The space is also very big and has plenty of outlets, which is perfect for people looking to work from a device. We got inside when the line was pretty short, so everything was quick. by the time we sat down, there was a line to order for sure but the staff moved it pretty quickly! I immediately needed their mango sticky rice latte once I saw it on TikTok. I love a sweet coffee, but this was just the right amount of sweet, light, and caffeinated. Their coffee is really really good and you could taste that through the cold foam and syrup. I also grabbed their carrot cake, which is definitely huge and good to split between two people... but no judgment if you need a private moment alone with it and a fork. Convince me the person making this did not know. I'll wait... I only uncovered the arson after getting home, but given that this was actually served to a customer I doubt there'd be any empathy offered had I returned to the store. I suspect the response to me pointing it out would have been a masterclass in not giving a single fuck, maybe a blank stare and the subtle energy of "that sounds like a you problem." If apathy were a menu item, it would be the daily special. Mistakes happen. Burnt toast happens. Not caring and serving it to a customer anyway...that's a choice. Latte was mediocre, because of course this is Dunkin. But between the scorched food and the obvious aggressively indifferent staff, this was a full miss. Do better--or at least pretend to care.
