There was only one person working when we were there but we didn't wait long for our drinks which was a big plus. Aside from that, the bourbon latte was very tasty and I loved the fact that the bourbon syrup wasn't too overpowering. Next time I go, I'm definitely getting it iced. While he is in fact a service animal, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was no curiosity or neutral clarification... just an assumption and a request to leave. That moment really deflated the excitement I had walking in. Between the coffee experience and feeling unwelcome, I decided not to stay as long as planned or purchase anything further.
