I don't mind paying the premium prices for quality food and service, but you are no longer premium. Please figure this out. When sliding a section off the serving tray it was semi-rigid instead of the usual spaghetti like limp dough found elsewhere. The toppings for fresh and perfectly cooked. As mentioned earlier, we ate the pizza on premises, so it came out of the oven piping hot. I am not sure if the crispiness of the thin crust on the bottom would remain if it had to be transported home in a box. If one is looking for a good thin crust pizza without getting "carbed out" on bread, the Tunxis Grille is worth a try.
