Found. great coffee shop at the Napa Outlets. After a family lunch in Yountville my sister wanted to check out the outlet stores. I was craving a mocha frap but there wasn't a Starbucks in the mall. Fortunately, there was Brewed. I asked if they had a blended coffee drink and they did. It is called Whipped Freeze. And it was fantastic. In fact, it tasted better than a mocha frap. The flavor was better and it felt more homemade--if that makes any sense. Anyway, it was just the thing this guy was looking for after walking around the mall for an hour. First time trying Brewed since we were already at the Napa outlet . Vibe I got was like Starbucks. Customer service for us was mid. I stood on the counter waiting to take my order . No one behind me. And I saw 3 employees within 5 feet who didnt acknowledge me. One was making a drink near the counter and didn't say a word. Another girl was supposedly being busy but didn't say a thing. Not sure who was working the front counter. Finally a girl who was talking to another employee finally took our order. Small business, eh? More like the same customer service you can find at Starbucks (which isn't a compliment). Customer service - 2 stars Mocha freeze was fine. Too sweet . More milky than having a chocolate taste 3 stars Macadamia nut wasn't heated so was just handed. 3 stars Am I impressed? Nah. Coffee is so-so but what really bothered me was that the manager was highly critical of one of her sweet high school staff in front of customers. I'm a coffee girl but this time I wanted to try something light, creamy not coffee-forward. The vanilla freeze is SO delicious! It tastes just like a vanilla See's Candies lollipop. There was no artificial taste, and best of all, wasn't overly sweet. The flavor is like a dream, especially on a hot day. You just have to try it to experience what I'm talking about. Absolutely loved this spot! It wasn't overly crowded and we were able ri get our order in decent time. The inside was clean and the staff were so nice and friendly. We ordered a few Hot Black and White Mocha (tasty), a hot cocoa, a couple of dark roast, a few iced coffees, lemon, chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies and a dog treat. Everyone enjoyed their drinks and sweets (including the dog!) Parking can be a bit of a hassle since it's a shared parking lot but we were able to park close to the front. some of the best cookies in Napa! I have a deep fondness for the smores flavor, but their ginger cookie and snickerdoodle is also a go-to for me when I'm in the mood. Honestly, you can't go wrong with any of their cookies. I've found the coffee to be solid, but can depend on the barista. Some cups have been better than others. If you don't care for sweet coffee, be sure to ask for less syrup if you choose a flavored coffee. They are located in the middle of the Napa Outlets close to Jcrew and parking is plentiful. I got the Oatmeal Raison, SMores, and Almond Joy; the latter 2 were flavors of the month so had to try them. The cookies are pretty hefty and super tasty (lots of butter). The Almond Joy and Oatmeal Raison aren't super sweet which is what I like. However, the SMores is a bit too sweet for me (it had lots of chocolate and marshmallows). Cookies are a bit pricey, but you get what you paid for and splurging on occasion is a great way to treat yourself! read more

I found this place while in town with a friend for a doc app. The place was appealing with nice chairs and pictures on the walls. They also had a large menu including cookie dough you can try! Large cookies, in an array of flavors, coffees, teas and blended energy drinks. I ordered the Hibiscus raspberry Rise tea ( the only caffeine free one) with a splash of lemonade and it was awesome! Siding taste like rise at all fyi! My friend ordered a cinnamon brown sugar latte but didn't really like it. First time visiting the main coffee shop. I always pass by the drive through in American canyon. They have a lot to offer from food to drinks, it's quite overwhelming. Especially when there's a line forming behind. I'll come back to try the edible cookie dough another time. read more

I was really impressed and would go back. For one, the dough is very good and their food safety seems great. More importantly, the dough is GOOD. I loved the cookies and cream which is not a normal flavor for me to love. Then the coffee! Fantastic!! And they use real whipped cream which was a plus (and should be the norm and standard!). I came with a friend for a study session and had a few things: Strawberries and cream whip freeze - delicious! It was creamy and refreshing and the whipped cream complemented it well. Snickerdoodle cookie - the cookie was thick and HUGE. It was so huge I had leftovers for later haha. Great portion for the price. Service was hassle-free and the ambience was chill. Not terrible coffee, but not the best quality either. I found the drinks to be just average - better than Starbucks though! We actually wanted to go to naysayers but they were closed at the time. Pricing here was fair and we got the drinks made quickly. Granted, we were the only ones ordering at the time. My brown sugar cinnamon latte ($5.50 for 12oz) was more sugar than coffee, but at least the flavor of the syrup was on point. Iced coffee ($4.50 for 16oz) was really bitter and even though we requested no room for cream, the staff added milk without us requesting it. Since we didn't feel like it was worth having them remake the drink, we just took it and don't plan on returning. read more

This is a cute little coffee shop with something unique to offer: edible cookie dough. To start, I had the matcha latte. I would not get it again, and I am not certain I would get any drink here again as I am not sure what they use. I think they used matcha syrup, not any type of matcha powder. I figured this out because my drink just looked like milk; there was no green to it at all. When I tasted it, it was incredibly sweet. When given the choice, I take my matcha drinks with the least amount of sweetness possible, so I am surprised to say I found a matcha latte more sugary than Starbucks' (where you can at least use the mobile order feature to remove the syrup that sweetens it). So it somewhat had a matcha flavor, but the syrup was so overwhelming, especially at the bottom of the cup, that I couldn't even finish the drink. If all their drinks rely on syrups to give the flavors promised, then I can't say I recommend getting a drink there, or that I would get on there again (so ask ahead). I also got one of their cookies, a ginger snap cookie. It was thick and gooey, everything you could want out of a cookie! While I may not recommend the drinks, I highly recommend trying one of their cookies. I even had a little left over the day after, and it still was soft and delicious. It was much better than some big cookie chains out there. Lastly, I tried the cookie dough. I went to basics with chocolate chip cookie dough, and then I also got s'mores. Both were very good, but you definitely have to be in the right mood for cookie dough. It is very sweet, but it is also fun and different. In short, go for the cookie products, but not necessarily for the drinks. read more

This place has really fallen apart at my last visit. There seemed to be a disconnect here when it comes to service and cleanliness. We came and waited 15 min for our cookies and with one person making drinks, the line backed up for days. The seats and tables could use some cleaning, deep cleaning for that matter, garbages were over flowing and there was a desperate need to empty out. Tried this place in between some Christmas shopping, I asked for the matcha and the girl let me know it was on the sweeter side which I said okay it was fine but when I actually tried it, it was like drinking pure sweetener. The entry way was dirty, I ordered the cookie dough and it was room temp and my latte tasted extremely water down and was served to me immediately, which face services is great however, I don't believe I had a true latte.
