Boisterous Napa market atmosphere adds to the wayward mixed mess of it all, wine, chocolate, spices, fake Asian cuisine, and more serve up alongside this quaint espresso bar doing a lot with a little. Our local UC Davis resident friend showing us around mentioned this is the usual Napa coffee spot for him and easy to see why. It's doing quality, balance, some decent variety, although surprisingly no reduced wine or sparkling grape tonics.

Great coffee! We always make it a point to stop by for a cup every time we're at Oxbow Public Market in Napa. They are located on one corner of the market and easy to find. Their Foggy latte was our go-to a few years ago but has since been rotated out. That drink consisted of earl grey tea, orange blossom water, and espresso. Since this drink wasn't available anymore, we went with their new seasonal drink, the Smashing Carrots - spiced carrot cake latte topped with nutmeg. Highly recommended! It was incredibly delicious and tasted exactly like carrot cake. The service was quick and friendly. While you place your order at the main register, the drinks are collected from a separate counter around the corner. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to watch the coffee being meticulously crafted. You could sense a real passion among the team.

One of my favorite spot in Napa -Located inside of Oxbow Public Market, a must spot to visit when visiting Napa. This place is known for their great selections of coffee and seasonal drinks. This time I went to hoping for their seasonal Hojicha latte (after checking from the Yelp page), when I arrived it was no longer available. Due to the reason employee was very helpful with choose alternative menu, I couldn't make my mind at this time. I would highly suggest to people who would like to checkout cute coffee place with great quality. Has plenty of parking and good restaurants nearby areas too.!

It's a cute coffee stand located in the back center of the public market! They've got unique menu items and cute merchandise lining the walls. There's also convenient canned coffee you can choose from as well. The barista was kind in explaining the different drinks and catered them to my taste. We ended up going with the OMFG latte which was strong, and I could appreciate the coffee taste.

Ritual Coffee is a very tasty spot inside of the Oxbow market in downtown Napa. After an initial cup of coffee and breakfast nearby, my wife and I decided to grab a second cup of coffee at Ritual. We ordered a cold brew and a vanilla latte. It was quite a wait to get those coffees. It seems they prioritize espresso orders which means that even a quick pour on a cold brew took awhile. The coffee was tasty and the pricing wasn't awful. Cool vibes at this location with great people watching. I even was able to meet Joshua Weissman (Google him) since he was in town for the Bottlerock music festival! Nice!

Have you ever hit that point in your day when you need a little "extra" pep in your step? Well, that was me on Monday...So, when we came upon this place, it was a no brainer..."Ah, coffee please, like now! I ordered an 8oz latte extra hot to go with just enough caffeine to knock me awake! It tasted nice & smooth, exactly the way I like it! Thank you "Ritual Coffee Roasters" for giving me my pep back:) *Lots of parking in the lot *Plenty of seating inside

I've heard only good things about Ritual Coffee Roasters, so naturally I had to check them out for myself. I ordered an iced mocha. I love when you can still taste the coffee (not watered down or overly sweet) -- and I sure did after my first sip. The coffee was smooth and had a perfect balance to it. Location is prime, inside the Oxbow market. Lots of foot traffic there. Plenty of seating available inside. There's also pastries available to purchase. My toddler picked a sprinkled scone. It was the cutest thing and she inhaled it lol. Service was great. My coffee came out fast. Will definitely be ordering from ritual coffee again in the future.

    Iced dirt chai latte

Oxbow market is super fun! I went on a quiet Monday morning. The service was so friendly and fast. I ordered an iced dirty chai. The chai blend was pretty heavy on cardamom which isn't my favorite but it was still good. If you aren't a fan of a "spicy" chai then you may want to pass.

    Hottie latte- reallllyyy spicy (beware)
    Annie K.

Called before going to know what kind of lattes they had. The girl i was speaking with said they have the regular syrups and a signature "Hottie" latte with honey and spices. I decided to try this bc i thought the spice would be just a sprinkle but.... This drink is 3 fire emojis. It is kind of unique but not sure how pleasant this spicy drink will be for the average customer. The coffee is very good but the aftermath of my butt being on fire is not ideal. Will order a regular vanilla latte next time.

