Just put the proper ingredients on the sandwiches, for example! And, if a customer reaches out quietly and privately with an issue, it's really good to respond. Disappointing. I had a french toast bagel with their honey nut cream cheese and a cup of coffee. The bagel itself has to be one of the best bagels I've ever had. Great texture and tasted so very different from your average store-bought bagel. I was so impressed by it that I ended up buying half a dozen to take home.
