I've been here twice and I absolutely love their bubble teas. There are lots of flavors and boba options and the ones that I've had aren't sickeningly sweet, which I truly appreciate. The last time I came in, I had the pleasure of talking and joking around with what I assumed to be the owner and she is friendly and an all around delight. The space is pretty small but there are a few tables so it would be a chill place to either sit and read or meet a friend. I will definitely be back!po

This is my first time here and as soon as I walked in the lady that was working with so friendly. I placed my order and she recommended getting a fresh pineapple slushy instead of a grape one! So glad she suggested it because it was delicious! The inside was so cute too!! The fresh fruit inside the boba was an added bonus !!! They also offer a variety of different ice creams!!

A friend just told me Rocky Hill had a bubble tea spot and I had no idea! Cute family owned shop with a great selection. I was absolutely obsessed with my Taro Milk Tea! Taro is my tried and true flavor and this one was spot on. The hubs got the Honeydew which I thought was too sweet but he loved it! Definitely spoiled having this spot so close. 10/10! We'll be back!

    How cute is this mural?!

Kobocha Bubble Tea is a bubble tea shop in Rocky Hill. My friend and I stoped by a few days ago. It is so cute inside, and the owner is the friendliest and kindest business owner I have yet encountered. There is mural of a big blue whale across the whole wall. There are a few tables for sitting inside. I got the lychee fruit tea. It came with a slice of an orange and two whole pieces of lychee, as well as little pieces that traveled smoothly through the straw. This was very refreshing on a warm day! My friend got the rose milk tea. Hers came in the cutest cup, she also enjoyed hers. There is a small selection of cakes, we got the cotton cake. It's like a cupcake, but it's not as sweet and it's not crumbly at all. While we sat there enjoying our goods, the owner was chatting with us asking how everything was. We told her everything is perfect. She then offered us her peach tea on the house! How generous! She had no idea I would be writing this review. The peach tea, was another delicious pick, not super sweet, but I'm sure the sweetness could be adjusted. Needless to say, I highly recommend Kobocha Bubble Tea. The teas are delicious, and the lady making them is so lovely!

Customer service here is AMAZING! I believe the owner made my drink. She was very friendly and took her time making my drink perfectly. I usually don't end up liking the actual boba in the tea lol but I LOVE theirs here! Definitely a must go. The place itself is very beautiful and has a nice and calming aura when you walk in. Definitely a hidden gem in rocky hill!

My daughter and I have gone crazy for Boba tea these days.We stopped by the Rockyhill Kobocha bubble tea place. The place is well kept and the person who took order and made the tea was super friendly and nice. The mango flavor was amazing had this popping fruit boba and we enjoyed the flavor. However the brown sugar boba was a bit hard but tasted good. Can't wait to try the rest of the flavors.Price point reasonable paid 12$ plus tax.

I'm so happy a new boba spot opened up close to me. I've been here 3 times now and have not been disappointed. First off, the decor is super cute and the lady at each visit has been really friendly and helpful with selecting a good tea. The menu has the perfect amount of options - bonus that they offer ice cream, which I get for my youngest niece. The only flavors I have tried so far is the Taro and Thai - both are delicious and weren't too sweet, and the boba pearls have a nice chew to them. They also have a reward system, which I think more places should have - these always make me return more often. I've recently been getting into adding cheese milk foam to my boba teas, so I'll have to try Kobocha's at my next visit!

Great bubble tea! A new spot in rocky Hill loved the ambiance not much seating area but they have a good variety of milk teas only 4 fruit teas for now. They will be getting ice cream soon. I loved the flavor of the tea and the service was great too

I simply cannot imagine ordering anything other than their Curry Ramen bowl from this point forward. Like one would legitimately be insane not to get it, provided you are an average fan of standard Thai-style curries like Red, Panang, or even Las Vegas style Three-color (Red+Green+Yellow). My suggested mod: Ask for your home-crafted noodles a little extra "QQ" or chewy al dente. And ask for a side of their home-made chili oil to step up the Szechuan influence. Normally I shun the fusion or "new-style" menu items, but this Curry Ramen bowl is stuff of dreams. Perfectly executed, temperature hot, unforgettably umami, and the exact drinkable curry broth viscosity that is no accident. This bowl is a champion, folks!

Now let's talk FOOD Presentation, flavor, and spice level? 10/10. * Chicken spring rolls: crispy, fresh, and not greasy * Drunken noodles with shrimp: perfectly sauced with just the right kick * Pineapple fried rice with chicken (to go): I already knew it would hit... and it did The ingredients tasted fresh, portions were solid, and the prices are very affordable; which makes it even better. I walked into a space where the owners were warm and engaged in a way that came through consistently, and the restaurant had the feel of a place run with real investment in what comes out of the kitchen. The pho is the centerpiece and it earns that position. I tried the broth, which was light and clean, built with depth rather than heaviness, and the beef was tender throughout. The short rib and oxtail versions are the ones to order when available, and the brisket is the reliable fallback when they are not. The rare steak and tendon option is worth trying for anyone who wants to go further into the menu. I also ordered the pork vermicelli bowl, another strong choice, with well seasoned pork and fresh vegetables that held up against the noodle base. It came with a spring roll component that added to the overall value of the dish. The banh mi was flavorful and well assembled, and the fresh rolls were worth ordering alongside whatever else I got. Vietnamese iced coffee and Thai tea were both solid and complemented the food well. Service was friendly, and the owners were visibly present and genuinely hospitable. The restaurant accommodates families well, with the kitchen going out of its way on small details like kid friendly utensils and high chairs that make the experience easier for parents. For Vietnamese food in this part of Connecticut, it is the kind of spot worth going out of my way for.
