I asked for an iced coffee with whole milk and he responds "so u don't want the almond milk?" I then asked him if the coffees were still free as it says on the app "free after 12 noon until 9/29." He rudely replies "No coffees are ever free" and proceeded to talk down to me as if I were dumb. I am DECADES older than this child who had absolutely no manners. Not nice at all. He needs some serious training and attitude adjustments. The woman in the store was very nice and pleasant though; the 2 working with her need more people skills. They are young so they are still capable of being taught, hopefully they will learn.

My phone wasn't connecting because of the wifi at the window for some reason . So I said that's not fair this is not your fault . She strangely gets all rude and says well that's how it is and then adds and don't ever come back here. I didn't complain to management because I figured she maybe had a bad night. However she continues to not say your welcome after I say thank you gives dirty looks and just looks so miserable. I've moved on and gave her as much grace as possibly thinking she probably needs this job and maybe is having a tough time personally . This horrible McDonald's sent food that was at the temperature and taste of day and a half old food. Everything tasted like paper and cardboard out the fridge. Gross and disgusting... threw the whole $40 + order away. The only thing worth consuming was the soda and chocolate milk. Never again. Minus 1 for a score. Do better.

Double cheese was missing EVERYTHING, just two patties and cheese, no pickle, condiments etc. Order took a lengthy amount of time too, and the sit with a number and they bring it out came with an empty cup. Other McDonald's have told me they have to pour your drink when you get a number, no clue who is right. It to have to have my food out and I have to go to the fountain machine far from my table, not loving just leaving hot food to hang out without anyone there. Pathetic visit, and I have low standards for fast food, not looking for a Michelin Star here.
