Love is in the air and the smells like coffee. The smell of freshly brewed coffee brought me to this location today. I am not a coffee lover but I love the smell of coffee and it's that smell that led me to the parking lot. The drive-through line was ridiculously long so I decided to go inside. Inside was very quiet with only one customer insight. Could I decide what to get, as usually no so I spent 2 minutes looking up and down the board until I saw their special for the season the pistachio Frappuccino? After a conversation with the cashier on other options, I finally decided to try this new flavor. I placed my order and browse the store. The store was well cleaned and maintained. Different quotes are on the wall which made it very cozy and a quiet environment for a coffee break or to use your computer as you see in those movies. A bulletin board was also in sight which listed different activities in the area. My order was ready and to my delight, It looked so much better than the display photo. But we all know looks can be deceiving. However, after one sip through my straw, I was in awe.No words could describe the taste in my mouth. It was very creamy and had the perfect ratio of coffee added for a non-coffee drinker. The buttercream on top with sprinkles added just the right kick to make the taste just melt right in my mouth. It was not too sweet and not too frozen, it was just right. My cup has been finished for over an hour and I am still sipping the empty cup. There are pastry items available but not many options as it was close to the end of the day, so I don't expect shelves to be fully stocked. Like any Starbucks, coffee mugs, water bottles and thimbles are for sale and a wide variety of gift card options. If you haven't tried this new frappe Flavor please do as I know you will be in love just like me once that taste gets to the tip of your tongue. read more

FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION!! If you aren't going to add a tip to these guys, they will really go out of their way to provide bad service. Asked for a tray for the drinks, and the server decided to put 2 drinks on the same side of the carrying tray, leaving one side totally empty. Really? Wouldn't that be one of the first things they learn, IF they wanted to provide even decent service. Too bad they aren't more like Dunkin employees, who don't feel they need to ask for a tip. Staff is always nice, two bathrooms gender neutral. So you can use whatever you choose without feeling odd. The store is always clean, baristas are friendly chatty and you never have to wait long for your drinks- they're such a high volume store but are very well run! They have a clover, the nitro cold brew, and their bar area is nice, you can actually sit at it and enjoy your coffee, pastry or breakfast sandwich! Their merch area is nice along with their prepared food case! Their drive thru is always busy but it moves along quickly which means they have a very well run store with great staff! They also have a nice comfortable seating area. It's one of the biggest Starbucks I've been in! It's very well designed! read more

Ordered two drinks, and a tomato and mozzarella sandwich. The drinks were good. However, the tomato and mozzarella sandwich was severely disappointing. There was barely anything inside of the sandwich, I suppose that's what we get for ordering a sandwich at Starbucks. I've attached a photo of what it looked like and it's contents. This Starbucks is conveniently on my way to my mom's business in Vernon. It is nice because I have something to sip during my 40 minute commute. My choice of coffee is made just the way I like, there was not too much milk and the amount of espresso in it was just right! The staff there are always smiling and willing to serve their customer. The only thing that I did not like about this particular Starbucks is its location. The parking lot is small and they share it with a store nearby, so it gets packed during the peak hours. In addition, the drive-thru is not ideal, since you have to drive through the tiny parking lot. This increases the likelihood that there will be a jam on your way out or if you are looking for a parking spot, but cannot find one, you have to do an awkward (insert number greater than 4)-point turn. All-in-all, go for the coffee because coffee makes everything better. read more

Drinks are great. And the girl at the counter taking orders was friendly. I would recommend the shift manager be more kind to her coworkers when customers are standing there waiting for their drinks. She was snippy loud enough that I felt bad for her coworkers. It is Thanksgiving weekend and I imagine some service industry folks are miserable and over worked. I hate when people complain about time during the busiest of moments. These drinks are made to order, not all come from a pot already brewed. Let me start off by saying I love Starbucks. I choose them over Dunkin' for the quality and consistency. However, every time I stop at this location the line is long and slow. Today there was only 3 or 4 cars in front of me which isn't bad for this location...but our wait was well over 20 minutes. We were at a complete stop with our car in park. They did make up for it by giving us one free coffee and the barista at the window was very nice and apologetic but perhaps they should look into more people working the drive thru orders. Like almost every Starbucks drive thrus there is not enough room for a car to exit if the wait gets out of control. Good thing we really didn't have anywhere to be. My husband and I have visited this Starbucks 3 times this week and every time they say they are still out of their spinach, feta and egg white wrap. This has happened a few times in the past as well. Just don't understand why the menu items are not available as often as this happens. He also drinks decaf coffee and on our last 3 visits his coffee was only Luke warm it would be nice if it were hot. On another note, the staff at this location are very friendly and apologetic, thus the reason for the 2 stars otherwise it would have been zero. read more

I've been to this location several times and I always have a completely different experience. Extremely inconsistent and unreliable. I don't order complicated drinks--just straight from the menu, but they are made wrong quite often. No one there seems to know the proper way to make the cloud macchiatto. It has been vastly different every time I've ordered it, including the last time I was there, being given a cup full of foam with no espresso! I will not be coming back to this location. If I'm going to wait over 10 mins and pay over $5 for a drink, it better be right, and here there are no guarantees. read more

Starbucks has been cursed again with a horrible parking lot. The drive-thru order booth is two car lengths from the lot entrance. When it gets busy, cars are lined out to the street, making it almost impossible to get in and out of the narrow parking lot entrance. This is my go-to Starbucks in Enfield! I usually do drive-thru because I have my dog in the car and the wait time is almost nothing. It's great. No complaints about the establishment. I went through the drive thru at this location around 2pm on a Tuesday afternoon. A delightful young woman named Carolyn took my order. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly. When I complimented her she said "well I love my job", such a wonderful surprise to hear that from an employee. Added bonus...the coffee was good too! Great job Carolyn! I did a mobile order and still had to wait. First of all, no greetings when I walked in. The woman who was already there wished me luck, rolled her eyes as she walked out when she finally got her order, which was an iced coffee, not latte or frappucinno, but a simple iced coffee. After standing there for like 10 minutes while staff frantically made the orders and one even chit chat with a friend, I had to get their attention. They finally made it. I asked for light ice and got 3/4 of my cup filled with ice and I ordered a tall, so I really just had a shot of my tea. Hubby got a frappucinno and they are out of dome covers so the kid decided that he just won't add the whip cream. I told him that I ordered it with light whip and he asked me if I wanted him to DUMP some out to add the whip, mind you it was a mini. That'll leave about a spoonful! I was like WTF and told him never mind. I'm a Starbucks fan, but won't be coming back to this one. They need to work on leadership, organization, and most of all good customer service. read more

This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to! The others can't compare. Including the one on Hazard ave- which is not good. I LOVE the Elm st. Starbucks! It's finally here. A brand new Starbucks in Enfield, right by the 91 fwy entrance! I've already stopped by several times for cold beverages and pastries. The baristas are all smiles and welcoming at this particular location. There's another Starbucks on Hazard, just one exit down the fwy, but this one has so much more space (Hazard is cramped for space all AM). A great location to just chill or put on those Beats and study/work. read more

Ordered a smores frappaccino. Staff asked me if I wanted all the whip cream and toppings...I said yes. I got my drink and it was missing the Graham crackers on top. I asked for the topping and the guy said he couldn't find it but said he would look again, five seconds later he found it. So yes he did try to correct the issue but if he had taken the five seconds in the first place I wouldn't have had to ask for it. Then when I actually tried my drink I realized that he didn't even make it properly. It would have been one thing if they were super busy but they weren't.
