I asked for an iced coffee with whole milk and he responds "so u don't want the almond milk?" I then asked him if the coffees were still free as it says on the app "free after 12 noon until 9/29." He rudely replies "No coffees are ever free" and proceeded to talk down to me as if I were dumb. I am DECADES older than this child who had absolutely no manners. Not nice at all. He needs some serious training and attitude adjustments. The woman in the store was very nice and pleasant though; the 2 working with her need more people skills. They are young so they are still capable of being taught, hopefully they will learn.

The employee Becka with redish hair is by far the most miserable and rude employee I have ever…read moreencountered. 2 weeks ago she tells me to be more prepared for paying at the drive through because she is under a timer. My phone wasn't connecting because of the wifi at the window for some reason . So I said that's not fair this is not your fault . She strangely gets all rude and says well that's how it is and then adds and don't ever come back here. I didn't complain to management because I figured she maybe had a bad night. However she continues to not say your welcome after I say thank you gives dirty looks and just looks so miserable. I've moved on and gave her as much grace as possibly thinking she probably needs this job and maybe is having a tough time personally . Today she tells me she purposely makes me wait for my coffee and shows me she's made me wait 7 minutes on her timer that she initially was so worried about!!! I thought she was making fresh coffee because all the night workers before her were awesome, always made fresh coffee & were super friendly as I am a frequent customer for over 20 years Never once have I met a more miserable employee & one who tells me not to come back . So tonight she says she only serves me out of the goodness of her heart after I said thank you at least 3 times for her to completely ignore me. I would like the camera pulled up so management can see for themselves how horrible she has been when I was trying to identify with her initially that it's not always cut and dry on a timer. Other times she tells me not to ask for cream on the side at the window because she's too busy . Mind you she says this at a time not a soul was at the drive through except me. Does anyone know how I find out who the manager is? I can't be the only one this girl is rude too. Then she tells me I should be embarrassed when I said I've been coming to Dunkin longer than her age and this is a first for me. However she needs serious training on customer service . I get that help is hard to come by but this one will hurt business . Update: you won't believe this everyone ~ this nut called the police and said I said the coffee was bad and then I threw it at her !!!!!! Hot coffee she tells police I threw at her. He calls me and says he's actually looking at coffee dripping down the window and a cup on the ground . I'm in utter shock she would be that bold to call and lie to law enforcement and think up a scheme this bad. Thankfully the policeman believed me, pulled up city cameras got ahold of customer behind me at that visit and verified I did not throw anything . Be careful at the Mobil Dunkin in enfield ct everyone on 100 Elm St . This employee is a ticking time bomb & unstable
