I would have given zero stars if possible. This avocado toast looks like it was forgotten in the toaster during a shift change and then served anyway out of spite. The bread is fully carbonized. Not "crispy." Not "extra toasted." Burnt. Black. Bitter. The kind of toast that crunches like a bad decision. Which is tragic, because the avocado and bacon on top are actually fine--almost good--but they're sitting on what can only be described as charcoal with toppings. Convince me the person making this did not know. I'll wait... I only uncovered the arson after getting home, but given that this was actually served to a customer I doubt there'd be any empathy offered had I returned to the store. I suspect the response to me pointing it out would have been a masterclass in not giving a single fuck, maybe a blank stare and the subtle energy of "that sounds like a you problem." If apathy were a menu item, it would be the daily special. Mistakes happen. Burnt toast happens. Not caring and serving it to a customer anyway...that's a choice. Latte was mediocre, because of course this is Dunkin. But between the scorched food and the obvious aggressively indifferent staff, this was a full miss. Subject: ANIMAL HAIR ???? I don't normally leave reviews for any place that has a drive-thru. However today I was shocked, I come to this Dunkin in the regular and I couldn't believe it when the employee working the drive thru window was absolutely covered in ANIMAL HAIR, like head to toe. Clearly not hers it was short, some where white some where orange or brown. Also On the visor/hat and on her uniform and the weird black sweater that she was wearing. Again they wear black tops, so animal hair is very noticeable. Not sure how the manager could find this acceptable or not ask her to get a lint roller and remove it when you're working around food and beverage. As a former F&B manager literally the ServSafe expectations is that you have a uniform that is clean and free of contaminants like ANIMAL HAIR. I get it's a Dunkin but minimum health standards please. I've seen McDonald's employees uniforms cleaner. Absolutely unbelievable and terrible standards. Zero stars. The worst dunkin location in the entire state of CT and maybe even the country. The kids who work here don't care at all. Zero sh*ts given. The last 10 times I've gone here 9 times my order has been wrong. Only time it was right was because I checked before I left and asked them to fix it. The employees are rude, always talking and ignoring the customer and obviously ignoring the order as well. Whomever worked on 1/14/23 at 4:20ish lied about being a manger and she was disrespectful and nasty. I can't wait to call corporate on these clowns Monday. This will be the last time I come to this location there was a young girl working here who was taken care of an older gentleman who was having issues with his order and she wasn't even helpful to him all she did was make fun of him and criticize him when he left the store there's no manager on duty these young kids in here are just doing whatever they feel like doing. read more

The service is terrible. The workers are not welcoming and I had to wait because from what was said from another worker was that the cashier was hiding in the bathroom. I also was given attitude and told my coffee was fine when I knew it wasn't right. Big disappointment and won't be going back. I always give my respect to workers like them but when not given respect back it pretty rude. read more

We have had many issues with this branch of Dunkin. The last time I went in to purchase coffees and hot chocoloates a man was painting the ceiling right above my children's open hot chocolate as they were being prepared. When I said something he brushed it off and said there is no splatter. I can never paint a ceiling with a roller and not get splatter! This morning my husband sat at the dr ive through speaker for 15 minutes before leaving and returning home. I tried to call to let them know that something may be wrong. I visit this Dunkin' Donuts toward the end of my morning commute just before arriving to the office every weekday. This is the fastest drive thru in existence. The line may appear to be ridiculous, but I've always gone through in minutes! Additionally, not all Dunkin's have consistent coffee. Sometimes too weak and watery, sometimes way too strong. This is one of the only ones that get a perfect brew every time! The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because service inside is slow. I recommend that even though they are focusing on drive through service, they have 2 cashier in the morning at the desk, sone one or 2 people dedicated to filling those orders. I use to get my coffee at this location because it's close to my house and the highway. As of three months ago I travel all the way to Manchester on West Middle Turnpike not because it's convenient but because there so much more pleasant and put more of an effort in getting your order right the first time. At the this Vernon location there was like two ppl that could get your order right and it took forever to get your order. I spoke to the manager several times about the same issues with my order I left messages for their GM on Hartford Turnpike because I contacted their other location and they provided me the number to her... she never returned my calls so I can see where the learned behavior comes from. I had a friend that knew how to get in touch with the owners I think it was Mark & Kelly?!?! But anyway it wasn't worth it poor service can't be changed when it's growing like mold in the company‍ read more

Experiences at Dunkin' vary widely. This one is a new location in a small storefront on the outskirts of Vernon. And it's really not all that great. I got to watch associates skipping through the small dining area. I got to hear associates cursing out experiences with customers a large volume. I'll give them credit, the drive through is efficient. But if you're going to use this location, I wouldn't go inside. It's pretty ridiculous. read more

I would second Bruce's review. The drive through is very fast and they always seem to get my order right. However, going inside is just a bad idea. The staff is untrained in terms of dealing with the public. There is lots of swearing -- LOTS. Staff is loud and inappropriate and not very friendly....I always get the feeling that they don't want any actual customers in the store. It also seems way overstaffed. Seeing "behind the curtain" makes me a little skiddish about eating some of the prepared food there... read more

This is probably the worst location for a Dunkin Donuts - EVER! Staff is great inside, and for some reason, they are not allowed to accept tips. Drive through is fast, but inside the store, the layout is stupid. Navigating the parking lot and even getting into the plaza is challenging and dangerous. read more
