The dumpling wrappers were fresh, but the dough was not what I expected. The potato and cheese was pretty good though. Didn't use a farmers cheese but did some type of white cheese. The bao were generic. They used the same filling as the dumplings as the bao filling. It really needed a sauce inside to help differentiate it from the dumplings. We also got a black sesame bao, but the inside was very watery and not appetizing at all. So we threw that one away. The owner is a very nice lady, and she's working hard to keep her place busy. It's clear that the stresses of the day keep her strained, but she does mean well enough. For those in the area, it's not a drive to destination. It's pretty good dumplings in a run down shop with an owner fighting to stay afloat. I would recommend going here if you want to support local, and don't mind a bit of grit. But they mixed real, actual, brewed tea with the lactaid. Their boba was the perfect size and consistency. I tried their black and jasmine teas and both were perfectly brewed.
