Pricing and understanding the menu and the people is key. If you're 60 +, bk is tuning us out I'm sorry to stay on this but I think it's worth it. In all honesty and fairness. I love BK. I'm giving this five stars for a Burger King experience,I got the impossible whopper, it looks Just like the picture. When does that happen? I order one Ranch with an up charge, they gave me an extra for free(I didn't ask for it, but I appreciated it, but this might have been a mistake, corporate do not come down on these kind people for throwing me an extra ranch on account of my prettiness, it may have been a typo). The fries were fresh, hot, delicious, way too salty but Maybe es la moda, all I know was that the person behind the counter was one of the warmest, friendliest Burger King employees I have ever encountered. Worse service over!! Waited 25 minutes in drive thru, didn't even reach speaker. I went inside I was told I'd have to wait longer. Ask if I could cancel order they said yes on the app. There was no way for me to cancel. Complaint line wasn't even working!! I waited 1:10 for my order. I will never use the app to order again. If I hadn't paid for my order I would have left a half hour ago. I will never go to this store again ! read more

I often order from them through the BK app, will no longer do so. Every other order is wrong. Usually something is missing. BK support used to be generous with coupons and refunds, but was recently told they couldn't fix an incorrect order because I had already received a $10 coupon shortly before. Not my fault that restaurant staff and/or Dasher mess up. read more

I would not ever eat here again! There was a commotion in the kitchen didn't think much of it until I seen a MOUSE run into the dinning area the workers were chasing it with a broom and dust pan turned to us and asked if we seen where it went. Absolutely disgusting! read more

I'm fairly regular here and while I don't mind an occasional mistake, this one was too funny. They have the Sourdough King burger which is a bacon cheeseburger served on toasted sourdough bread. I've had this before and loved so I ordered it. What I got was a bacon cheeseburger on white bread. No toasting at all. I figured I'd give them another chance and ordered it again and mentioned that the bread wasn't toasted so this created a big deal with the manager yelling at the staff to make sure the bread was toasted. I get the burger and yes, it was toasted, but the put the toasted side on the inside, not the outside so It was pretty much the same as before, but toasting on the inside made all the mayo and ketchup squirt out rather than soaking in a little bit to the bread. It's like they made a burger and turned the bun inside out. read more

I stopped in here for a quick dinner and a cup of coffee to keep the eyelids propped open on my way from Bradley International Airport up to Greenfield, MA. It was about 9:15 pm on a Monday evening when I rolled in. There were no other customers in the dining area when I arrived, but they seemed to have a steady stream of Drive-Thru customers, I expect due to the proximity to the Interstate. I ordered a Double Whopper with Cheese Mushroom burger - low carb - meaning with no bun. I sit down with my burger and unwrap it - lo and behold, they have ignored my request and served it on a bun. So I removed the bun and ate the burger. Coffee was decent. They had just run out when I walked in and so had to brew a fresh batch. read more

This is probably the only Burger King I'll ever go to inside of western Massachusetts just because I have been living in the area of Northampton my whole entire life and I have tried other burger kings and they aren't as good the staff is quite friendly and most of those people have been working there for years and years now so you kind of build a relationship with them in a way customer service is good clean and friendly read more

I normally do not go to fast food restaurants, and I seldom give 5 star ratings (but I have for Babbo, Bazaar, Morimoto, etc.). There is a little bit of a story here... I required foot surgery which was scheduled for 3:00 PM on a Thursday which meant that I could not eat or drink after 12:00 on Wednesday. I live pretty close to this BK so asked the person driving me home to swing through the drive through as I was absolutely starving. I ordered a whopper with cheese, large fries, and a medium diet coke (to offset the large fries :-) ). My order came quickly, and was nice and hot. The young lady at the drive through window was very nice. I believe that this burger was the best thing I've eaten in a long time! It was like manna from heaven. Granted I just got out of surgery, hadn't eaten in 24 hours and was hopped up on pain meds. Much of satisfaction with a meal has to do with the situation and the 'now' and this was hitting on all cylinders. That being said, I will probably not get fast food again for a long time, but this was awesome. read more

Late night drive thru visit. The enthusiasm of the order takers was pretty weird... one might of thought he arose from a slumber and was forced to do his job and ask can I help you?? Brand new digital menu boards and bright lights so late at night..... the building looks very bright and cleanly. The signage and the property look well maintained m. Impressed of how well lit the property was so late at night. The order was processed and made to order. We got two crispy chicken sandwiches, mozzarella sticks, and a Bacon King Burger, a large Diet Coke and a bottle of h20. No missing items and they gave us sauces and ketchup packs which was nice with plenty of napkins. The food was very hot and tasty and delicious, the sandwiches were put together with care unlike some places where they are half hazardly thrown together. The Diet Coke was bubbly and flavorful and the bottle of h20 was very icy and good. Nice late night dinner on the gooooo! We will return in the future. read more

At first I regretted my decision immediately because most locations are slow, but the staff here was polite and quick. Great renovations make us feel much cleaner than what it use to. Bathrooms are definitely an improvement. Service is pretty good as well, they actually delivered our food which was unexpected. But comparing this location to the one in Chicopee and Holyoke, this one is better of the three. read more

I have to complain here about the growing trend in the fast food joints removing their disposal barrels from their lots. It's really irresponsible, and, obviously, a fast way for them to cut costs- but at the cost of others. I think if an establishment is creating huge profits, then it should be a given that they be held responsible for the waste that those huge profits create. Common sense, right? Burger King and others in their ilk should be ashamed of themselves for shirking their responsibility. I guess it's typical corporate mentality: make pennies if you can off of others regardless of conscience- because, as everybody knows, corporations don't need a conscience, just more profit. Pathetic. I will never eat at Burger King. They are sheep following the "How To Screw People For Huge Profits For Idiots" corporate exploiters check list. read more
