still had to return to the restaurant when part of my order was still missing. I have never worked a day at McDonald's but I know for fact I could do a better job. I would like a store manager, franchisee, or district manager to contact me at daniel.joseph.mason@gmail.com. Please use the subject Christmas dinner so I know who it is. Only email me from an official email address and not gmail or yahoo. I was embarrassed for the manager who has yet to get this order right, along with the other car that was parked that took an hour to get their order right, read more

(Fast food) what a joke this place is! There not even open 24 hours. Slowest mcdonalds ever and the night crew are always misserable.

Not pleased. Stopped for a cup of coffee on my way to work. I normally hit Dunken but my friend raves about McDonald's and that it cost less. Well I waited 2 cars back in the drive thru. And I waited! After an honest 7,8 min I just left. But I was running to late t hit dunken! So? No morning coffee! Last time I stop at this McDonald's!!!!!!! read more

The bathroom smells awful, there were fruit flies all around the soda fountain, it wasn't even busy and everyone was standing around joking and laughing instead of cleaning. Not impressed at all. read more

Drive thru gives you wrong items or is missing stuff 50% of the time. $5 20 piece nuggets are great when they remember the sauce. BK up the street has never let me down. Staff here is horrible or just doesn't care. Contacted corporate after they screwed up a single sandwich order. Got a generic: "I'll pass on the info" message back. Never going to this place again. read more

I wish I could put 0 stars. I am so sick and tired of going to this McDonald's and others owned by the same owners. I specifically order sandwiches that don't have cheese and yet they still put it on anyways. I'm not really sure what the problem is when the order on the screen is always correct to me? I am allergic to dairy products, which is especially why this is a problem for me. These McDonald's display a gross level of incompetence and I can honestly say I've had enough of dealing with it. I will never go back to any of the McDonald's located in Enfield, CT and I strongly recommend that anyone who eats at any of these restaurants, honestly questions themselves why they still do because I'm sure over half of their repeat customers have had their orders continuously and blatantly messed up over the years like I have. The observation is these restaurants are owned by incompetent people, managed by incompetent people, and hire overall like hiring and promoting incompetence read more

This is one of the worst McDonald's that I've ever been to. They ALWAYS get my simple orders wrong...ALWAYS! I'm supposed to be able to expect the same quality of food and service at any McDonald's location. This one does NOT cut it. read more