A Napa Gem for Coffee Enthusiasts If you ever find yourself at the Oxbow Public Market in Napa and are in need of a caffeine boost, look no further than the counter at Ritual Coffee Roasters! Their coffee is not only tasty but also bold, without any extra aftertaste, just pure delicious coffee flavor. Their beans are sourced from sustainable farms around the world. Established in 2012, Ritual Coffee Roasters has a few locations in San Francisco. You can either try them in person or order a bag of their beans online. Their Oxbow location is very comfortable. You can grab your coffee and sit right there in front, have a conversation, or watch the crowd flow in and out of the Oxbow. The baristas have all been very friendly the few times that I have been there. Try them; you won't be disappointed!

    Nitro cold brew
    Jenavieve Z.

We got a 8oz nitro cold brew. It is quite smooth not bad. They are a famous coffee roaster after all. The location is inside Oxbow Public Market and the space is open and clean. However, service is quite bad. Staff was quite indifferent and unwelcoming.. it really kills the coffee experience.. Considering the cold brew plus tip is $6.5 we are definitely not expecting bad service at such a fine price point. I was very excited to try this place out but left with a bad taste in my mouth (emotionally). There are other coffee options that are more fairly priced and better service in the area so I don't think I would recommend to anyone or come back myself. Approach with caution.

We kept being told that Ritual Coffee was some of the best in the area! Located in the Oxbow Public Market, this shop offers coffee, tea, and some specialty drinks. I got the OMFG which had fresh vanilla and cardamom flavors. It was rich and flavorful! My husband got the Chai Latte which was more on the spiced side and also packed with flavor! Highly recommend trying Ritual Coffee when visiting the area!

I started with the Iced Matcha Fog Latte, and it was fantastic. Super smooth, creamy, and refreshing with that clean matcha flavor that isn't overly sweet or heavy. It's the kind of drink that wakes you up without the usual coffee jitters and feels perfect sitting outside in the sunshine. After that, I tried the Turmeric Latte, which was warm, comforting, and full of flavor. It had a beautiful golden color, a subtle earthy spice, and a smooth finish that made it feel almost like a wellness drink and a treat at the same time. I also grabbed an Almond croissant, and it was exactly what you want with a latte -- flaky, buttery, dusted with powdered sugar, and topped with sliced almonds. Messy in the best possible way. The shop itself has a really cool vibe. The interior is modern with warm lighting, plants, and plenty of seating, and the outdoor patio is perfect on a sunny Napa day if you want to sit back and relax for a bit. Great drinks, great pastries, and a really welcoming atmosphere. Ohm Coffee is definitely a spot I'll be coming back to.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short in a few meaningful ways. I ordered a lavender coffee latte, which I was really looking forward to, but it lacked flavor and was disappointing enough that I chose not to purchase anything further. That alone might not have stopped me from returning, but what followed did. Knowing European culture, and especially Parisian cafés, are often very dog-friendly, and given Napa's well-known dog-loving atmosphere, I felt comfortable bringing my dog, who is a service animal. I was immediately asked to leave because only service animals are allowed, with the assumption made that my dog was not one. While he is in fact a service animal, the interaction left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. There was no curiosity or neutral clarification... just an assumption and a request to leave. That moment really deflated the excitement I had walking in. Between the coffee experience and feeling unwelcome, I decided not to stay as long as planned or purchase anything further. I'm glad to see that others have had better experiences here, and the pastries certainly look lovely. I suppose those interested should trust other reviewers on that front. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning.

I placed my order and asked for muffins, but was told they were sold out. I could clearly see five on the counter, and the employee explained they were already spoken for. I mentioned my kid would be disappointed and asked if there was anything they could do. One employee immediately said no, while another kindly checked in the back and was able to find one muffin for us, which I appreciated. A little later I noticed packaged muffins in the display case and asked if I could buy those, but again was told no. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse from there. I realized after leaving that I never received the pizza I had ordered, and the avocado toast made me extremely sick. I spent the rest of the day dealing with what felt like serious food poisoning. I called afterward to request a refund ( I only asked to refund the avocado toast and the pizza) and left a voicemail. No one returned my call. I called again and spoke with someone who said the manager had just left and would call me back. Again, no response. They mentioned refunding my card and I gave my card digits, but I'm pretty sure I had actually paid cash. Either way, I mainly wanted to speak with a manager about the situation, and no one ever followed up. What's especially disappointing is that I live nearby, come here often, and genuinely love this place. That's why this experience was so frustrating.
