Pulled up into this location and the drive through was wrapped around the building, probably 15-20 cars stacked up so felt it wise to go inside. Inside there was only one other customer.. And somehow our order still took 10-15 min post order to get it and the person calling out orders couldn't be bothered to call the numbers so you have to figure out who's order he's calling first if you ordered the same as anyone else. That new spicy chicken sandwich? Well it looked like a regular chicken sandwich, dunno where the spicy sauce or flavoring was but it wasn't in the sandwich. Then that first bite.. The meat of the chicken itself was crunchy almost like it was all tendinous. It was absolutely horrid and the texture made me nearly vomit. I couldn't finish the sandwich and I didn't have the time to wait for a reorder (nor was it appealing by that time). The Oreo shake was pretty good at least! So I happen to have eaten quite a few Whoppers in my day... and this one was in the lower 25% of those. And it wasn't due to me not being hungry. I went here after taking the family to Six Flags all day. Went through the drive through and the person handling the order had absolutely no sense of pride in what she was doing. Plus for whatever reason it seemed to take quite a while for us to get our food. There is a saying in spanish that translates like so, "you are so cheap that you can't even give me a cup of water". Well, the owner of this franchise is so cheap that they can't even give me a cup of water, despite buying food for my family here. The restaurant looks run down and kind of gross inside. The drive thru is always extremely slow, if there are more than two cars in the drive thru I don't even bother getting in line. The food is ok but not good enough to wait 20 minutes for, especially since there is a Wendy's across the street that has better food and is way faster. read more

Rule number one in restaurants , be ready to open on time ! If have been to this location multiple times and no one is ready to receive you and take your order! Multiple times I've visited this location and there not even open ! On more than one occasion I went and ordered the tots and I was asked to pull around and wait , I said but there I'd no one behind me ,. She says "ya, Please pull around " I repeated my self but there is no one behind me! She gets upset and says "ya, but ya gotta pull around" ! If you can't open on time , maybe it's not the job for you! I like Burger Kings food but I won't stand for stupidity! read more

I ordered an Impossible burger, which I have had 3 other times before from other Burger Kings. The Enfield Burger King Impossible burger was very very dry, like it was cooked and was sitting out for a day, then was reheated. I heard these burgers should be served fresh cooked, and this was not the case. Very disappointed and would not want to go there again. read more

Taco was disgusting. Nothing like the promo photo. Deep fried with the 'meat' substance inside. Too dried out to bite into.

I received a burger with a bite taken out of it, you could clearly see the teeth, incisors and everything. I called because I wanted to hear what their thoughts were on this before going higher up with my complaint. I did not want a free burger or anything silly like that. I called tonight 11-25-2018 at about 11:45 pm. The girl who answered claimed to be a manager. She basically laughed at my assertion and implied that I didn't know what I was talking about. She was very unpleasant and spoke very unprofessionally. My issue is not yet resolved, I will be going higher up with my complaint, worst establishment ever. read more

Slower than molasses! No sense of urgency or not enough help in this place but it is probably the slowest Burger King. It is also every time not just every so often. read more

It is a burger king that being said I am comparing this one to other burger kings. Unlike a lot of other bk`s the food is always HOT , not room temp, but hot! that is all I ask is consistent flavor that I expect and for the food to be hot, so thank you Enfield bk read more

Food was OK. The problem that we experienced was that the advertised (on the poster, in the window) $5 whopper meal was not offered to patrons (according to the manager), unless you asked for the $5 whopper meal. Otherwise, if you just asked for the whopper meal, you paid $7.49 for essentially the same thing. Consumer beware! Burger King has no respect for you and will not treat you fairly! read more

Horrid! Waited 20 minutes for my food (after I paid) and was met with a younger brunette female talking extremely rude to us when we simply asked for our money back. We asked for a manager, who didn't come for about another 5 minutes ... and the male manager finally came. He actually had the audacity to tell us "you have the soda, so why not wait for the meal?" What the heck? We were running out of time! We had a 9 year old in the car and it was almost 9 o'clock (his bedtime being a normal 9:30 PM) ..by the time we left. We got there at 8:20PM! Best Burger King or fast food joint in the area! Worker, name started with a D, took my order 10/15 around 950pm, drive thru, and went above and beyond any expectations. Considering it's a fast food place one would assume the service would be below par but it was anything but. Will certainly stop here instead of other fast food places in the area, for sure. read more
