Finally a delicious boba tea shop in Longmeadow! Plenty of tables and seats inside. There are board…read moreand card games to keep busy. Good place to hang out with your friends. There's a wide selection of drinks such as milk tea, specials, smoothies, coffees, and Vietnamese snacks like spring rolls or egg rolls. My group came late at night and the owner was so accommodating to my picky aunt. Much appreciated for making her something I've never heard of. I enjoyed my ocean blue milk tea. It has a nice caramel flavor and the color contrast is so beautiful. There are plenty of parking on the side, in front or in the parking lot across the street.

Milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies, Vietnamese coffee, and some really fun specialty options like their Cream Brûlée and other unique blends. The space is super cozy and inviting with cute decor, little games, and just a really good vibe overall. You can hang out and sip or grab it to go, and the service was genuinely friendly. I left with 3 different fruit juices (fresh start, happy hour and red dragonfruit) for myself, partner and mom and we all loved them! Honestly, I wish I lived closer because Joy Cup is that girl and I would be there all the time.

300 locations world wide... unbelievable!! Australia, Singapore.. London...with over 7 locations…read morejust in Connecticut. They specialize in fresh fruit and milk bubble teas. They use natural ingredients, fresh fruit ..fresh milk and none of the powder stuff which is what sets them apart. Some of their signature drinks are crème brûlée series, whale crystal series... But I wanted to get what I had gotten last week, "strawberry milk tea with boba".. but I didn't know if it was with milk tea or just milk so we ended up with one each... it tasted so good.. almost like blending fresh strawberries with milk and with the warm boba to chew on ... extremely delighted!! However I did not like the one with milk tea as much.

I found the space clean and the interior with enough character to make it a comfortable place to sit for a bit rather than just a grab and go counter. The brown sugar boba is the signature item. I tried it and the tapioca pearls were chewy in the way that good boba should be, with enough body that they held up through the drink rather than dissolving into something gummy by the midpoint. The brown sugar flavor came through clearly without being cloying. The broader menu covers fruit teas, milk teas, and slushes with a range wide enough that most preferences are accommodated, and customization options for ice level and sweetness allowed me to dial in the drink to my preference. The ability to order without boba if that is not your thing is worth knowing if you are new to the format. Service was friendly and the staff were welcoming in a way that made the shop feel approachable for a first time visitor. Order accuracy has occasionally been an issue, and online orders do not always get flagged as ready in the app when they are, so checking in at the counter if I have been waiting longer than expected is worth doing. Pricing runs over ten dollars per drink, which adds up quickly for a group, and the shop is closed on Wednesdays, a detail worth confirming before making a specific trip. For boba in the Storrs area, Whale Tea sits at the better end of what is available locally.

Not my cup of tea…read more I've been meaning to come to this location to give them a try. Had the opportunity this time around, and decided to jump in. The location is very small. Not a lot of room to order or wait. There's a singular tablet to order from. Ordering kiosk was buggy. Had to select espresso multiple times to get to the coffee and had multiple upcharge prompts. And I guess they just started a Barbie promotion? Because the 4 seats in the place were taken up with influencers in Barbie and Ken garb. Decided to try their pumpkin coffee, because why not? Wait was a little long, but eventually I got my coffee As a coffee location, it's not great. I appreciate they have it, but it's very much a hint of coffee with a sickly sweet combo of pumpkin and strawberry foam. Not the flavor combo that works I get it, it's a boba tea place. Coffee is not its strong point, and it's not right to compare a coffee in a place that deals in almost exclusively tea. Even if I were into tea, I do have expectations. A kiosk that works, expediency in a chain location, and a drink that's not looking to hide any form of bitter in a mountain of sugar. If you really like boba and presenting yourself on social media, then this place could be your jam (or jelly, or boba) for me it's a pass

The ice cream is one size but it usually ends up being a delicious monstrosity- as I like to call it. So many toppings allowed to already great Thai Rolled Ice Cream! I can't pick a favorite flavor and it's great that they have staples and seasonal favorites. I usually go for the ice cream, but the Japanese (gf if you don't get the ones with cookies or pocky in it) crepes that come sweet or savory, drinks (especially if you go for their special light up, reusable, refillable, lightbulb receptacle that comes with a travel cap when not in use) and their specialty "Dragon's Breath" are so fun and tasty! Absolutely worth the stop into this little shop! The guy who is behind the counter is always friendly and quick. The inside is quaint and has nice music going on. When I got my light up drink, they had slight (not obnoxious) rave cover music and it went with the light show in my drink! I take all my out of town friends, and honestly local ones too, here and it's always a great experience!
