First thoughts -- upon entering, very clean and cozy. Very interesting menu and selections. Front staff was very kind and helpful and even shared her recommendations. I appreciated her expertise and patience. Ended up trying the White Rabbit Latte, Caramel Latte and an oatmeal cookie. Wait time was about five minutes. Wonderful quality drinks; exceeded my expectations. Drinks are on the pricier end. $9 each for drinks. The oatmeal cookie was very good, priced at $5. Ended up coming here twice during my stay in Napa. Would definitely return in the future. Drinks are top notch, wonderful service. Very wholesome and cozy ambiance.

Their coffee is always delicious, and you can customize your mocha with flavors like vanilla or brown sugar. The vanilla is great, but the brown sugar might be my new favorite! It sounds like such a fun experience. Highly recommend stopping by!

Even when things get busy, the experience makes you appreciate the people working there even more. I highly recommend trying their cookies! I tried at least two, including the chocolate and almond cookie, which is one of my favorites, and the Chocolate Rad, which was something new for me and absolutely amazing. The pizzas were also exactly what I was looking for. From the classic options to my personal favorite, the chorizo pizza with jalapeños, everything hit the spot. The combination of flavor and spice was perfect! Oxbow Public Market has some amazing vendors and places to explore, but overall, Model Bakery has won me over.
